Ordered through Uber Eats and I am disturbed at how easy it was for Noodles and Company's Incompetent worker to put this very burned chicken on top of my noodles. We slowly have been avoiding coming to this location. There are rat traps out for the public eye. We ordered a regular size drink with our pick up order and were denied a cup by the employee stating a cup was already in the bag when showing the workers a bag with no cup we were met with attitude and lost out on 3$. Eating our food at home it was cold noodles were not cooked well and found hard pieces of something none edible in the penne Rosa.

Darion and their coworkers took creative liberties on my meal when they ran out of tortellini. Instead of contacting us to see if the substitution was okay, they did what they wanted and didnt say anything. We were unable to get a refund upon returning to the store.

Train your employees how to handle out of stock items, random substitutions without the customers knowledge are not okay and can potentially be harmful.

I ordered Linguini Fresca which I love. I had a few bites and felt nauseous so I stopped eating it. I don't know what happened but I wasn't too happy. I sent a message to Noodles and Natalie at the Triverton location reached out very quickly. Apologized and sent a coupon. It wasn't a great experience but they rectified it quickly and I will go back; as overall I usually have a great experience and the food is tasty. They have lots of healthy options and the med salad is pretty amazing too.

I was very impressed with Miram (not sure if that is how you spell their name) but I ordered food and ordered extra food just to have delivery because I had a metting and was unable to go get it so I paid for food I was not even going to eat. I literally put in the instruction to delivery to the office but the delivery driver took it somewhere else and 30 minutes later, I finally found my food in a hallway now cold and without my drink so needless to say I was very irritated. When I contacted Noodles, they were super friendly and refunded all of my money when it wasn't their fault. She was amazing to talk to, listened to my frustration and would order from them all day long!

Great food, great choices, great healthier options. One thing I always get is one of those giant rice crispy treats. Except....the one I got last time seemed like it was half made....not mixed completely in the marshmallow/butter mixture. I don't get it. The "world famous mac" was buttered noodles with a sprinkle of cheese on top. I didn't even get the smallest hint of cheese beyond that layer. The pad thai also felt like buttered noodles except with crushed peanuts mixed in. The tofu was good? I'm more confused than anything. Very average for pasta, but their 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto was awesome! Wait for the creamy, cheesy goodness melt on your tongue. Next comes tomato and spinach. Ah, the wonderful recipe combination for any pizza, but for pasta would be even better. The pesto was creamy, but I like it thick as well. It can be a bit thicker. Next up, more cheesy goodness on the tortelloni, and it was delicious. The place was almost like a fast casual restaurant, but it does look almost grand. What an awesome pastaventure! I'll never forget this moment!

Ordered and paid for 2 Rice Krispies (menu photo for reference) which I get every visit because they're normally delicious! However, I received 3 miscellaneous mini sized krispies(other photo with beverage cup for scale reference). Hopefully next time they'll be the full treat.

Update: Apparently what I received were the kid's meal sized treats. Still not sure why those weren't a consistent size especially when replacing it for a normal rice krispie.

They are sending me a gift certificate for a free bowl though. Thank you to the store manager for reaching out to resolve the issue!

Order delivery through Doordash. Food came quickly. I ordered a regular wisconsin mac and cheese with extra cheese sauce and extra cheddar and 3 garlic cheese bread. Did you forgot the cheese? The bread was barely even flaked with cheese and my Mac and cheese had almost no cheese on it, other than the small bit of watery cheese in the bottom, which was the same as my cheeae sauce. Wisconsin mac and cheese should be thick and creamy. Used to love this place when i was younger.

My Shrimp Scampi order came out as Zucchini Shrimp Scampi which also costs more. Wish I had noticed before getting home.
