We’ve been going to this MOD for years. The staff and management are super friendly, even when it took us a long time to order. Our family loves coming here because pizzas are delicious, there are lots of topping choices and they are super easy to customize, and vegans have decent choices here.

Are family was there tonight at 5:15. We waited in line for 15 mins while the staff was doing online orders. Completely ignored. After two staff members came in from sitting on the bench outside they helped us. The girl who helped us made us read the ingredients off the menu board for our pizzas. After we were done I notice the lady with black hair putting pizzas in the oven had no gloves on. Touching all of our food. When pizzas were done (this was going on 45 mins after we entered) all of our salads were served without dressing.

No way this place can be 4 stars. This location is horrid and gets worse by tye day. They frequently close early and basically higher 16 and 17 year olds to staff the restaurant. They provide horrible service and apparently don't k know how to cook a pizza either because the dough is always undercooked.

There was an unrelenting demanding customer insisting on 10lbs of cheese and toppings go on her pizza. The staff were waaay more patient and kind explaining why that was a bad idea and why they didn't put that much on the pizza for it to cook properly. She was finally appeased so that other customers could be helped in peace. I hope her pizzas were raw and gross and I hope she choked on the separate cup of cheese she took with her too.

I went to this restaurant for the first time last week Friday with my feincee & her two daughters. Their MOD crust is a thin crust & their double thick crust is a normal crust. We ordered two 11 inch pizzas & kinda wish it was 12-14 inch. But it was great tasting & loved that we could customize our pizza at night additional cost. I call it the Subway of pizza places! I will be taking my younger kids to this place & have them get the mini pizzas. That way each one can get what they want.

OMG! First, the workers here are SO unsanitary. They would blow their nose over the ingredient station, NOT wash their hands, then continue to make pizza. They have beer on the menu, yet state that the draft pours don't work. My pizza was under done and they put so much honey on top that I was unable to eat. Don't go to this MOD!

This place used to be nice to take my children occasionally. Something reasonably priced and in our neighborhood. But now it's horrible. The staff are all children, the service is awful. So are the pizzas. They are also rarely open for the listed hours because of staffing. Please any other MOD but this one.

Love MOD! Location is easy to find, but parking can sometimes be hard on the street. Great food and good toppings choices! We came in late... Like a half hour before closing... The crew wasn't upset and happy to serve us, even though we were eating in. Thank goodness because we were starving. Grateful for suchhhhh good service! No Name cakes are a must! Loved the peppermint one for Christmas!

I absolutely love this pizza place! You can have your pizza built with any sauces, toppings and cheeses you like, and there are many to choose from, and everything goes on a nice thin crust. Then your pizza is wood fire baked. You can either eat inside with quiet 70s 80s and 90s rock music and a laid back atmosphere, you can eat outside at tables with nice big umbrellas or you can take your pizza with you, You can park for free either on the street or in the Metro Market parking lot.

Strange how I looked at the reviews just a few weeks ago and it was at 4.3 stars. Only 1 star reviews since then and somehow now at 4.4 stars. It's wild that artificially inflating Google ratings is a higher priority than the wellbeing of staff. I ordered a mozzarella and cheddar cheese with pepperoni, sausage, light onions, a d green peppers and it was delicious. The staff is courteous, efficient and hard-working. Some tables had crumbs, but this place is high volume and probably customers had just left and staff was busy keeping up with online and in-person orders. I’m definitely impressed and will be returning.

The pizza is okay for essentially being fast food. But the service was awful. I have never been spoken to or addressed by any customer service employee the way that I was at the location in Shorewood/Whitefish Bay. Both males were rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and judged what we ordered. There were side comments being made about what and how we ordered that were loud enough for us to hear, and when our pizzas were ready, they were tossed on the counter and both workers went to the back room. We ordered our pizzas before the garlic bread we ordered because it isn’t listed on the same menu as the pizza options, but rather with the “sides” and drinks above the register. Because of this, the male that was ringing us through turned to the person making the pizzas and said “they also want garlic bread but clearly didn’t want to tell you over there” and the person making the pizzas rolled his eyes and slapped it all together. If this is something that is “annoying” to them, maybe putting all food items on the same menu would prevent this non-issue. Had I been the one paying, I wouldn’t have tipped them. Probably won’t ever eat at MOD ever again no matter the location because of this experience.

I love the pricing system here. So much better than any other pizza place. You pay a fixed price for a build your own pizza and then you can literally put unlimited toppings on it for no added cost like other pizza places like to do. The toppings are also very interesting and unique things I haven't seen at other places, like hot & sweet peppers, spicy chicken sausage, pesto drizzle, etc. The crust is really good as well. I highly recommend this place.

Our online order was late, even though there was no one inside..the staff acted like they had no idea what we were there to pickup even though we told them the name and what was on the order. When we got the pizzas one was completely wrong, another was missing toppings and we had to come back inside because they forgot the desserts. Honestly surprised with how good it was. I got pick up and it was done right when they said it would be. The staff was so nice also. The food was very tasty and I love that it's a base price and you can add whatever toppings you want and no additional cost. They even have a dairy free cheese options that doesn't cost extra. The ingredients are great and the stone fire oven really does quite a bit in terms of dough/crust quality.

On December 7th, I ordered a pickup with Doordash here. Why does this MOD Pizza get one star in early Feb. 2 months later? Because that's when I got an email from Doordash saying my 2 star review didn't meet some arbitrary and vague guidelines. I'm going in circles with Doordash trying to figure out how to "resubmit" a legit review that simply said, "Staff forgot order, which was cold"... That's it. It's respectful, it's truthful, it's short and helpful. I ordered a pickup order and they made the order, set it aside and did nothing with the Doordash service to indicate it was done. I stood in the restaurant for nearly 15 minutes twiddling my thumbs, telling the staff I was waiting on my order (they were busy and I let them do their thing)... Finally, I ask one of them, how long till my order was done. Gave name, details, etc. "Oh. That's right here. Here you are." ... It was magically presented to me, it was sitting on a shelf 6 feet from where they were in a bag, unlabeled. They said they didn't fulfill the Doordash completion part, which is on them. So here's a review that CAN be published. Doordash or not, I got a cold $30 order for pickup because they were forgetful.

Hey, so, me and my brother have been going to mods for more than a year, unlimited toppings, cheese, sauces, no extra payments, wonderful staff, great atmosphere.
