The young lady taking orders was not cordial AT ALL! I said hello, no answer! She never asked or solicited what we wanted for our order. I didn’t know how this place worked, some advice would have been appreciated. She was not appropriate, tossed a box of gloves to trash and they landed on the floor. No reaction from her! The cook was fantastic and very cordial! We came from a cancer appointment and she portrayed a worse day than us, unbelievable!

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a restaurant staff worker in my life. Not one word was spoken by this person. I felt rushed and like I was not supposed to be there. She gave me a dry smirk when I said hello and that was the most the employee interacted with me. I was at least prompted for finishing sauces. She made me not want to return. If I were the GM I would seriously consider termination.

For what it is, MOD works. It will never be five star dining. Pizza quality varies depending on who is making it. It is usually pretty fast, and tastes all right. There is better pizza in town, if you want great pizza. If you just want a decent lunch, this is where you go.

This is the only Mod Pizza location where we consistently receive amazing customer service and delicious pizza. Armani, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a great experience.

During our visit, someone in line accidentally took my pizza. I didn’t want it after that and asked for a new one. The team was kind and understanding about the situation. Armani personally followed up to make sure it wouldn’t happen again and assured us that our next visit would be even better. I truly believe it will be.

Worker there clearly is in the clouds. Then proceeded to argue with me cause he made an extra pizza. I ordered 1 mini pepperoni pizza and ONE caspian mod pizza. The guy making it kept asking questions, do you want bacon on It? I said no, do you want anything else on it? I said no, just a caspian. Apparently that means I want an additional caspian. When it came time to check out I said just the 2 pizzas. The dude wearing a beanie, don't care of his name. Said wow you really had me make an extra pizza? I said where out of that did you think I wanted an extra pizza? He just kept bringing it up like it was coming out of his paycheck. Argued with me in front of my family and other customers how he now has an extra pizza. Not my fault there buddy and in the future if you are unsure, ask the customer don't just assume. Then he packaged my pizza in a to go box in an attempt for me to leave. I was going to dine in, usually at the end they ask if there's anything else I need but he was so upset about the extra pizza he made he didn't say a word to me after checkout. These guys are so stingy with their toppings they are starting to get mad at the customers when it's their fault for being wasteful. Wouldn't last 2 seconds at a job that requires actual listening skills.

I would not recommend ordering MOD pizza for delivery. Every experience I have had with their pizza dining in, the pizza has been excellent. Just ordered delivery for the first time the quality of the pizza dropped drastically. Pizza seemed not to be cooked thoroughly and had a serious lack of toppings. For example I ordered onions and you could literally count them (there were three pieces in case you were wondering). Dine in, it's a much better experience.

I used to come here all the time but it seems service has taken a nose dive.

I ordered online for pickup and I went in to pick it up. Waited 15m past the pickup time and then went to the register where I was ignored.

When I finally got someone's attention they told me they forgot to make it and didn't even bother apologizing.

So now I'm here waiting 20 mins past the pickup time and my pizza still hasn't even been started. Meanwhile 2 employees are sitting on their phones.

30 mins after they still had not started it. (Meanwhile no one is in line) I got a refund and left with no apology still.

This is definitely my favorite pizza place once I found a heart on my pizza! I like my pizza with black olives and pesto sauce on it. They use to have broccoli but they don't have it any more and even though I love broccoli on my pizza I didn't stop going. And this mod has really clean tables and bathrooms this mod is highly recommended!

My wife and I visited your Sun Prairie, WI location on 30 June 2024 around 12:00pm. Upon arrival, as I was trying to decide what I wanted, my wife noticed that your employees (the manager being the instigator) immediately began speaking poorly about us for our choice of clothing.

They were being blatantly prejudice towards us based on our patriotic attire. The lead worker and young gentleman went on to speak about us the entire time we were ordering, standing no more than 10 ft away.

As I mentioned before, I wasnt aware of the situation until my wife mentioned to me that they were speaking about us. I then heard your manger on shift asking one of your employees "if he wanted segregation to comeback". Shortly after, I asked to have a word with her regarding her unnecessary, and disrespectful comments towards my wife and I.

She responded with insolence, while taking no accountability and dismissing my concerns. She would not engage in communication with me and walked away in a brash, disrespectful manner.

The young gentleman aproached us asking "if we have a problem". We explained to him how we were there to eat pizza, not to be judged and disrespected. Although he wasn't exactly being gracious, he did eventually apologize. This was only after we reiterated to him how judging people based on appearance is discriminatory behavior. We appreciated his apology.

We are extremely disappointed as we enjoy eating at MOD Pizza. I cant begin to understand why a place which claims to be about "peace and love", and acceptance would be so judgemental, inequitable, and discourteous to their customers based solely on their attire.

We came in for the AVID fundraiser around 8pm, the employee making the pizza was very rude with us. She had purple hair and a hat on. She miscounted the number of pizzas due to putting the order on all one name and I thought every pizza got their own name. Once I told her this, she threw up her hands and told me “i just need one name” in a rude attitude. She was also very skimpy with the toppings. At the end when you are able to put your sauce on your pizza, she decided for herself to put them on the side after she asked us and we told her we wanted some on the pizza and some on the side. First, the good news – – the pizza was decent, if not outstanding. Unfortunately, service needs a lot of work. I arrived on a Monday lunch hour with the idea of eating inside. However, as the air conditioning was set somewhere around 55° I decided to eat in my car instead. I was the sixth person in a line that moved glacially. There were four people working the entire restaurant. There were two people actually waiting on customers. One was a young lady, who apparently was trying to set some sort of record for the most tattoos/piercings/dangling crosses. The other was a young man whose sweatpants were so low slung that every time he reached down for something, the line of customers got an unfortunate view of his hairy posterior. None of the four appeared to be in charge. Again, the food was pretty decent, but this place needs decent management quickly!

The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The person who took our orders was friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that it seemed that the pizza wasn't cooked long enough. Yes the cheese was melted and the crust (cauliflower) was crispy (brown in center with a little black on the edges) everything seemed lukewarm especially in the center. I will say though that when the leftovers are fried up in a pan and/or traditional oven the next day the pizzas tasted even better. I would go back just to have the leftovers to reheat for the next night.

In my opinion, the best food workers are always pizza makers. The best attitudes, the best work ethic and the best results. I am happy to say this is one of those places.
There was a menu pizza a while back or special, I always order this. 11in with red, spinach, pepperoni, garlic, red onion, mama's sweet hot peppers, and Blu cheese ontop of the mozzarella. Strong and flavorful.

I stopped in recently to a short-staffed situation with a long wait to place an order. They were going as fast as they could with a friendly and positive attitude. I try my hardest not to write negative reviews, but I came in with my grandfather, cousin, and boyfriend last night around 8. The staff was very unorganized and very short with us. Instead of having one person doing salads and pizzas, one on register they kept hopping around in the middle of our orders. When I ordered a mini pizza and the crust I was given was TWICE the size of my grandfather’s mini crust the worker actually barked at me for mentioning it. My bad for thinking he got me the wrong one. They were not kind with the fact that my grandfather was hard of hearing either. When it came time to ring us up (3 mini salads, 2 mini pizzas, 2 mods, and 4 fountain drinks) the worker (curly haired guy who snapped at me about pizza crust) kept talking over us while we were trying to tell him what we had. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat at the same time either because they burnt 2 of the 4 pizzas and had to remake them. The man cooking pizzas seemed like he may have been the manager on duty, and he was absolutely unapologetic, if not ruder than some of the employees were to us. I’ve never encountered these issues at a MOD before, and despite sounding cliche, I won’t be back to this location. Someone from corporate or franchise should look into this store’s service. I almost forgot, a woman came in for her to go order and she asked to be handed the pizzas while we were at the register, and the man who appeared to be the manager yelled at her 3 separate times to walk past us to get them (there was no room.) 2 stars is probably generous for their appalling behavior.
