We had chicken phad thai and the beef Korean noodles. Both were very respectable although I had to use two spice packets to get it to my 3 star preference. My 5 ⭐ rating is not because it was the best ever, but the best outside a sit down restaurant. Update - I continue to come back for the Phad Thai and noticed when eating on site it was served in ceramic platter with stainless. Definitely a cut above the usual fast food. And it actually looks like the food in the video marketing!

The new menu is disheartening for me as someone who takes my homies at work 2-4 a week for the past 7 years and all got penne Rosa's and now we haven't went in weeks cuz they change it I went twice since the new menu took 2 bites and threw it away it's so bad. The parmasean chess is different and bad it's nowhere near as spicy or creamy tomatoes taste worse the noodles are never cooked fully now with the new ones and r chewy.i mean my own mom uses to joke I was made of noodles and company and now if the noodles I ate recently was my first impression I'd never eat there again. I mean I'm craving a penne rosa so bad rn I'm writing a review hoping the bring it back and I'm asking chat gpt to recreate noodles recipe but I wish I could just drive 2 mins and pay for it. Even employed would give me free drinks and I would justify going twice in a day once at work and once with my girl cuz they gave me a free soda for coming so often gave it a 3 star based off the old penne rosa but if review is just off new menu it's a 1 star for sure

I am not a fan of their new menu at all. My favorite always was the noodles because I can not have gluten. They no longer have them. My daughter's mac and cheese noodles were barely cooked. We like al dente noodles, but these were 2 minutes shy of that. My Mom's salad was OK with some of the ingredients being high quality, hower, we found the cold noodles in the salad odd. Use to love this place 😞. I will say the young man we interacted with was extremely pleasant and provided great customer service. He is the only reason we may give it another try.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is always helpful and nice. Went there yesterday to grab a quick meal and the computers shut down. Because of the inconvenience the manager/staff sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and said the meal is on the house. Everytime I go here I have never ever had a bad experience. I am a small business owner and this staff has got it down. Thank you again for the lunch. I will always be back :)

Love this place. Excellent staff, excellent service. I had an issue where my pick up order was accidentally grabbed by a delivery driver, but they made it right immediately and had me out the door and on my way home with my son’s spaghetti and meatballs.

I placed an online delivery order thru the app today, 1/24/24, and the door dasher stole my entire order. Fortunately, the staff was very understanding and I placed a new order for pick up. The nice woman working gave me a discount on my meal and a free soda for the troubles. Between conversations with Doordash and Noodles, the woman was able to refund my entire first order that was stolen. They handled everything so well and were very polite. Excellent service today and their thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

IMO Noodles has steadily declined in quality, quantity, and general consistency of product. Honestly 3 years ago it was definitely one of my top spots.... food quality and consistency is almost completely gone... tried multiple times at different locations..... guessing they have no quality control from company up top..... your on your own and we aren't gonna come check to see each franchise is representing our product properly and with pride.... so sorry to have to leave such a negative review, and so sorry to see one of my mainstays being crossed off my list... sad :-(

1. They false advertise their price. Bill showed a different amount than what was on their board. They claim they are being ignored by their corp of customer complaints about this. My second visit. First visit I thought the place was expensive. I ordered my entree in the small size. Talked to a few people who said to order the regular size, you get a LOT more for about a dollar more. They were right! Was full with the regular size. This place was awesome! We came as a whole track team, and it was great! The food was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful! The food was very fast even with around twenty some people in the restaurant at once, the food came out in around 5-10mins for everyone! I tried eating here last week with my mom. When we walked in, no one was at the counter until a girl walked up behind us and said that we needed to order online. Couldn't she have just taken our order herself? We didn't end up staying or ordering from there especially after seeing how dirty the place looked. Garbages were overflowing and the dining area looked unkept. I just tried going back there today and all of the lights are on, but the doors are locked. Online ordering is "unavailable" at this time. That transferred me to a person, who also couldn't get it to process. By then I was at the store, which will only allow online ordering. What a nightmare. The staff there wouldn't take an order in person. They would only cook your food from an online order. Nightmare experience, never got to place an order or get any food.

I usually LOVE noodles and company, but recently they have been putting less and less amount of sauce in the dishes I order. (seriously NO sauce in the last 5 dishes) And when I ask for extra sauce, they don't even put any sauce in the dish, and just leave a 2 oz. cup on the side. I've only had issues with this store. Also, they are always "closed" I wish they would say that when you call the store, instead it just keeps urging you to put in an order with the robotic voice and doesn't warn you it is closed. Do not like to leave bad reviews but hoping to see a change. Have complained about the sauce to employees 3x with no change. sorry :(
