This was my first time and will surely not be my last! The food is excellent! I had the chicken shawarma wrap and a side of stuffed grape leaves. The flavors are out of this world!! Its a great Greek restaurant. Its more a order at counter for dine in or carrier out. Decorate nicely, clean and big inside. It was our first time there. Great selection. Of food and very tasty. My husband and I were looking for some thing light since we were out and about and had a heavy dinner planned later, we split a pastrami, corned beef sub, which was excellent! The owner was incredibly helpful, telling us about his menu and welcomed us to come back, he also stopped by to check in on us and offered us samples of their soups, which were fantastic! The atmosphere is classic lunch seating at a deli with great music playing in the background

We can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. I wasn’t planning on posting a review so didn’t snap a pic, but the service was so awesome. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. We’ll get a pic next time. :)

Oh my goodness—I cannot believe I didn’t know Moody’s Subs was right here in Kenosha! This place is phenomenally good. If you go (and you absolutely should), you must try the chicken noodle soup—it’s comforting and flavorful. The Italian beefs are amazing, but let me tell you… the gyro is next level. It’s loaded with feta cheese, creamy tzatziki sauce, fresh tomatoes, and red onions—it’s honestly the best gyro I’ve ever had. I won’t eat one any other way now!

They even had Dubai chocolate, which was such a cool surprise! The service? Top of the line. Super welcoming, down-to-earth, and just real people who care about their food and customers. Not to mention, Cleanest eatery EVER!

The only downside is that they’re not closer to where I live, but it’s so worth the drive. I’ll be there as much as I possibly can. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. TRY IT! Try, try, try—you won’t regret it. 🙌🔥

I got two Dubai chocolate cups they were $15 each, I understand them being cold to keep them fresh longer BUT it was filled with whole strawberries like the cup was almost just strawberries and the strawberries weren’t really concerned in chocolate at all then the only pistachio sauce was ONLY on the outside of the cup spread lightly with the chocolate to LOOK like it was filled with pistachio sauce with the kataifi BUT it was NOT the Kataifi wasn’t even mixed with the pistachio butter it was just sprinkled in there around everything! It was EXTREMELY NOT WORK $15. It was worth maybe $5 because there were a lot of whole strawberries but this was literally a very disappointing experience but the staff who were working were very welcoming great service from them and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great it was just the actual dessert cup wasn’t made not even close to how it should have been made

So unless things are sitting in your own fridge for many days, I don't see how something could have mold. My Dubai cup sat in the fridge from a Wednesday to Sunday before I remembered to go and eat it, and everything was still fresh. Of course the chocolate was cold, so it wasn't soft like it was when I purchased it, but that is expected since I put it in the fridge. Again, Amazing food, Amazing staff. Go and see for yourself. I saw them posted on TikTok and I was happy that we had someone in town who sold the Dubai strawberry cup and the Dubai chocolate, so I had my husband take me over there and we ordered the Dubai strawberry cup, a Dubai chocolate, and a cheesecake Nutella cup, totaling $35, and I have never been so disappointed in my life. The Dubai chocolate couldn't even be broken open because it was like rubbery, and when we finally got it open, it wasn't even made correctly. The strawberry cup had a refrigerated taste to it, and a couple of the strawberries had mold, and the cheesecake Nutella cup also had that refrigerated taste.

Husband and I stopped in while visiting family, he got the Reuben, I got the chicken shawarma sandwich with chicken and dumpling soup and a side of fries and a 3 piece falafel as well. Everything was perfect, down to the pita bread that the shawarma was served with. The soup was perfect temperature and so warm and tasty. Fries and falafel were perfectly crisp. Nothing was over salted or under seasoned. It was nice to get traditional American favorites and perfect Mediterranean staples. So happy! I got a Ruben sandwich, a cup of chicken dumpling soup and a strawberry, banana OJ smoothie. My bill was $24.00. My first two bites of sandwich had no meat. Forget Subway! Go to Moody's for a freshly made sub or sandwich for a good price. This was the meatball bomber I had last night. For the cost of it I thought it was going to be half this. The bread was toasted perfectly, a great marinara sauce, mozzarella AND Parmesan cheese which all hit the spot. You can't go wrong when you eat here. I really hope to see a place like this on the Northside succeed.

Stuffed grape leaves were not that good, the leaves were much sweeter than I've had in last 40ish years of eating stuffed grape leaves.The pastrami sandwich was good but the sauce I didn't like. The chicken parm sandwich ok again sauce was just not too my liking. I'll be back to try other things people online are raving about.

We were from out of town and felt like we were family. The cashier (maybe the owner?) was very welcoming and offered great service. The menu was unique and very tasty with nice sized portions. The cheesecake and carrot cake were amazing also. Would definitely go back!

This place is absolutely amazing truly due to the people running it. I went in last weekend with my best friend to snag some lunch and we were absolutely blown away by all that Moody's Subs + Sweets offers. We got to talking with Farris (the owner) and had such great conversations with him that just made us feel even more taken care of during our time there.

Before our conversations, he gave us samples of the soups, explaining what he puts into each, as well as samples of a smoothie he was testing out that afternoon. He also created smoothies that were off the menu for us both, taking into consideration allergies and likes/dislikes/what we were in the mood for that day - seriously what restaurant even does that these days?! And the meals we got? PHENOMENAL. It was freshly made, delicious, and fills you up perfectly without overstuffing you/making you feel bloated.

Farris truly took the time to connect with us, as well as the other customers that came in throughout that time (which we got to chatting with some as well because of the environment/atmosphere Moody's creates). I will absolutely be back and wish I could rate them 10 stars if I could!

The food was phenomenal, service was exceptional, and the establishment is clean and well taken care of! I ordered the chicken pesto panini and a pineapple and mint slushie and was blown away by how delicious it was! Both people behind the counter that I interacted with were friendly, and my boyfriend and I were even given samples of their soups which were as delicious as the food we ordered! I sampled the split pea and chicken noodle soups. My boyfriend sampled the french onion soup and ordered that soup along with his shawarma sandwich. I highly recommend trying this food! You will not be disappointed.

You know how they say God always has a plan? Well this Sunday we were looking for a place to sit, eat, and enjoy our family. We are foodies and are always looking for the “hole in the wall” type of places and google gives us leads on such places. First place we stopped was a long wait, the 2nd one literally turned their noses up at us, after that snobby greeting we wouldn’t have wanted to eat there anyway. So we decided it was going to be a “chain” restaurant or Moodys. We opted for Moodys and it was as if we were meant to go there!! The gentleman that greeted us was full of passion and love for the place and it showed, not only by what he wanted us to sample but the food spoke for itself!! The soups alone would draw me back, they had multiple homemade soups that he let our entire family sample!! There was something for everyone on this menu, right down to the coconut ice cream!! Again thank you for your great hospitality, we are wishing your business & family a bright & successful future!!

We stopped here to eat because the reviews were good. So maybe we came on a bad day but wowww our food was not good at all. The cold turkey sub tasted like metal, the pesto sandwich had no flavor. The only thing I’d recommend is the falafel.

I just want to say first off that the man behind the counter that took our order was so nice! He was very welcoming and was telling us about different things on the menu as it was our first time there. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the price! Wow, 5 stars across the board. This is a unique place with a lot of character. The gentleman that greeted us at the door was very inviting. He was full of passion for the food served at this establishment, and he wasn't shy about it. It was like being invited to a family home and having the host show excitement for the family recipes he wanted you to try. The soups are fantastic, but my stomach was making the rumblies that only sweets could satisfy. We purchased the Lotus Cheesecake, which was portioned out perfect for me and my wife. We also got the Dubai Chocolate, shaped like a heart. Both of these sweets did not disappoint, in fact they took me by surprise despite being told it was amazing. Having this place down the road is awesome and I'll be happy to frequent every now and again. The hospitality, atmosphere, and food are a hidden treasure among the ever growing souless corporate food giants constantly moving in. I wish them much success and hope to see more places like this pop up around town more.

After driving past it about a hundred times, I finally decided to stop into Moody's and I only regret that I didn't stop in sooner!

Their staff was very friendly and we had a nice chat! They offered us lots of recommendations:

First, they recommended the soup. I used to be a Soup Depot Loyal (Goodbye Soup Depot you are missed) so I know great soups. Moody's has filled that void! I will be sending my family here to grab me soups when I'm feeling under the weather and can't cook dinner this Winter!

Then we had to grab some sweets from their enticing cooler of fresh in-house treats. I recently saw someone on social media eating the viral Dubai chocolate. Believe it or not, Moody's was the source! So we grabbed the Dubai chocolate (stuffed with pistachio cream and crunchy shredded pastry) and their best-selling Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and both were wonderful and indulgent treats!

I will DEFINITELY be giving Moody's Dubai chocolate to my favorite but hard-to-shop-for family and friends this holiday season! I just hope they will be able to keep up with demand once everyone in Kenosha learns about this cute new sandwich shop - it's truly one of the North side's best kept secrets!

Went to Moodys for the first time yesterday and it definitely will not be my last time. Everything was amazing. After the owner found out l was a newbie, he gave me a sample of each of their homemade soups. They were all incredible and l took a bowl home of each! I got a cheesecake sandwich, quarter size. I could only eat half, loaded with stuff and so tasty. I saved to other half for my husband. He loved it and the steak soup l warmed up for him. We can't wait to go back!

The manager was apologetic and we originally said we would be back, but we spent about $100.00 total… hair in the smoothie, food was barely edible.. really bad. And we missed lunch with our co workers who went and got tacos and were back in ten min.

Great little unassuming spot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a bunch of variety on the menu and they even let you sample some of it. Chicken dumpling soup was great. They make new batches of various soups daily from the sounds of it. Able to customize orders. Pretty clean as well on the inside. Worth a stop if you’re in the area!

My family & I recently dined at Moodys. We were blown away by the amazing food and incredible homemade desserts. Every dish was bursting with flavor, the soups were delicious and the homemade desserts were absolutely to die for. To top it off, the customer service was exceptionally friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend checking this place out!
