Sometimes, things go wrong. It happens in every business. The mark of a great business is how they handle things when the bottom falls out. My order got dropped. How? No idea. Caitlin took the reins and in short order, I had a comped meal, a gift card for a return visit and 2 free samples of their homemade soup. Now let me tell you, the best thing was their soup...ARTISAN! Again, not every night goes well but this staff, their food and their genuine attention to the clientele is in the top 1%. Definitely worth the visit!

3 strike rule. Went there two days in a row. Ordered a burger "medium", got it well. Got the pizza tots with no pepperoni, no bacon instead of ham and no black olive! WTH!!! I did not make it in to know the atmosphere but my husband did order the pulled pork burger to go and could not get enough. We did try to stop back in before leaving town and they had closed to take staff to a Brewers game. Which we thought was pretty awesome. My favorite chicken in the world is the Dugout Bar in Manitowoc. This came awfully close. We had it delivered to our hotel. It was still hot, juicy, and seasoned well. When we are in town next time we will definitely be repeat customers!

Neuie's is a Northside gem, their food and team never fail to impress. We have had issues with delivery services (no fault of Neuie's) and they're always incredibly kind and compassionate, you can tell they care about their business. I love Neuies food. However Neuies is listed on Doordash as one of the restaurants you can order from, but actually isn't?? I placed the order for my food on Doordash, which my card was charged for, Doordash even sent a dasher to get my food, only to find out once she got there that Neuies isn't supported by Doordash?? My poor Dasher had to sit on the phone with Doordash support in order to get the order canceled, wasted time and gas only to come out empty handed! My account will be refunded but not for another 2-3 days. Disappointing. Please sort this out Neuies.

Service was slow to start out, but our server, Gloria, was outstanding. Even though she was working in the kitchen, she came out and checked on us. Gloria made our visit fun and enjoyable. The burger was not great. It was made medium rare as requested but lacked juiciness and flavor. Toasted bun was delicious. My BLT was great, made just as I requested. Fries were good. Nachos were good, not great but good. We've been there before but not for food. The atmosphere has always been relatively good. I'd recommend giving them a try. We'll stop again.

I've been craving fried chicken all week and I've had the colossal wings while I was here before while having drinks with friends (which was amazing) so I figured I'd get takeout. Called in my order, I was told it would be 25 minutes and that was fine because I was running errands, got there 20 minutes past the time frame and they weren't sure if my order was done then came to realize it was under the warming lamp. They were however very attentive and because of the mishap was given a free drink chip.
I'd come back again but only for take in.
