Walked in with my wife to order a plate togo and was told by the male manager with long hair and a long beard with a pizza hut winter hathr said that we had to get hummus as one of the first options even though we did not want it he said that the register wouldn't ring up the plate with a rice base he was rude and so I told him I'm good I don't want to eat here. I don't like the vibe and it was terrible service.

Have been to this location multiple times but this time I was given literally HALF of what I ordered, paid over 80 dollars and also tipped 11 dollars on the site when ordering. I brought up multiple missing items and received those but was give half the rice and half the meat I should have received and the on duty manager did nothing about it.

Will probably still order from there again but will have to triple check the order before I walk away from the counter and zero dollar tip next time for sure.

I placed an order for a few items delivered directly through their website. They partner with DoorDash to deliver, fine. Our delivery window came and went and the order still showed no status update. After an hour with no sign of it, and now only 10 min before the restaurant closed for the evening, my husband called them directly. Apparently our order had been sitting there for 30 min on a shelf. No one seemed to notice or care. We paid an online ordering fee, a delivery fee and also included a $5 tip for the driver. Idk, I’m not sure what was so problematic about a 7:40pm order on a Thursday night? I’ve never had this issue with other restaurants that partner with DoorDash.

Stopped in for a quick late lunch and looked for a seat to sit first, but all the tables weren’t that clean so we asked them to clean it and then we had to dry them off after. When we ordered, we wanted a sampler but they said there was no sampler but after searching the menu, there was a plate that was like a sampler so we got that. The food was mediocre and the hot food was lukewarm, me and my wife shared the plate and barely ate from it. We were sad and still hungry, the current google rating is not current in our opinion.

Stopped by for lunch. First time here. I didn't know it was a build-your-own bowl/plate. Took a few minutes to get it all together. The server was nice enough to explain it to me and what everything was.

Base - Spicy hummus
Yellow rice
Protein- steak and chicken
Topping- chopped salad/ lettuce, onion and cilantro.
Pita bread.

The rice was on eat explain side. No real taste.
The chicken was a bit dry. Kinda disappointing.
The server had to cook the beef since they ran out when I was there. Beef was okay.
I didn't like the spicy hummus at all. Didn't go well with it. I'll skip this next time

Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Walked in about 45 minutes after open and was greeted which was nice. They then start a catering order right in front of us as we wait to order. Waited for about 10 minutes until they said “Sorry about the wait” and continued to make the catering orders. At this point we turned around left and went to QDoba, not worth the time, and not how you run a restaurant. The workers were 2 men that looked similar, and a female. I'd never heard of this place until I was invited to go there with friends for lunch. Very easy to create your meal. Similar to a Panda Express, you simply choose your ingredients laid out in front of you. The food was really good and surprisingly very affordable. It's not supposed to be a great dining experience so the atmosphere is pretty much the same as most restaurants, but clean and comfortable. Definitely going back.

First time we tried this place. Had Pitas filled with spicy tahini, grilled chicken and delicious toppings. Huge portion size and delicious. Very friendly service. On top of that, my friend left her wallet there. I came back several hours later and found that the manager had put it away for safe-keeping. Ordered on DoorDash. Bowl was good but both of the pitas they gave us were moldy. They both smelled strongly of mold too so I'm not sure how they thought that was acceptable to serve anyone. I have ordered several times and it seems that is has only gotten worse each time. This is probably my last time ordering. First and last visit to this location. We put in an online order on their app.
The food was made correctly and tasted great. 5 stars hands down. 0 stars for customer service.
We picked up our order and went to the self serve area, there was only 1 fork and 3 napkins. We needed a few more of both so my husband asked a worker if we could get more of both. As she walked by she rolled her eyes at him and said ok with attitude then went to the bathroom.
Our son and I saw her reaction, and I was appalled. I would never talk to a customer this way!
My husband went to the counter and asked for help there. The second worker said ok. A few minutes later she did come and get us napkins and forks. She was much nicer.
There were only 2 other customers in the building, most of the tables looked clean inside, the tables were filthy outside.
I really love the food from this chain but will stick to the Greenfield location.

Instead of "Naf Naf Grill" they should call this place "Middle Eastern Subway" because that's exactly what it is. All the meat and toppings are Middle Eastern style and are very good. You can get them stuffed into Pocket Pitas or put together as a bowl or salad. You pick as you go down the counter. Workers are friendly and helpful if you need an explanation as to what a topping is. I had a salad with chicken shawarma and it was great! I highly recommend you give it a shot.

This place was totally unorganized nothing was prepped according to one of the workers food was made sloppily and the manager did nothing even when he saw his workers were falling behind and didn't have enough food for service he was more concerned with cleaning up for the night. By the time I got my food from them it was already cold. One patron got sick of waiting for his order and left and one of the workers realized that they forgot to make his order. One of my favorite chains for Mediterranean food! Rivonte and Angel are two of the best in the biz. Those guys know their Pita inside&out. While you're in, try the new Nafziki cucumber sauce! It's pretty frickin delicious. And on the way out, maybe stop in to the Square Foodcourt and visit the lovely ladies @ Shri Foods. They've got authenic, homecooked Indian Cuisine for a taste East of the Mediterranean. Plenty of options here at Brookfield Square!

I placed an order for pickup at 12:15pm. It's been over a half hour past the pick up time and still no order. I’ll start by saying I have not been to Naf Naf since before COVID closed everything down. Before then I used to stop and get something to eat 1-3 times a week. I always got the same thing…steak on a pita.

What happened to the steak? It is not the steak I remember. What happened to slicing it off the vertical spit? It was pulled from drawer and heated on the grill. The steam was tough and chewy.

I ended spooning the steak out and throwing it away. I replaced it with the 4 falafel I bought as a side.

I’ll be back but no more steak for me unless I see it sliced from the spit like the chicken.

I am very familiar with Middle Eastern food since my girls are 25% Arabic. This is a nice, fast food restaurant. The flavors were there. I had the pita sandwich with chicken shawarma and middle eastern salad, tahini and hummus. The only thing I would recommend is mixing the meat with the salad before putting in the sandwich.
