So basically gang and I was in Noodles and the worker, Kaurra was very rude. Rolling her eyes, sighing, said “oh my god” under her breath when we walked in then she says “what do you want”. She was very disrespectful and then she forgot half of someone’s order and when we let her know and asked for it, nicely, she continued to roll her eyes and just be very rude. We did not appreciate it.

I’ve been eating at Noodles since the 90s when they opened in Madison. I don’t know what’s going on, and if it’s just this location, but both the quality and quantities gone downhill significantly. My last couple of orders, the bowl is half empty. Cheese or veggies are not mixed in. Chicken tastes super salty. It’s like school lunch and makes me sad.

Walked in with no customers and 3 doordash orders on the screen around 11:25am. I'm holding my child and kierra rudely states they are busy and they will be with me in awhile. Took her 6 minutes to deligate this task to the other worker because she was too busy and needed to make a salad. After placing my order which I didn't catch her name but was alot more customer service orientated than Kierra, Another older gentleman came in with a cane. Now it was kierra's turn to take the order. After he waited 5-6 mins she finally decided to take his order. You could tell he was struggling to figure out what he wanted for lunch. He wanted butter noodles. She asked if he wanted any meat and he couldn't hear her on a fact that he brought up he has different hearing aids and he tried to joke about it as he saw she was being impatient. She rudly stated ANY PROTEIN as he thought for a second longer than she wanted, he responded and then she mumbled something explicate under her breath. Food did come at a reasonable pace once I ordered but my child's broccoli was still cold and hard. I don't eat out much but will not be going back to this location. Could use better time management, customer service skills. Your hospitality is very low. Hope you'll change for future customers or you'll last as long as other restaurants in beaver dam that are no longer.

I went to eat here on Friday afternoon and the food was amazing it had great taste the service they gave out was out of this world this wonderful employee named Madison was such a great help she was so happy to help out ,and also another employee named Ben took my order really nice about it and lastly this employee named kyan was helping keep the environment clean and checked up on me to see if I needed anything this place is amazingly out of this world !!!

Walked in to pick up my to go order and the staff were so rude and looked like they didn’t care to assist customers. People waiting to order and all 3 of the staff standing around and ignoring everyone. I asked for extra crackers for my soup and the girl rolled her eyes. Super disappointed. Went to have dinner with relatives. The noodles were overcooked. Otherwise, the dish was very delicious. I had a seafood dish with shrimp tomatoes spinach and an oil sauce. The dish was brought to the table by a young lady who was very courteous. The young lady that took my order was very congenial. You have to serve yourself to a drink from the newer style drink machines that give you many choices for soft drinks. The restaurant was clean. The dining area has a cafeteria feel to it, but it was quiet. I would go there again. There are no photos this time.

While out to eat for lunch me and a friend had came in and ordered, once the food came out we started to eat and after a bite and moving stuff around my buddy found a decent size glass shard in his pasta. so he brought the glass up and informed that there was glass so they offered to make a new pasta but then they eventually walked up and accused us of putting glass in our own food and told us to leave. when asked to show the camera footage that they talked about, they said they can’t show it. very disappointed in how we were treated and told to leave after we found glass in the food. and the reasoning was because they didn’t have that type of glass in the back.Note: WE did not put glass in our own food!!

Noodles and Company is one of our favorites but skip the Beaver Dam location. The employees don’t even try to wait on you. They are busy with Online and takeout orders. We waited ten minutes at the register to order. Employees made eye contact with us but did not acknowledge us. When the young lady came to finally take our order we seemed more like a burden. Then if you pay by credit card they ask for a tip. What a bunch of nonsense that is! Our food didn’t take that long and it was good. Every table was still dirty from the lunch hour (we ate at 4:30 pm). This restaurant could be five stars with proper staff that was trained, tables that could easily be wiped off, and even if they just apologized for the wait it would go a long way!

*Beaver Dam WI location* Really disappointing customer service from management. We got an online order where I asked for feta instead of Parmesan cheese on my dish. Meal came with the wrong cheese, and the same problem happened the last time we tried to order online. So I reached out with feedback about the order being wrong. I pointed out that we also got silverware even when we said we didn't need it, and the Assistant General Manager who responded focused on that with a snarky paragraph explaining that they always ignore that request, and barely acknowledged that the order itself was wrong and it was a repeat mistake. While I usually like the food it's not worth the rude management.

$70 for 3! I get the whole inflation argument, but…… come on. The other day we went to Qdoba and spent $40 for 3 people and it was more food than N&C. Ok N&C is better quality than Qdoba, maybe but if you’re comparing quality than look at Bravo at Brookfield Square. It’s an actual Italian gourmet restaurant. For 3 people, waiter tip, and more food $80. Food, service, and atmosphere is way behind Bravo to be charging about the same price. Definitely N&C needs to look at other restaurants with comparable quality and adjust prices accordingly.

Food was 100% not worth the trip, had the chicken parm meal and the chicken was the only thing with flavor. My husband had the penne rosa with the same chicken and said the exact same thing about the meal and how the chicken was the only thing with flavor.
Not many tables and more than one had people sitting that ordered their food via and app or to go because our food was brought on the table, their food were placed in bags and names were called, they then stayed seated and ate from the bag.

We felt that the cashier and manager mishandled multiple situations that arose. One was a policy issue that wasn't on them but that Noodles needs to fix. The other was blaming us for shutting down their system just for trying to put in the bar code to get our rewards. They made us feel horrible and even apologized to the next customer for us breaking the monitor. We will not be back to this Noodles ever. We have had good experiences at others that know how to have good customer service. We will go back to those.

Wasn't too busy when I ordered. Took a BIT longer then I thought. When I got home, it looked plain, noodles and chicken. We ordered for carryout the second day this location was open. Restaurant was well staffed and order was made quickly. Food was well packaged and temperature still hot once home to enjoy.
