We waited almost 30 minutes for a simple to-go order, even though customers who ordered both before and after us received their food much sooner. The staff never offered an apology or explanation. On top of that, the men’s bathroom sink was left running with no way to shut it off, an issue that really should be fixed by management. To make matters worse, when we finally got home, our order was incorrect. Very disappointing experience all around.

This location is filthy. The front doors are covered in dirty fingerprints, the booths & floors are sticky and the bathrooms need a deep clean. I do not feel comfortable eating here. If this is what the front of the house looks like- i can imagine how they dont take care of the kitchen. Gross.

I usually order in the app for pick-up and my orders are correct and on time. The times that I have ordered in person have been good experiences too. Yes, there are mostly teens working but they’re working hard and were friendly and accommodating if you’re nice to them too.

I used to love this Noodles so i’m not sure what happened. The workers did not acknowledge a single person who walked in, and were clearly ignoring people who were waiting. Also I got the Rigatoni Rosa with chicken and I ended up having to throw the chicken away because it was inedible. I was not able to bite or cut through it. Yuck

Fast, clean, and predictable in a good way. This is the kind of place where you can walk in hungry, half-functioning, and still walk out full and satisfied without much thought. Menu hits the basics—mac & cheese, pasta with protein, Asian noodles, zoodles if you’re pretending to be healthy. Add a protein, skip the guilt.

Staff is usually friendly, food comes out fast, and they keep the place looking decent. It’s not fancy, but you’re not here for fine dining—you’re here because it’s Tuesday and cooking sounds like punishment.

Penne Rosa with grilled chicken? Solid. Wisconsin Mac with some extra cheese and breadcrumbs? Childhood in a bowl. Even the potstickers are decent for what they are.

Top Tom Tip: Download the app. The rewards stack fast, and every now and then they’ll hit you with a free bowl when you weren’t expecting it. Also: extra parmesan crisps. Trust me.

Imagine getting off work and realizing your ride home forgot about you. Dead phone. Cold as hell. On the brink of tears. This was my reality when I walked into this establishment last weekend. Recognizing that I was in a dire situation, an employee (Jess) offered nothing but kindness and support. I didn’t even know this individual, but she was so kind and willing. Allowed me to use the store phone and charger, I could not have been more grateful. THIS is the type of customer service I expect in every business. Great service, no complaints

Really disappointing experience at this location. For one thing, every employee had earbuds in, even those helping customers. They were clearly distracted. I ordered the med salad with chicken for dine-in. I have ordered this salad dozens of times and the chicken is always warm and freshly prepared. This time, they clearly served me a pre-made salad in a to-go container. I asked why the chicken was cold and then insisted it was always served cold; when I questioned this, they again insisted the salad was made fresh and the chicken was “intentionally cooled down.”

Serving subpar food is one thing; blatantly lying to your customers is unacceptable.

I absolutely love going to noodles and company. I've always had wonderful experience but this time at the brookfeild location I did not have a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the cashier had his eyes glued to his phone. Did not acknowledge me at all. I stood at the register for a second or so waiting for him to get off his phone so I could order. He continued to be on it while I was paying. I never ever have had someone be so glued to their phone while being at a register. He had his headphones in too and I noticed all the other staff had them in too . They didn't acknowledge customers not just me while I was waiting for my order I noticed the kid continuing to be on his phone while helping other people. It was the longest ive ever waited for my food there and when my take out was ready the worker didnt read a name just quickly put it in my hand and walked away. I will say, Its so unfortunate that this generation is so stuck on their phone, even when working customer service. I absolutely love the food at noodles and company, but I will not be returning to this location again . I like to feel acknowledged and get good service when I go to places. That's what makes people want to return.

Food was ok, I have been going there for years and this was my first terrible experience. The cashier didn't acknowledge us at all, after a few minutes of ignoring us she took our order, Not a hello nothing, not even a receipt. She was clearly irritated by our presence. Walked in to order on a quick lunch date with my wife. Cashier walks around and finally gets to the register after 5 minutes. She has a music ear bud in her ear a d she just stands at the register staring at my wife. No greeting, no hello, no how can i help you, nothing. Then when my wife orders she just turns to me still not one word to us. We get done ordering and she just walks away. She doesn't offer a receipt or anything. And of course there is a tip cup on the counter and at the end of the prompts on the point of sale. That was a whopping $0 for terrible customer service! Why do we accept this from places?! We shouldn’t any more. Folks not looking up from their phones, no greetings, acting like you are interrupting them shouldn't be tolerated. She dropped off our food and still didn't say a word to either of us. She talked just fine to the other folks working behind the counter. Managers need to do so much better!

9/27/24 update...

Thought we would give them another chance. BAD IDEA. The place is just dirty. Only two employees during this visit. Prices are up like 30 % and the portions are smaller. Great place to go when they first opened, always crowded and fun. Go in at lunch time now and you will be lucky to find more than two people eating their at any given time. I guess all good things must come to an end!!

Tables are always dirty. Not just this location but most. As i sat here writing this our food showed up. The chicken was missing from the dish. You can just tell that the staff could care less about anything. The fact we had to clean our table off before we sat down or the fact that the order wad incomplete. Sad to say noodles has run its course.

How do I order penna rose with parmesan and you don’t put hardly any parmesan on it. Then when I show them that it was no parmesan they complain and talk about proportions. No sir the dish wasn’t even served with parmesan. Didn’t appreciate that customer services Not only that but it was barely any sauce with the pasta. It was dry and distasteful. Disappointing because I used to always order this dish on my break. Never will purchase from this location again.

I am not sure I will go to Noodles again
I was barely acknowledged, waited too long for my food to be prepared (it was 3pm - no other patrons in the place), I paid $4 for chicken and there isn't any & it tastes "off", like soap to best describe it. It is UNEDIBLE
The medium pad thai is (WAS) a favorite but the ALL AROUND experience was the complete turnoff. I'm very disappointed & wish I could post a picture
$12 for junk. Inedible
Not suitable for pigs.
I have my CASH receipt so will wait for my refund & interest for the inconvenience.

Well it was ok. The food tasted decent but my son’s Japanese pan was full of carrots (pic of the amount of carrots on a small portion). The portion sizes seem much smaller and it was kind of expensive. The pot stickers were kind of mushy but still tasted good. Honestly a mediocre experience. The bathroom needs work and while the staff wasn’t rude, they were not friendly. We ate, it was ok but honestly will not be back to this location unless some things change.

The two times I’ve had issues with the store because of a specific worker that was there at the cash register. she didn’t speak a word to me. I placed my order and then she just walked away after I put my card in when my food was ready she didn’t say anything. She just stood in front of me with my bag in her hand. I have been going here since 2016 and This location has gone DOWLHILL bad, the last several times I’ve ordered ( I always order the same thing, pad tai with no cilantro) there is either minimal sauce or they straight don’t pay attention and load it up with cilantro, this time there was absolutely no sauce in my dish, not a drop just dry rice noodles and ingredients. I will not be buying from this location anymore.

Awful experience today. I came up to the counter and the cashier took his sweet time getting to me (it was dead). He finally makes it to the front and didn't say a word to me. Just dead stared to the side of me. I wasn't even sure he was taking my order so I had to ask him. He barely mumbled at me. He walked away while I was paying with my card. My card wasn't working but he was already in his own world so I had to stand there until he came back so he could reset it for me. This happened two more times. After I finally paid, I find out he got my name wrong on the order.
I get home and the buttered noodles tasted like watered noodles. I know it isn't the most flavorful dish to get, but I couldn't even taste the butter.
If the staff can't be trained on the bare minimum requirements for customer service and the food isn't cooked correctly, then I'm not sure why this location needs to still be in business.

We visited on the afternoon of 1/28. One of our entrees was full of little black hairs, like body hair. I spoke to a worker and asked for it to please be remade; he did not reply but threw away the entree and asked someone else to make a new one. When they finished making the replacement entree it was left on the counter in the food prep area. I tried to get the attention of the workers making noodles but no one responded to me. Finally someone came to the cashier area and I asked if I could have the food. They practically threw it down on the counter without a word. No apology was offered. Take your business somewhere else, anywhere else, this place is terrible.

Not a very good experience eating at Noodles and Company. Greeted by male teenager who had hair hanging in his eyes which was distracting. He took our order for 2 adults and 4 kids. Messed it up and needed to have female manager re-ring whole order. The portions were very small for the price we paid. This was especially true of the gluten free pasta entree. The restaurant had a few tables occupied by diners with trash on the floor and overflowing garbage cans. Based on this experience, I am not inclined to return.

Both of the pesto bowls we ordered came out with cold noodles but warm chicken. The kids' mac 'n cheeses came out at a good temperature.

The place is understaffed, the poor guy taking orders was also expected to deliver orders to tables. So ours sat and got cold while he took several orders as the line got backed up during a lunch rush. Friendly staff, unfortunate as the understaffing may be.

Bathrooms were not so great, didn't look like they'd been cleaned for days, other parts for months (like the floor grout -- solid black, yikes).

Will probably not be returning to this location anytime soon.

First and last time at this location. I came in to place a “to go” order. There was nobody at the front register. There were 3 people in the back/side kitchen area though. All 3 made eye contact me during my 23 minute wait for someone to take my order. There was nobody else in line and one other customer eating at a table. I got so frustrated, I was just about to place an online order to see if I could get food that way since they all ignored me. I was just about to place it, and someone finally came out…no apology or anything. If I wasn’t craving noodles, I would have left after 10 minutes. The food was alright, but not worth waiting for people to do their jobs for over 20 minutes when I was the only customer. I’ll stick to the Tosa location because this location was an absolute joke.

The slowest noodles and company I have ever been to. It took 20min just to place my order. I wish there was a closer location to me. I dont recommend this one…. Updated had to deduct a point. After waiting 20min for my order and asked for a fork and they had noon. How do they expect you to eat pasta without a fork. Asked for a refund (paid cash) said it would take another 15min to give me my refund. Extremely disappointed in this location.

What can I say? Excellent food customer service and, as always, qaulity. This location is a new layout and it shows when you first walk in you know your stepping into a good location. Now one of the main reason I'm writing this review is the cashier James. The guy is straight on the path to management. I have rarely seen this level of customer service. The amount of questions and check in he performed and made sure we walked away with exactly what we wanted. Kind and courteous. I watched him take the order from an elder age customer with 2 little girls he took the time and patience to ask the little ones if any of the ingredients they didn't like and which ones they did and then topped it off with a simple question, "did they want crayons and an activity to play with?". Excellent excellent customer service and he needs to be recognized!

Pros:
We had a wonderful experience at this location! The food was amazing, the cooks here are GOOD! The cashier was extremely helpful. We did some customizing and he double checked with us on the ingredients we hadn't changed to make sure we still wanted them. We were at a table by the register and heard him talking to a family. Very good with the kids and helping them order. James is definitely future management material in the customer service industry.

Cons:
Lobby needed some cleaning and a tiny bit dusting in some nooks and cranies. But we came during lunch hour and the staff did their best to keep up. It didn't bother me as I've been there in past jobs, it happens. And there was no big messes, just routine stuff they hadn't had a chance to get to because of the busy time.

The workers here are awesome! A couple young adults and they were attentive, kind, and addressed each person as they were coming and leaving, while keeping the place clean, making all the food, and seeming cheerful. I’ll definitely come back here. Bathroom was clean and well-stocked.

This is the first time I’ve ever gotten noodles where they burned my noodles… also when I walked in no one greeted me. I just stood there like a deer in headlights while the blonde girl packed to-go orders. She looks all bothered and irritated, like she’s sick of her job. Not friendly at all, throwing people’s orders on the table after screaming their name and walking away in a huff. Who you putting on this show for?

Anyway, it’s not hard to say “I’ll be with you in a second.” But observing her passive aggressive behavior I think that ship has sailed. Also at 6 o clock she’s aggressively putting chairs on top of the tables to close for the night. How inviting for customers. Oh wait, she doesn’t care.

Someone just said “thank you!” To this girl and *no response*. People like this ruin restaurants and a company’s image.

I would personally fire her and recommend she get a warehouse job instead where she doesn’t have to talk to anyone.

Finally after weeks of trying to get here, lobby been closed cause not enough employees showing up, I'm told they no longer have the steak stroganoff at this location. Even though I looked up the menu before I left to go here. 3 strikes and your off the list. Not that I'll really miss it

Lunch for our office staffs pickup order at this location is always ready about 5 minutes early just as I like it! It's a clean building, plenty of parking and I'm in and out in 2 min flat. I've never had a complaint on order mistakes. They are on point and pay attention to detail when it comes to customizing dishes for the non mushroom or onion liker...etc. I've been to a lot of noodles locations throughout the years and I have not had one single disappointment with this one and I've been going 3 years now.

We love this place but the last time they cancelled my order and claimed they spoke to a woman who said cancel the order if shrimp not available. Liars, they made up an entire story, maybe because it was 15 minutes to closing or they messed up, regardless, it is very unprofessional to pull such stunts.

Can't go wrong with noodles! It's one of my go-to's for something quick and easy. And let's be honest, who doesn't like noodles??? The service is always great and they are very quick with your order. If you're having a hard time choosing, I recommend the stroganoff!

It's just TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get. The food quality is sporadic and different from store to store. But whether the food is good or not, I've paid $7.75 for a small bowl of noodles with a few ounces of chicken.

If you order to go, check your order before you leave and don't just assume it's in the bag because it's on the pickup shelf and pre-paid. Mine was missing 3 different items. I went to the counter and the employees gave me 2 of the items that were missing, I forgot about the 3rd item that was on the order and didn't realize it was missing until my child asked for it when we got home and i realized it was missing too. The employees I had to interact with barely acknowledged my existence, didn't apologize for their screw up and were more concerned about their personal conversation.

I left negative feedback on the Noodles and Co order email and even checked the box to be contacted about the issue and 2 weeks later my request was ignored. I've had issues with this noodles & co in the past as well. We are regular customers here and the service is always hit or miss. Good Luck if you visit.
