I ordered a delivery from this location. It was extremely dry, and luke warm. I ordered grilled chicken, but got pieces of parmesean crusted chicken (which were soggy). I used to work at noodles and I know they put multiple pieces on the grill and cut and serve in a rush but that is just sloppy. Also, I ordered a pesto cavatappi that was so dry it was like they didn't add the cream. They also overcooked it to the point there were burn marks on the pasta. I will continue to go to the location on 27th street over this location. Very upset I spent almost $20 on this.

We have eaten at several Noodles & Company. At one of our last outings the food had plastic in it. At this location only one of nine males was actually steaming hot. The rest were all lukewarm to cold. Even the chicken that had excellent flavor was cool.

The food set up on the counter and we actually went and asked if they would give us our food because one bowl was already cold and three bowls sat on the counter anout 10 minutes. The next bowls were the same since they had been up there a while. Only the last one up had steam and was hot. There is no heating element above the holding area. . Overall, go somewhere else.

Be careful when paying with card here. I payed with card and checked my account just to see and was charged a $20 tip that I never put. When I asked them about it the manager said we don’t give refunds on tips. Explained I didn’t put a tip. She had an attitude and wasn’t trying to refund. Eventually she went and got $20 cash to give me. Pay attention and look at account whenever paying with card here!!!

I came into Noodles & Company just before closing, fully expecting a rushed or limited experience but I was blown away by how warm, welcoming, and accommodating the staff was. Naraiah greeted me with a genuine smile and never made me feel like a burden, even though it was the end of a long shift.

My food was freshly made, perfectly cooked, and served with the same care and attention you’d expect during peak hours. The team clearly takes pride in their work and customer service, no matter the time of day. It’s rare to see that level of hospitality so close to closing, and it didn’t go unnoticed.

Huge thanks to the crew and especially Naraiah you turned a quick dinner into a truly positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Noodles and Company is a great place for a quick bite to eat at a decent price. They have a variety of dishes perfect for your taste!

My favorite is the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and the new creamier recipe makes it better than ever! Paired with a fresh baguette and fountain drink dispenser with over 20 options it makes a great meal.

I use the app and get reward points - I highly suggest you do the same. I order ahead and my meal is always set to go when it is time. The employees are always friendly and cheerful. The establishment is clean. Highly recommend.

Idk if its because I used to work at this store so maybe they just dont like me for quitting but they always put random stuff in my dishes. I ordered a penne fresca once and it had a copious amount of mushrooms (which are my least favourite vegetable of course). Today i got a garlic cream and it had corn in it, like full kernels!! I know some people have um “interesting” orders but dude, clean all the veggies out of the steamer basket before you add other dishes to it!! It wasnt even busy, so I genuinely think it was just the cook being non-thorough which sucks cuz this isnt really cheap so it would be nice to get what i ordered.
Sucks cuz this one is close to my house but i’m gonna pass on this location because i’m really not about getting old vegetables that have been sitting in the steamer as a surprise all the time.

very expensive for lack of quality. Japanese Pan Noodle: paid extra for chicken protein, received none.
Spicy Korean Noodle: received 3 small pieces of steak.
Delivery came faster than expected but food was lukewarm when received.
The receipt showed everything was "checked" but the order was not complete. I've given this location many chances and cannot any further because of similar issues. I know the food can be delicious but this location is very disappointing.

If you're going to have cashiers asking for names and being in charge of giving out drink cups, please hire people who can do the job correctly. There is no reason "Alex" turns into "El" and there's no reason for me to ask for my cups - and if a customer is telling you they didn't get their cups, double check the size on the order. There's no reason we paid for LARGE cups and got regulars.

This location has gone drastically downhill over the years and it's really sad to see. There should be significantly more traffic into this location simply because of its proximity to the mall, but I can understand why frequent shoppers avoid this location like the plague; the customer service is scary bad.

Went here for dinner with my son got penne Rosa when we got our food looked dry and had no sauce. Went to front counter a different worker helped me and said what is this? I spent 46 bucks here for 2 items made to a meal and one $3 cookie i tipped before getting my meal even though I believe it to be an after being served deal.
The food had the wrong protein but being starving I just dug right in. I was appalled on how small the REG size was to any portion I've gotten anywhere. Food was low quality and my order was inaccurate. I didn't say anything because I just didn't have the strength to, once again, have to fix something I bought. I ordered that chicken be replaced with tofu. I got chicken with (what looked like) 4 small cubes of tofu. I had a bite, but had lost my appetite at the sight of low quality meat. Let me preface review by stating I love salt! I salt everything. But I couldn't even eat the chicken because it was bathed in Salt. HORRIBLE. It was the breaded chicken. Great location. The staff were very friendly and service was exceptional. My Japanese pan fried noodle craving was taken care of within 5 minutes.

The execution of the dish was perfect. Right amount of each ingredient and cooked correctly. I've been to a few stores that forget the carrots or broccoli or mushroom or cilantro.

I haven’t been at this location in awhile and I usually really like the food and service but, this time was not it. When we first walked in there was nobody at the register to take orders so people were literally walking out. The woman who was working at the resister was clearly flustered and could not keep up. My daughter ordered kids Mac and cheese, and there was a hair on top of it. Her diced apples were brown and mushy as well. My husband ordered spicy Korean beef noodles and there was so much sauce that it overpowered the dish. My Japanese pan noodles were so mushy and I asked for no meat but, there was steak in it. I just left this location after an hour of waiting. Typically I go to the location in New Berlin but stopped at this one today. They changed the way they make the potstickers, they used to grill them/sear them, and now they just steam them and it's a pile of mush. And they only gave me 5. I said something and then waited 15 minutes and nothing. Then finally went up to the counter and just waited, didn't say anything cuz I didn't want to be impatient. The woman who told me they couldn't make them seared saw me and quick told them to make them and then everybody was confused behind the counter acting like they didn't understand what was happening. My potstickers finally came another 10 minutes later. My family was already finished eating. Plus there was weird random noodles from other food in the container. Definitely wouldn't pay for that pile of mush ever again.
