Purchased two bowls for $24 today. Very, and I mean, very tiny serving of protein in each. In the spicy Asian noodles bowl, six slivers of beef the size of a child’s pinky finger. Insulting! The other bowl had 6-7 fingertip size chunks of chicken — this even after I mentioned the same concerns about a previous $28 order. POOR PORTION SIZES OF PROTEN from this location, but GOBS of NOODLES⁉️

I came on 10/11…there was only one worker throughout the building leaving the young lady to cook and take care of the register by herself and she was awesome, and really nice…she did let me know that it was only her to give her some time which was totally cool!! This young lady needs a raise ASAP!!

Wanted to get dinner at 7PM. Saw all the chairs were up on the dining tables. Asked if they were closing and they said no. Asked if I can sit at a table with a chair and they said I'd have to sit at a table with a backless stool. I've been working all day, no thanks. Door Dash Delivery tonight (Sept. 28, 2023) around 6:15 pm. I ordered Japanese Pan and Buttered Noodles with parm chicken and side Caesar salad. Japanese Pan was a gummy gluten mess. It looked like it was sitting in pan all day and just put in the container at the end of the day. The noodles were over cooked and soggy and clumped together, steak tasted okay and was tender enough and well seasoned but a some pieces were gamey in places. The broccoli was too hard to chew too. Overall, my food was not good. I am sitting her out of almost $40 and filling disappoint and still hungry. One good note is my daughter loved her buttered noodles with parm chicken. She did wish there was some more Alfredo sauce on it though. Needless to say the Terminator lied.

August 21st around 8:30pm I ordered food via door dash AN HOUR before closing. I get food to-go doesn’t usually end up perfect but i received these disgusting burnt and flat potstickers that were obviously cooked on a greasy flat top (fyi these are potstickers not a burger, you don’t need to smash them) instead of “steamed” as they we’re advertised. My guess is the employees decided to pack everything up in hopes to get out of work at 9:31 because they can’t stand being a productive member of society. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers by serving them inedible food. I put these potstickers where they belong which is the garbage. I advise whoever cooked these to change job titles because cooking like that wouldn’t even get you a cooking position in a state penitentiary.

Service was god awful. Was told that they weren't taking orders anymore 12 minutes before closing and the woman who said it continued to sit on her phone doing nothing. As a retail worker I get not wanting to do work a bit before closing but people coming in 12 minutes before closing isn't bad. It's awful service to deny a customer a certain service because you don't want to work. I once had a person come in at 8:56 when we close at 9, and we didn't deny them service. Do better.

A good Noodles location. This is one of our go-to spots for takeout, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently changed their pickup policy from bags sitting on the counter, to having to ask for your pickup and verify you really ordered it. Still quick enough that I almost never have to wait after ordering on the app from home. We will continue to order from here.

Penne Rosa has changed from good to terrible! This dish is supposed to be spicy but it's horribly HOT I can feel the burn on my lips and tongue! I gave star because the staff was great and understood my concern! I will not recommend this dish to anyone again until it's returned to its original flavor and spiciness. Only come here if you have some free time on your hands. In my experience, ordering one bowl takes about 45-75 minutes. They will realize in the middle of the order that ingredients are missing or they simply added something wrong so keep that in mind. You gotta kinda hold their hand here.

Horrific. Literally 20 people waiting for their orders when we entered the restaurant. Nobody eating, everyone just waiting. The two women working behind the counter seem like they’ve had zero training, they clearly have no clue what they are doing. There is a long row of finished, uncovered to-go containers, filled with cooling-down food, waiting for these two to pack and distribute it to waiting customers.

I shouldn’t be surprised, because when I called ahead to place my carry out order, the first time it just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. The second time, after many rings, one of these two women answered — and this is how she answered the phone at her place of business: (long pause, then tentatively) “…Hi??” No joke. We eventually established that this was indeed an employee and that she was going to take my order. When I told her we wanted a regular sized mac & cheese, without the shredded cheese on top, she said, “so you just want noodles? No cheese?” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am dumbfounded. I’ve never been terribly impressed with the service at this location, but this really takes the cake. Will never come here again.

There isn't too much to say about these corporate franchises. I love some noodles and Noodles and company serves the purpose of wanting some quick noodles with good flavor. There are better companies out there but you will usually get a solid experience here.

As far as this location goes, they were quick and tastey. I wouldn't want anything different when I am craving something that isn't typical American grub.

I never liked macaroni and cheese until I had it at Noodles and Company. Tasty on the day of and left over! The BBQ Pork Mac is my personal fave. I also love that you can take any noodle dish and change up the noodles and protein. On my last visit, I had the Japanese Pan Noodles but with zucchini noodles and shrimp. Delicious! This location is usually busy, so you might need to wait.

Waited 45 min for our food when ordered to eat in. It seemed like they prioritized all the pick up orders over our in house order. Totally understaffed for the volume of orders. The food was good, but eating noodles in your car so you can get somewhere else on time due to such a long wait is insane and definitely not a good customer experience This experience made me and my entire family hangry and ruined what we had planned to be a fun night. This store has hired new people that are difficult to deal with. Just very poor customer service. I typically go there twice a week and get 2 meals each time. Today my daughter injured her foot on the restaurant door, nobify cared after it was brought to their attention. My daughter was offered a desert if she filed out a survey. My daughter did the survey but nobody asked. And my daughter got horrible treatment when she called to ask for credit for the desert...
When you spend 25 to 50 dollars a week at a restaurant or so you would think they appreciate you. Not at the glendale noodles. Poor , rude customer service does not sit well when I am spending money all the time.

I usually don’t eat here, but I was craving Chicken Alfredo so I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan Crusted Chicken on the app for pickup at 3:45pm. Order was done a couple minutes after pick up time. Got home and saw there was no chicken on my pasta, noodles were over cooked and there was barely any sauce. Called the store, talked to a manager about the issue and she said she would issue a refund right away. Got an email a couple minutes later saying the refund was only for the missing chicken. I turn a mistake into an eating experience by going to the Noodles And Company restaurant with outdoor seating. I had the 3 Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Parmasan Cheese no tomatoes and Parmasan Crusted Chichen. It was so nice to have my first time eating out since Covid (by the way I got the j and j vaccine one and done. I was Asymptomatic and survived). The food was great it was nice to be out enjoying my dinner. I also had the Honest Green Tea with Honey that had a crisp cold taste on a nice summer day. So go out and enjoy yourself. I sure did. When I got to the Noodles in Glendale, WI they said someone must have taken my order (should we really be helping ourselves to our orders?). I ordered ahead because I was in a tight schedule. They said my order would be ready in 15 minutes but it took 25 minutes and when they finally gave my my order, without apologizing, they had forgotten my (paid for) desert. The desert was handed to me again without apology. I was not offered a drink while I waited, no sorry coupon and not even my complete order let alone an extra dessert. From now on I will drive to Brown deer for that Noodles and Company.

My sister and her friend had brought me dinner from Noodles & Company for Father's Day and housewarming party. I LOVE Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and Shrimp. It's GOOD.
