My food was good don’t get me wrong but the professionalism in the African american that was working was severely lacking. I’ve worked in fast food i understand the irritation when customers come in 30 minutes before close; however, that is no excuse to roll your eyes, mumble “Oh my god” when i asked for sauce with my pizza, huff and puff continuously, and drag a very loud table every time i spoke to order. This is very inappropriate behavior for an employee.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, but the quality has noticeably declined. The pizzas are now smaller, yet the prices have gone up. The one I received recently barely filled half the box, when it used to fit perfectly. The dough also tastes different than before. Today i walked in for the first time and oven chef after he finished cooking a pizza he would just throw the tray and it landed on the floor, his co worker seen it said something, then they both laughed about it

We recently ordered a large online order (16+ meals) at everything was great! Our group was extremely happy with all of the meals. Everything was ready on time and there was only a little wait for the last few pizzas to come out of the oven. The online ordering process was a breeze. Staff was nice.

Overall, it was a great experience from the first time I went several years ago. There was a mix-up with our order, and it did seem initially that it was blamed on us (gave us wrong order) but was quickly fixed. There's definitely not a ton of space for large families, but we managed as a family of 7.

So this place use to be good but I came in at about 9:50pm. Says they don’t close till eleven yet all the lights were off and tables were put away for the day. Was told that we couldn’t dine in even though they didn’t close for another hour. The pizza itself was not it the crust was dry and not fresh when being made. Burnt crust when made fully and not made correctly either. I haven’t been here in a long time and I won’t be back to this location. Workers seemed more interested in rushing me out of the door than giving me proper customer service.

Slow service and burnt pizza. Didn't have straws whoever orders supplies for this location sucks, it wasn't the only thing they didn't have. Looked to a few tables over at a worker on his break drinking out of a straw. Someone dropped their soda and that person went to tell someone, the guys looks and says ok, but does absolutley nothing about it. Someone else on their break came out looked at it as well. They aren't trained very well, didn't know the difference between bacon and canadian bacon. All the tables were dirty and floors all sticky. Difinitely not going back.

Pizza tastes great. Great price for the fact you can customize it pretty thoroughly. Had a nice crunch to it. Topping were good. Sauces had a nice taste too them, (I tried half and half red and white sauce) though I think I may like the red sauce more than the white sauce. All in all, I'd say it's worth your time to try it.

Pizza maker had no clue what he was doing and nobody was there to supervise him. There was nowhere near enough toppings on my pizza, so I was basically eating baked crust. Sometimes I go and it tastes great. Other times I go and it's awful. It depends on whom is making the pizza and who is cooking it. If they would standardize or measure how much cheese and toppings they put on pizzas and maybe set a timer of some sort to cook it long enough. Too many toppings and undercooked pizza YUCK!

It was my first time and the pizza was okay. I would try it again, with modifications. It just wasn't very cheesy or saucy but I'm sure if I knew how the pizza was served and added in the notes to make it more saucey and cheesy, it would have been done. Service was fast and great.

When my wife and I come back to Kenosha, we always stop here. Has great service and a great eat in area with seating space outside as well. Most of the time our food is spot on and no issues. Occasionally, the crust gets too dark for my taste, but overall, this place is great for my family! Will be back when we visit again!

The pizzas were really good when this place first opened. We hadn't been here in awhile and the quality isn't as good as it was. The sauce was two inches from the edges of the pizza. The pizza was assembled in a very sloppy manner. They were out of lemonade and said they had been out for over a week. We probably won't be going back.

This was our first time there. I really liked their red sauce. We got the Mod BBQ chicken pizza, which was good. I won't get the added swirl of bbq sauce. We got the kids' meat lovers it was exactly what you want in a pizza. Finally, we built our own kids pizza. I ordered everything I wanted with no additional cost. The Greek salad was fabulous. Food was great. Service was nice. Only bad note we were there for more than an hour eating and chatting. Not once did an employee sweep or clean off the tables. There was trash on the floor and the table was dirty. Food on all the tables and sticky.

I had a great experience after not eating at MOD pizza for many years. I came in late on a Friday. I know they were short staffed. There was a sign on the door saying online orders only. I was going to actually do an online order and they took us in person the girl preparing the pizzas was very patient and kind especially after I was sure working a long day. The pizzas were delicious well cooked great service. I will definitely be coming back here more.

Fast food pizza.

The restaurant layed out the large food prep area and some seating along one wall. As with any mod pizza food is ordered cafeteria style and then made to order. Your order waits In a queue to be placed in a large pizza oven. This location also serves beer including spotted cow. The dining area is reasonably clean. The restroom is kind of hard to find in the back. This location has a traditional style soda fountain where you have a few different nozzles and you push your cup under the one you want. Or just get the beer.

We were in the area after filling up some gas and the wife and I were hungry. There are a few restaurants to choose from but we chose Mod for their quick service and delicious thin crust pizza. After looking at their menu options, they have a really good general menu but their customized pizza options are also extensive to build however you would like. Their service was very quick to get our order and actually waiting for the pizza to come out, something like maybe 10 minutes or less. The wife got a Spotted Cow on tap which was cool to enjoy, alongside a custom made pizza that she drizzled some spicy honey on for a great finishing touch. I got the Jasper, which had delicious spicy chicken sausage and mushrooms.

This place is for anyone wanting a freshly prepared pizza/salad within about 15 minutes, unless you're there during extremely busy times, like lunch. Either order their premade pizza/salad suggestions off their easy to read board or just pick your own toppings & be creative. It's all up to you. Prices are fine for the portions. Ask for more toppings if you want, otherwise your pizza/salad will not have a large quantity of ingredients, & the price isn't worth the money. Take the grandkids here & friends with kids because there is no argument over who wants what on their pizza, because they can each have their own specially made for them pizza.

Edit: Came again. This time I was pretty spacy and forgot to finish ordering everything on my pizza but they were so kind and called my name which they remembered. And asked if there's anything left that I wanted to add to my pizza. Thankfully they caught me before I got way too distracted and walked away, the GM was very nice and even greeted us at our table afterwards.

When the staff is putting all the chairs on the table and forcing customers to stand at 7pm when they were still going to be open for another few hours it made us feel unwelcome and like we had to take our food to go.

Where do I start?! We have never had a problem at any of the Mod Pizza's franchises except here. They are always delish pizza's and they come out fast and hot. Today was different. No problem placing our order. Employee's in "pizza making line" all wore gloves they were all friendly and courteous. Cleanliness of ingredients was a hot mess with spillage into other food containers and I get it, it gets busy but again we the customer's look at that. My biggest gripe was that the female employee taking payments was also the person who "cuts" your pizza and puts it in the box. We have nothing better to do but watch you. I watched her take a cash payment from a customer, send a quick text on her phone then cut a pizza all WITHOUT gloves on or washing her hands in between. DISGUSTING! Yes she used some tongs to place pizza in box but come on that is straight up CROSS CONTAMINATION! Especially when handling a personal phone. And here's the icing on the cake... my daughter and I woke up to an upset stomach and have been on the toilet a bunch this morning. I know what everyone is thinking but unfortunately Mod Pizza was the last thing we ate last night...

You literally roll the dice at this location. You either get a delightfully light crispy pizza customized your way, and nice service, or you get a mushy soggy heaping mess resembling someone puking in the middle of a crust that is somehow raw in the middle and burnt on the ends. Food prep area was clean, but the rest of the kitchen (floors, glass displays, etc) could also use a good cleaning. There were a few surfaces with cheese, crumbs, greasy fingerprints, etc that looked like they'd been there for a couple weeks.
