When I got home half of the food was cold and there was way to much sauce on the pesto cavatappi. The food is usually good but I dont know when I will be back after this visit

I got the Rigatoni Rosa with parmesan chicken. It was awful and reminded me of why I hadn't gone to this restaurant in over 5 years. I don't know about the other menu items but based on this one I won't be going back. Too salty, chicken was 'fake' processed chicken, salt dominated the dish. Not worth it. The staff started cleaning up while we were eating with my 1 year old baby. at 8:15 PM.
it was loud, due to vacuuming.

we kept eating and they started wet cleaning of a tiles on the floor. that is when awful smell/odor hit my nose. that bad smell was all over the place.
it seems like they use dirty cleaning equipment and it stinks.

please dont do it while people are eating inside. it is hard to taste the food when it smells like sewer....

The chicken was great as always though so there's that redeeming factor. I come here for lunch every so often and for the most part it is pretty good. The interior I can't say much about as I am usually in and out. They will sometimes miss an ordered drink which you can just ask the staff and they will give you a cup but otherwise have never had anything missed. The food itself is a little inconsistant though, especially with portions, which could be dependant on who is working that day. Sometimes you will get a very large portion, or you may as well have ordered a small because that is what you got. They can especially be a little skimpy with protein adds which is a shame because you are paying a lot to have em added. Overall though i can't say i have had an negetive experience here.

Honestly it is the worst meal I ate in a long time. Something was not smelling right in the asian noodles. It was the spicy beef and I asked for extra noodles which they apparently provided but... From another source since 1/4 of the pasta was not colored the same and didn't had the same savor. My wife and I ordered for broccoli but either one got some. They've closed off half the seating, so I couldn't sit where I wanted, and apparently they are no longer using real plates for dine-in. I specifically got dine in so I wouldn't create more plastic waste. If I wanted a to-go bowl, I would have gotten my dinner to go! No veggies in my Japanese pan noodles (2 pieces of broccoli and one mushroom), and the noodles were soggy instead of chewy like they're supposed to be. No chopsticks available unless you ask. This location used to be great but over time it’s declined in quality severely. They screw up orders a lot and the food itself has gone down too, the food here used to be amazing but now it’s barely above school cafeteria quality and prices on a few things were jacked up on top of all that. My last experience with them, my order was missing something and while they did refund me for the missing piece, they also gave me a free bowl coupon…. That was already expired. Good food for a chain, actually way above average. Don't know if they are all this good because this is the only one I have been to. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30 am) stating I would pick it up in an hour. When I asked for the order at 11:20 the polite and friendly young lady at the front desk picked up went down a lengthy line of neglected order receipts and said it just came in. To their credit I was out of there with the complete order by 11:30. I also noticed that not one of the food prep or food bagging people wore gloves. Not a big deal for me but it seemed unusual for a food service company these days.

I love this place. Good food that's freshly made to order, one of the best fast-food chains & the zucchini noodles (zoodles) & other veggies available make healthier eating possible even on the road. You can even do half pasta & half zoodles at request. As for the features, some locations have outdoor seating, I'm not sure about curbside pickup since I usually go in to pick it up. Definitely one of my favorite fast food places.

These workers have always been very hardworking especially being understaffed. They have modified hours but I always see them working fast. I stopped by the grafton location and got a Mac n cheese Xtra sauce no cheddar and a side of siracha. They wrote in the bag that they ran out of siracha which is fine! And they made it sooo good! It was lukewarm but I was also five minutes late so that’s my fault lol. But unlike the West Bend location where I normally go they actually FILL THE BOWL! Not just halfway to the “fill line” and the sauce was so good! I really like this location. I know some reviews are bad when they have rushes on weekends but I actually think they improved a lot and it’s my preferred location. Also very clean!

They never answer their phone. I was placing an order for the West Bend Location and somehow it ended up changing to the Grafton location. I called immediately to cancel the order and they never picked up the phone. I called for an hour and a half and they never picked up. I tried a day later and they still never picked up. So I never picked up the order, they never called to see if I was going to pick it up and am out $55. And they still don’t answer the phone.
I tried calling customer service and they said I would have to contact the store directly. I expressed my concern to customer service that they never answer the phone so they tried and guess what, nobody answered the phone. Terrible service!

Somehow my buttered noodles order was incorrect, and the pasta was in a mushy state/falling apart. What I was most disappointed about was that my boyfriend ordered a gluten free version of something, and he found lone noodles that were not gluten free. I ordered curbside to be ready at 7:30. When I arrived at 7:30, my app said my order was not complete. I waited a few minutes later and then the app said my order was done. I waited another ten minutes and still no one came out so at 7:45 I went inside and my order was sitting on the counter and there was a couple of employees just standing around. I guess I should have read the reviews before trying this place again after a terrible experience a few months ago... Curbside was great, the phone app was great, the guy who brought out my Pan Noodles was awesome! Rare to get actual service with a smile. But man, the steak was terrible. I should have stopped eating it. I paid for it for 2 days. I figure everyone sorta gets a pass these days because of everything going on. But I missed work because of it. Never again. 12$ for a punch in the gut and missed work. Avoid this place, at least for now.
