I have enjoyed Noodles & Co for a better part of a decade, and this location is an excellent one. Food is always fast and fresh! The employees are always in good spirits, and well trained, so there's no gap in knowledge.
It's a busy location due to the quality of food, and location to other businesses, which isn't a complaint at all, just avoid going during peak times of lunch and dinner and you should have an excellent meal dine-in or out.
As for the food they serve a variety of noodle-based dishes, and salads, and a small selection of appetizers.
Soda from a Coca-cola freestyle, juices, bottled water and gratis water cups.
I think for the level of business they do in a day they hold up to locations in much larger cities with ease.

This location still maintains the quality, speed, and awesome service. I make a point to stop at this one over other ones on my way through the area. The employees here are consistently friendly. No complaints!

The employees and especially the manager absolutely make this place amazing. My old location always had grumpy employees, this location the workers always have a smile on their face, and it really makes a difference. The food is always made perfect and the service is always swift and correct. 10/10 one of the best lunch/dinner spots in eau claire.

I was super bummed about this place. Usually noodles is good but I got their chicken Alfredo and it might have been the worst pasta I’ve ever had. It was cold and sauceless. The tables were dirty and disorganized and I’m also sick of fast food places asking for a tip on the pay screen. Ordered to go and manager Paige who was cashiering was rude initially. Left with what I thought was my order and only received half of it and didn't receive steak on the other half. Called and complained and when I returned for the food I should have gotten was told "I should check the bag so that we don't have to go through this again." Very poor service

The noodles were a bit greasier than the typical Noodle and Co. The garlic bread cheese was also pretty stiff. The tables in the restaurant were not clean and had some food on it from previous customers. The service however was amazing, great and friendly staff.

Food was absolutely disgusting! Super salty and when we got it, it wasnt even hot! Four of us went there and everything we got was awful! I went to ask for a refund and the first two ladies i spoke to were super nice the one had blue hair and the other one said she was new, tried to fix the problem, then i think it was the manager but could have fooled me, she was SUPER unprofessional and so rude! Told her what was wrong with the food and i told her then got mad and said “well it was all fresh” does not matter! I was being as nice as i could be. She then came over to our table to look at our food and stacked the full plates on top eachother very aggressively and whipped it into the dish bin and threw my refund on the table… worst experience ever!

My daughter chose Noodles and Company for dinner and it’s honestly been a very long time since I’ve been here. The restaurant was quiet on a Tuesday at 4:30– in fact we were the only ones in there the whole time we were eating! I ordered the pesto cavatappi with chicken, my daughter ordered the chicken parm, we had a side of cheese bread and two fountain drinks. The service was adequate. Not great, not poor. I thought my pasta was rather bland and under seasoned. My biggest complaint was the cost. $40 seems like a lot for fast casual pasta and I think next time we go out I’d suggest somewhere different.

The food at this location was actually really good. The problem is the majority of the employees are unprofessional. The two men at the front not only refused to take my order and insisted I download the app but they said crude things while I was waiting. He was telling a story about “blowing his load on his friends wife’s face” how it looked like snot and basically how proud of it he was. That stuff is not what I want to hear while waiting for food. I don’t even trust you to touch my food, luckily there was a woman there actually doing all the work and was more confident in her making the food correctly.

The food is at one star because the Coke Freestyle is set to the minimum syrup and no matter what drink you choose, they ALL taste like carbonated water. Went through six flavors and the staff checked the levels and they were fine. Simply put, management choose the minimum syrup level to save money. It’s hard to eat their food, tastes good, without a drink. Had to drink overpriced water. Big disappointment, won’t be visiting this location again.

I would normally not leave a negative review, but I am beyond frustrated with this noodles and co location. Every single time I order pickup from here, something is wrong with my order. Every. Single. Time. Something is always missing. Most recently, I placed a pickup order tonight and my husband picked it up, so he didn’t check to make sure the order was correct. I didn't eat my food right away, so a few hours later when I grabbed my bowl, much to my dismay but not surprise, something is missing. I paid for double protein (Parm chicken), and there isn’t a single piece of chicken in the bowl. So not only did they miss the double protein part, they missed the protein entirely. How?? How does this happen? It’s right on the receipt that they look at when they’re putting the order in the bag. So frustrated!

I had Noodles and Co for my very 1st time today. Now, being an experienced chef in the industry for over 25 years with extensive and high end food experience, I will have to say I did set the bar a little lower, but to my dismay I was really shocked at how good it was! Got to watch the AGM make my food to order and chat with him, thank you Billy! The flavor was well rounded on my pallet and the noodles were cooked perfectly, and I am a stickler on noodles as I cannot stand and refuse to eat over cooked noodles! The portion size was more than plenty for the cost of the dishes! Will be back sooner than later!

Took my 3 grandsons to Noodles in Eau Claire last Friday for birthday lunch. The seating area was dirty. I could tell the tables were wiped off but the chairs were dirty. Went to get a high chair and all 3 were disgusting! I asked a worker for some cleaning wipes to clean the chairs & she came back with a little square wipe used to clean the end of a thermometer! Seriously? Will not eat there again.
