I always come here because I love the Mac and cheese. I order it all the time. I did a pick up and order and andded an extra cheese sauce on the side and the amount they gave me didn’t even cover the bottom! I ordered it pretty early because (Sunday morning) I get not wanting to make an order so early but I payed for it. I should receive what I’m paying for. Usually this location is good about their portions. If you order early in the morning go to Oneida street or the mason street. The morning people here on Sunday do not care! I work at anduzis and get payed $4 an hour and would never allow a cook to do this to happen :)

I been to other locations and they’ve never done this. They only did 1/4 of my dish. Not even 4 oz of noodles.

Dislocation is located on Lineville Road between Velp Avenue and Cardinal Lane in Howard/ Suamico. It is well kept up and clean. People that work there are very friendly and helpful. I've been there a few times and have never had my order messed up or bad food. It appears to be well managed and the employees care about what they're doing. If you are on Interstate 41 you would exit Lineville Road, go west about 2 and 1/2 MI. Very easy to find.

Lineville restaurant closed early due to staffing. However, my online order was still allowed to be 2 hours after they closed and still somehow showed it was ready. Double checked location and was correct. Ofcoure they still took my money out of my account. 2nd time having issues with this location. Went to Bacon Burger down the road for the first time. Food was great, good prices and the staff was happy to help. Also great conversation while your food is being made. Enough with these over priced food chains!

Worst managed place ever. If you “manage” a restaurant that closes at certain time then as a manager it should be your responsibility and duty to stay open until that given time or at least close the whole restaurant so customers know. Closing almost 45 minutes early and still accepting orders then making customers wait in the drive through window with no explanation while you are hiding in the back is extremely unprofessional. Had the front doors locked but not even the back door. Finally answered the back door and slammed it in my face saying “we’re closed”. Do better! Unbelievable.

We walked in to your restaurant tonight and the employee at the register had her mask under her nose.She kept on pulling it further down her face as she took a customers order. I could not order my food on the phone because the computer could not get my order right. They sent me to corporate and finished my order with them. I picked up my food and went home and my order was wrong. I figured out how to call the store directly and I spoke to the NICEST manager. He drove the rest of our order out to our house directly and apologized for everything. My family and I are extremely impressed at the measures taken to fix the issues from the computer and corporate. Thank you!

After years of avoiding noodles for similar experiences I was convinced to try a new location (Lineville road, Howard) by a friend. Bad decision. I walked in and was greeted by a snarky teenager who obviously takes little to no pride in her job. At least she was wearing a mask. The other two (one male and one female) in the kitchen were not. The male who was preparing my food without wearing gloves of any kind repeatedly touched his face to wipe the sweat and then touched my food. The female did the same but also played with her hair. Upon receiving my order I politely thanked the girl in the mask and was met with a “yep whatever.” Pretty much as expected. I threw the food out and went to the much cleaner and safer taco bell. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I won’t make this mistake again.

100% need to get your situation figured out. Used your lineville address via google with attached phone number, called to place order to have it made somewhere else because your not "showing up to home office" even AFTER I asked the call center representative (not the store?) if it was for the Lineville location which she confirmed yes it was. Disappointed.
