This location cannot seem to get it together when it comes to evening rushes. If you place an order using the app, fully expect to wait 20-40 minutes past when the app says your order is “ready.” I haven’t had this issue at any other noodles locations, ever, but here? At least a dozen times. I’ve put off writing this review for so long because the food is good and the service is generally friendly, but this is getting ridiculous. Tonight, I waited for 35 minutes past my “ready” time, and when I finally asked the staff about it, they told me it should be ready soon but they just ran out of rice noodles for my Pad Thai. She ended up refunding me and was nice/apologetic about it. Unfortunately, I really don’t think I’ll be able to order from this location again in the future.

With how much toppings cost can you guys PLEASE add the toppings that I am paying for.

It's hit or miss. Sometimes they fill the noddles up to the brim, times like now when they fill it halfway with noodles. Sometimes there's spinach & tomatoes sometimes not. I feel like it depends who's working but 1 thing that's always consistent is I don't get the toppings I add.

I was travelling to Wisco for a funeral, when I needed a little pick me up. I stopped by walmart for some shoes and ended up noticing this little noodle company right by it. It was jam packed, but the cashier offered me and everyone a free drink for the inconvenience. The cashiers name was Cam. He was very professional and kind, engaged in conversation while ringing me up. The food was extraordinary. The seasoning and garnish was PERFECT. Best I've ever had, I believe Cam did that too. Over all, 10/10 experience. If i make it back, I will be sure to show my family noddle co. I will be requesting Cam specifically if I make it back. So, thank you Cam.

There are 2 Appleton locations for Noodles; I live closer to the one near the mall, but; my significant other will only order Noodles from this store ; refuses to go to the closer location. I wanted to find out why. The service is better, Mercedes was great! The manager Tyla has the store extremely clean, it looks like a new store. I’ll be driving the extra miles for this location; highly recommended!

Tertible service! They forgot us, so I had to go up twice to get my order. They were not busy and had plenty of staff. We got two items, then they'd be right back with the 3rd item. I finally went to ask for a third item, and again, all apologetic, but I really twice on one order. $20 for cup of soup,5 pot stickers, and childs mac and cheese. Food was

Our order for takeout was taken at 6:26 pm and we finally received our food at 6:59pm. We had a kids meal, two regular size macs and a side of broccoli. There were several people that were told they were backed up so they left. A family of 5 ordered right before us and their 3 children got their food but the parents food didn’t come for probably another 10 minutes. Two women that were there before both us and that family got their food after the family was served, even though they were there well before them. Many orders were being partially made and sat out because parts of the orders weren’t ready. Normally in food service, you should time your orders so it all comes out together. I was asked if I wanted plastic ware and I said yes, but when we got to where we were going (that didn’t have silverware) I realized we weren’t given any. I don’t really blame the two girls on the front side of the counter because they could only finish and pack what they were given. It seemed like the kitchen/cook area was having a hard time communicating and keeping up. Seemed like a lot of taking down on one employee by the female working back there, even though it seemed like the girls in front had to keep correcting things and reminding her of certain things for orders.

It must be really dependent on whose working that makes or breaks the experience. I usually order it through door dash and the foods always just alright but I expect it to be since it's sitting for some time before it gets to me. The last few days I've sat down in the actual restaurant twice. The first time was perfect my food was fresh and you can tell it was made by someone who cares. Today however was the complete opposite. The noodles were lukewarm and the salad was basically dry. The front counter lady is always a pleasure but she seems to be so caught up in a routine that she cuts you off to ask a question you were just about to answer. Both times i forgot to order extra mushrooms because it caught me so off guard. The seating area is very small and uncomfortable but it's always been that way so I can't fault them for that. Overall just kinda meh especially since they took away my favorite dish after 10 years of it on the menu

Absolute worst experience eating here. It was moderately busy inside the store (probably 6-7 empty tables). Front counter person was rude and did not smile or acknowledge customers as they came in. There were at least 4 different groups of people who came in but left because they weren't acknowledged. There was 1 group that was acknowledged, although it was by the Cook in the back who said "it's over a 20 minute wait." We came in before all these groups and still waited 35 minutes for our food. The same front counter person brought our food over and more or less slammed our food on the table. She then asked if there was anything else we needed while she walked away before we could respond. The longest I've EVER waited at a fast food restaurant.
Whomever manages this restaurant should really be looked at. The 3 young women who were working were completely lost, unorganized, disoriented, and on snail speed.
When I arrived at 7:25, there were 16 of us waiting. YES, SIXTEEN! A couple were laying down in the booths, most on their phones, a couple went for a walk/drive and came back.
About a dozen people came in to order, seen those of us waiting and left. There were zero in person orders placed the entire 40 minutes I was there, so they weren't getting slammed with orders.
Around 7:50 I got a notification that my food was ready (in reality it wasn't even started yet when I asked). Finally got my food at 8:08.
Waited 40 minutes, past expected pickup time, for mac and cheese!
Don't even get me started about the cleanliness...there was food scattered EVERYWHERE on the floor, but that was the least of my concerns.

I placed a large order online for a business lunch and selected delivery through door dash for the following day. I called Noodles to make sure my order was received well. They did not see my order right away but the lady on the phone was very nice and concerned about getting everything figured out. It was a bit confusing because I ended up having to place a 2nd order for someone we missed in the initial large order, so 2 different Door Dash drivers picked up the order. Quality has gone down hill. My husband paid to add shrimp to his meal and we get home there was no shrimp. So we paid extra and didn’t receive what we paid for , not sure how the cook missed it and the person checking the orders before placing in the bag didn’t notice no shrimp. I got the regular sized pesto tortellini with chicken. I did get the chicken but the bowl was barely half full and got 10 tortellinis and sauce was so think kind of gross. We got side Cesar salads and they were so tiny could barely get my fork in the container to stir in the dressing. For the $31 we spent on two meals we should have gone to a sit down restaurant and got true sized meals that were with the price. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Good overall customer service. Mature guy at the register didn't appear at all enthusiastic though, simply cut-and-dry took our order. Totally fine as simple conversation isn't necessary to get the food or service we ask for, but a smile and friendly tone goes a long way. Food was great!
