This is my favorite spot for take-out, but I've gotta say they need more tech savvy people on their team. The website said they're closed til the 21st, it's the 22, I placed an order (luckily it was to pay on delivery) I waited an hour before I called to ask what's up (they're usually pretty friendly) i hear on the prerecorded message that they're closed til the 28th.

Also, ordering online is kind of buggy, I was playing around with my order and when I went to change something last minute, the order went through without the change.

Only really leaving this review as advice to the restaurant for the future. I'm pretty tolerant, but there are some people out there who'd be more upset over something like this.

Edited my review bc it's unfair to lower my score bc of a single mistake on their away message for their vacation. Went back after their vacation ended and it was just as delicious as I remembered

We’ve always loved this place for both the food and convenience — it’s been one of our go-to spots for a long time. However, on August 10th, we placed an online order and waited an hour and a half with no delivery. When I called, I learned they were on vacation but forgot to turn off online ordering. Mistakes happen, and I figured they’d make it right so we could remain loyal customers.

Unfortunately, no one ever reached out. Tonight, we decided to try again and called to explain the situation. The gentleman on the phone admitted they knew about the issue but said they’re “still trying to figure out” refunds and that maybe we’d get our money back — but offered no timeline and no guarantee. I even asked if they could simply fulfill the original order tonight, and he said no.

I also asked for the owner to call me, but I still haven’t heard from anyone. At the very least, proactive communication or a gesture to make things right would have kept us as loyal customers. Instead, we’re left waiting indefinitely to see if our $70 will ever be refunded.

our company and I ordered from this place for two years and when they mess up our order. they said that we can kept the chicken and they will refund the money. 20 min later, they call back and told me that they won't refund the money until we return the chicken. we argue for 10 min and I agure with a girl for another 10 min. I told them forget it and kept the money, we will never order form there again. they said, "GOOD!! WE DON'T WANT YOU ANYWAY!!" Please note we spend over 100 bucks every order.

So they lost. Very rude service and they lie. Never order form there again.

I ordered the appetizer platter for delivery on 12/13/24. The fried shrimp was rancid and spoiled. The crab rangoon and pork dumplings were soggy and old. The barbecue pork was like jerky. The chicken wings were an odd gray color and dried up. Only the beef sticks and egg rolls were edible. I also left feedback on their website. I will never order there again.

Ordered beef lo mein, noodles had a nice flavor, so did the little strips of beef. The dumplings could have used more pork but also nice flavor. A friend had pork fried rice and enjoyed the flavors and got several meals out of the dish. I'd try more from this place. I also had more than one meal from this order which makes it a decent value.

Ok Chinese food. I had the General TSO chicken and the sauce did not seem to stick to the chicken and the chicken was kind of dry. I also had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes after I was told the food would be ready. The portions sizes are large so that is a plus. So, I’ve never ordered from here before this and I’m extremely disappointed. Not only is it expensive (this was $21) it didn’t have any chicken in it. I ordered the orange chicken and it appears they’ve filled it with rice and literally no chicken. Next the dumplings are the laziest I’ve ever seen from an Asian restaurant. The meat literally tastes like dog food and had many fatty parts nor was the dumpling properly fried. The orange sauce was not good.

I’m really tired of seeing prices for food go up and the quality of the food go down. The fact they put fillers into what’s suppose to be breaded chicken and no chicken is absurd! Just to save money. Lessen the portions if you must but please stop skimping on the quality of the food. I've ordered from this establishment on two separate occasions...both times I ordered shrimp curry and they sent me chicken. I thought maybe the first time was a mistake but when they did it a second time I called to let them know that I did not receive what I ordered. She asked me if I could just eat the chicken this time and next time she won't charge me...lol (never had that happen before). I told her no I want what I ordered and paid for, they did end up bringing it to me but there were only about 4 shrimp and TONS of vegetables. It also didn't have good flavor. I have been a customer for many years, but no longer will I order from here. Quality of food has declined (they should be ashamed of some of the things that they sent out), prices have increased and they have a very invasive management style.

Had for the first time yesterday!! My partner was playing basketball and got caught up in a game and knew we were gonna be there for awhile.
