Really wish I could recommend this place, as it is one of the only establishments that offers private karaoke in town. Unfortunately, this place has one of the worst online reservation systems, which makes it impossible to actually reserve a room. MULTIPLE times now we’ve found out the day of that our reservation ‘didn’t go through’ despite having all the proper confirmations on our end. It’s also impossible to get anyone on the phone to confirm reservations. No one at the establishment is particularly concerned with making things right by their customers either it seems. If you do intend to book a room online, just make sure you’re able to confirm your reservations over phone well in advance, and have a back up plan for when your evening plans fall through because of the business’ lack of communication and organization.

My favorite spot for Asian takeout. I first tried this place as a college student living across the street, but I still order frequently now that I'm no longer living downtown. I absolutely love their Fried Rice, as well as the Rice Stick Noodle Saute.

I haven't eaten at the location much, but it's a cute little interior. Limited parking.

My only complaint is that I've noticed the food is a little more inconsistent lately – sometimes it's less flavorful than others.

I was planning an event here and the professionalism was not very good. I came to the venue early to get an ideal of how the place would look. The staff present could not speak English well, looked overworked and were upset with many of my questions I asked. When I requested a manager I interpreted from the woman's body language no one was there. The karaoke rooms look old and very much outdated. Its a shame as a patron what I had to go through to have an event here, due to the language barriers, unprofessionalism and miscommunication on my reserved slot I canceled altogether. Manager needs to do better. The lady who I spoke with looked so stressed, poor lady I feel for her.

Karaoke rooms are fun for small groups. A lot of the music and system controls are really dated but still a lot of fun. The food here is what brings this review down. You have to search for the meat in the sandwiches and there is no original flavor either. If you enjoy chewing on soggy buns with lettuce, this is the place to eat. If the owners are reading this, please hear me out, no one dines in here anymore, consider renovating that space to include more KTV rooms and update all the faulty equipment!

This WAS my favorite place until today. My friend and I went here today and we’re getting ready to order and we were practically kicked out. Told they don’t serve food inside it’s only for karaoke and to get take out only. The lady was a little bit rude repeating herself over and over that they don’t serve and “we take with only” as if we didn’t hear her the first and grabbed our things to go. She kept on saying it as we walked out the door. We found a place that at least HAS chicken pho and boba tea and we were retreated decently.

My family booked a karaoke room for my husbands birthday. We were a little early and they told us to leave. We stood outside, kind of awkwardly chatting. Once we got allowed to come in, we were directed to a sound proof room with comfy seating around a large table. A huge screen that we could all see. Booked a karaoke room and came here for a 10th bday party with 7 kids and 2 adults during a Sunday (noonish). Didn’t know exactly what to expect but it turned out awesome and the kids were fighting over turns to sing. Bubble teas were the best we have had in town. Service was friendly. Food was hot/fresh and in-line quality wise with our other Chinese favs in the Madison area. You can eat right in the karaoke rooms. Karaoke equipment took a few minutes to figure out but wasn’t as bad as a few of the other reviews made it out to be (maybe they were older reviews?) Almost all songs could be downloaded on the machine. There were only 1-2 random songs that we couldn’t find during our visit. We booked 1.5 hrs (took a 10 minute break from singing to get food situated on the table) and could have stayed a little longer.

The staff, I'm assuming the elder owners, were not welcoming, almost as if they did not want our business.. strange. And, the free pitcher of beer for every hr of Karaoke is not true.. nothing offered. If you don't already know what to do or start the Karaoke- good luck. How to work the karaoke machines: searching for an artist is done by initials. For example, searching for Britney Spears is B S, Fall Out Boy is F O B, Madonna is just M. Good luck. It's not the easiest interface, but intuitive enough once you figure the search part out. The speakers sound great. Decent and relatively up to date song selection. Didn't have super deep cuts, but it was pretty broad. For example, we were able to sing a my chemical romance song and then a good bluegrass song right afterwards.

Besides that, all the appetizers were delicious. The beer selection was good enough and we had a good time with the pitchers. We got one entree that tasted pretty mediocre, like frozen food heated up in a microwave.

We ordered pickup at a very busy time. The woman who I believe to be the owner was working so hard to get all the orders out! I ordered the pho with sliced beef and meatballs. I usually never get pho to go because it is so much better when you dine in. My noodles came on the side of the broth, and my veggies were in a little bag. I would recommend requesting extra cilantro, green onion, sliced onion, and get some garlic chili oil if they have it. I forgot to request the chili oil. I thought the noodle portion looked small but once I ate all the pho I was stuffed. Over all I was really satisfied, it could have just used more of the veggies I suggested to request above.
