Food was good, service was even better. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a nice young man (didn't catch his name - no name tag, one of my only criticisms - but he had longer blonde hair). He was very friendly and gave me plenty of suggestions after I asked him the best dishes. I ended up ordering the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles. He brought them to me after only ~5 minutes, and they were hot and looked delicious. They tasted even better! They also have the Coke Freestyle machines, my favorite. Restaurant had wrapper debris here and there, but they were very understaffed and it seemed to have been a long day. Overall I had a great experience, and I can't wait to go back!

The food was as expected, however the service was less than we had hoped for. We showed up 50 minutes before close and were rudely made aware that when restaurant would be closing in 50 minutes.

We were well aware of the hours of operation, infact, the fact that they were open until 10pm was a primary reason we stopped for soup.

The situation was uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome. We finished our meal and left by 9:40pm.

Very Impressive. If i was managing or currently owning a restaurant as in the past I would be offering Mat too dollar to come work with my company. Over the top perfection in regard to his service and follow thru. There is a big difference between a person who does their job for $, and a person who does their job for personal gratification as a result of great customer service efforts. This was a fine meal. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t over the top amazing. I had the regular Mac n Cheese and it was fine. I could easily go to another place to get better Mac n Cheese and I could easily go to another place to get worse Mac n Cheese. Very Poor Service, went to Noodles on Oneida St last night around 9:05PM and they close at 10, right when I walked in the guy in the back in the kitchen started shaking his head at us for at least 2 minutes and made us feel very unwelcomed that we turned around and left, lazy people I tell you. Noodles food quality has gone down hill over the past year. Just my opinion. I look for other choices now, but this Noodles was actually pretty good for quality of the food. The shrimp was actually cooked correctly and was quite good. They over spice the cajun noodles but I still enjoyed the meal. I would stop at this Noodles again if I am in the area.

Fantastic staff, and the food was delicious. I got the green goddess salad for the first time, and I loved it. The only negative is that the drink machines are old and do not function well. Ice shot all over from one, and the other only worked if the button was pressed extremely hard. Maybe corporate could buck up and get some new drink dispensers

I stopped in for lunch today to use my reward points for a free regular entree. When I was done ordering the lady at the register told me the total came to $4.48 I asked why because it should've been a free entree. She told me it was extra for the shrimp even though I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp scampi so the shrimp was already included. I asked if I could change my entree to something different then and she said of course and grabbed the manager. He refused to let me change my order because I would lose my reward even though the transaction didn't go through yet. So I made the $4.48 payment because I had no choice and left. Once I got back to work to eat my food the noodles were really chewing. Over all my experience was not good at all.

I tried the pad Thai with zucchini noodles. It didn't taste good at all. So I asked to switch it. The attendant at the counter was very nice, and I changed it to zucchini noodles with marinara sauce. It was so salty that I got sick to my stomach. The nice attendant came by to check on me. I told him, he ran to the kitchen. He came back to the table with a card for a free dish. I asked if the noodles are usually that salty, he told me that they may not have been rinsed properly. But then he said the manager tasted the zucchini noodles and she didn't think they were salty. I had no reason to lie. I was on lunch break from work and very hungry. I won't be going back there. I might have given another chance until I was called a liar.

First time there. Girl talking my order was very pleasant, and explained things to me. Ordered Penne Scampi Shrimp, and Orange Chicken, and a side of buttered noodles. Took it home, and was still hot when I shared with my friend. OMG, I now have a “new” favorite place to go Oh, and I read on your app “No tipping”, well, they have a “tip” on the screen when you check out. I have no problem with that. I tipped, but maybe others don’t feel they need to. I can see these kids working hard, and really do deserve a tip. When I opened the container and realized the mistake, my husband who had placed the order called the store. They said they would send something in the mail to make up for the mistake. What has happened to Noodles and Company?? Just ordered through a delivery service (quick & on time) the Japanese Pan Noodle with steak...barely any sauce or the sauce that was on there, the noodles completely soaked up. Noodles & steak are completely gummy and gross. This is not edible by any means. Thank goodness I ordered flat bread too, that was the only thing edible.

There’s something wrong with the order literally every single time I order and they’re never responsive or try to fix the problem. This most recent time they ran out of the item I ordered, so they just replaced it with another item without asking. They also forgot the veggies on mine. Every time we have ordered from this location they have gotten our order wrong, not fully cook the chicken or they just honestly do not care for the quality of their food. Order no veggie in and they put everything on it and the breaded chicken is soggy as if it sat out in water before being put in our meals.
