On 10/11/2025 I ordered through DoorDash where I didn’t get my food delivered to my job. After my shift I went in person to see what was going on it was 8:51pm I asked this girl bout it she got her manager who was a bit rude at first but same time it was my 2nd time there and I accidentally went into the kitchen area so I see why she was mad. I paid for my order again and before I left I apologized for accidentally being in the kitchen and the manager also apologized for being rude at the beginning. I wish I had gotten the blonde manager name to thank her for apologizing for being rude.

Noodles recently updated their menu, but I preferred the original menu. Love their cookies pot stickers and buttered noodles with carrots and Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Great variety of beverages as well.
My order was taken promptly & they helped me with my points, because my Noodles App was being problematic.
After I got my food, I requested an additional side of Italian seasoning & paid for it at the register. It took almost 10 minutes for the chef to sprinkle some in a side cup. He could have just brought it over, but instead called my name to come up front and get it. There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time, as it was about 30 minutes prior to closing.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat when my daughter was little. Every time we go, it gets worse and worse. This time we got the usual Japanese pan noodles to go, and they were a congealed clump of mush. I wish I would have thought to take a picture as they were so bad you could tell by looking at them. So gross and disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. We can go to any local Asian restaurant and get better quality food for the same price or less. If "noodles" is in the name of your restaurant, maybe make sure you know how to cook them.

I have always loved their wisconsin mac n cheese until they changed it to the creamy mac n cheese. Now the mac n cheese has jack cheese in it and it doesn't taste anything like the old mac n cheese. I was very disappointed with the mac n cheese that I got because when I asked the lady if I could take out the jack cheese and just have cheddar she said that it was in the old mac n cheese and I said ok. It definitely wasnt in the old mac n cheese because this mac n cheese that i got was disgusting gross.

Haven't been here in a few years due to poor service. Well glad to see things have not changed.
Waited for 2 small dishes and some bread sticks for almost 20 min.
Tried my crispy chicken bacon Alfredo. I clearly missed the crispy part. Soggy and room temperature.
Swap over to the garlic cheese bread. Well unfortunately that was sitting done on the counter for about 15 of those 20 min we waited. Cold bread, cold sauce. Exactly what I wanted. I could have spent the same amount, got olive garden, and it would have been hot.

Usually is good. My food tasted like shrimp this time and I did not order shrimp and no one in my party did either. Also, bathrooms are non-binary in case that is something that matters to anyone. Awhile ago, I bought dinner at Noodles & Co. I bought food for myself and my family. We liked the food. However, portions are small and the price is higher. This is happening in all restaurants. What bothered me on this visit was the young man who was running the cash register, in between customers, he was constantly touching his face and mouth. It was CONSTANT!!! I noticed him when I was waiting for my order, it made me sick to my stomach! Then after awhile he was helping bag orders, yes, he bagged my order! When I got home I wiped down the food containers and threw away the silverware. Since COVID entered our lives, we should have learned that touching our face and mouth was very unsanitary. Especially, when working in food service! I just recovered from COVID for the second time. Unsanitary behavior catches my attention. We can't avoid germs in our life but we can TRY to do a better job of not passing the germs onto everyone!!!

First time there. The cashier was straight out of a horror show. I told her it was my first time and she just grinned at me like the cat in Alice in Wonderland. She kept repeating small or regular, small or regular.. I didn't realize she meant what size bowl. Just that fake eerie grin freaked me out. The food was good. Diet coke machine made me almost throw up. It was out of diet coke but no one fixed it. So that first sip of diet coke was a mouthful of seltzer. I told the manager and her reply was " yeah someone else said that too". So why didn't you fix it the first time? She couldn't fix it but did give my money back. The only saving grace was the food was decent.

I am going to be honest I was slightly rude to the manager at this location due to frustrations with an app, and he was very patient with me, fixed the issue, which was not his fault or the companies, and every time I’ve been to this location I’ve had amazing service. So to the manager that had to deal with my bad attitude today I appreciate it and thank you for always being a great place to eat and for my family and I always having a great experience. Food is always great. But good quality food doesn’t take away the disgust from rude and disrespectful employees. The fact that the crew is incredibly disrespectful and rude to the people that are paying for them to stand on their phones is ridiculous. One of the male managers, if that is what you want to call him, yelled at a person in our Entourage for walking outside and taking a hit of his vape and walking back inside the building. This individual then proceeded to get yelled at by this manager who told him it was disrespectful to smoke a vape inside the store, which he didn’t even do at all. This managers approach was unprofessional and completely uncalled for because there was no vaping done inside the building. This manager continued to push our member of our family four more times after he stated he didn’t vape inside the building. Will not be returning.

I ordered chicken Alfredo from the east calumet location. They gave me a bowl full of oil….my noodles were swimming! They proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to help me. So I called this location and explained my situation and an amazing staff had helped me out with my order even tho I never ordered from their store. They gave me a fresh bowl of noodles and a couple of Rice Krispies. They all, everyone in the kitchen, wished me a good rest of my day and if that’s not good customer service than I can’t tell you what is. Thank you to the staff working hard this morning! I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this location has disappointed me more times than I’ve kept track of. I like ordering from Noodles because it is convenient, fast, and offers gluten-sensitive options. However, my order is wrong constantly. The extra sauce on my order has been forgotten multiple times, sauce has been missing from the bowl entirely, protein has been missed, and today my order came with crushed peanuts (when crushed peanuts are not part of the dish). It has gotten to the point where I need to check my food before leaving the restaurant. The countless issues are getting very exhausting and I’m apprehensive about ordering from this location again.

I usually LOVE ordering pick up here. Everything is easy through the app. Food is always good. But the last 3 times my orders were made incorrectly including tonights. Today I needed to call to place my order due to receiving a coupon for a free bowl due an order that was completely wrong last time. Unfortunately placing an order over the phone and or through the app my orders still incorrect. I verified my order twice with whoever took my order over the phone and there still wasn’t chicken added to my pasta. Very disappointed considering we have to pay for it to be added. The food was alright, nothing wrong with it, noodles cooked just about perfect....but I ordered Chicken pad Thai and there was essentially no sauce, maybe some residual water from the noodles with chopped chicken breast filets and some various chopped vegetables, with lemon and or lime. They didn’t ask how many “stars” I wanted, I assumed it would just be a medium spicy, but it was less than half a star on the spicy-ness scale. I personally did not care for the food, however I did eat it all, there was nothing wrong with it- just not what I would call chicken pad Thai that I am used to from Asian restaraunts. I give it 4 stars because it was easy to order, very fast and perfectly edible food, my personal taste should not cost them stars, but I’ll order a different item next time. The garlic cheesy bread and marinara was excellent, I actually wish I had ordered more of that.

Second, needed Sriracha and smolder and third only got 2 napkins and needed more. Seemed as though the employees couldn’t figure out how to work together when we were there. There were MULTIPLE people waiting for close to a half hour or more for to go orders. I got the Veracruz chicken salad and it came without bacon or corn (which are listed as ingredients in the salad on the menu), and when I asked about the corn specifically she said she could get me some (I just asked for it in a bowl and could add it myself). When she found there to be no corn on the line, she asked what I assume was the manager on duty and he said he could go look in back but became incredibly annoyed with the question. He came back and never said a word to her, until she asked him, to which he said they didn’t have any. My boyfriend ordered Alfredo, but it was lacking the Alfredo. What normally would be a quick dining experience turned into over an hour, because they couldn’t figure out what they were doing. Not to mention the dishes were STACKED high and the garbage overflowing so much that my daughter couldn’t dispose of her kids container or our drink cups. Will NOT be returning to this location. We much prefer the one on the east side.
