Stopped in for a late lunch and it was very good. The staff were very friendly, service was very fast and our order was accurate. I don’t know why I haven’t tried the buttered noodles from here before. Probably became the price for buttered noodles seems a little much here. They were very good though. Probably the best entree I’ve tried from Noodles. I also tried the lemon Parmesan broccoli and that was good as well. The Caesar salad was ok, I probably wouldn’t order it. My husband got his usual of bbq pork Mac and cheese and it was also good. Filled out a survey and got a free dessert. Great experience.

I hadn't been to noodles in a few years (moved away), and I was eager to get my favorite Japanese Pan Noodles with Tofu. I went to 2 different Noodles locations while on this trip, and in both instances, the Noodles and the tofu were dry. Although there's spicy seasoning and great flavor with the sauce, there needs to be more sauce to make the dish satisfying.
My kids still love the Mac and Cheese though!
Wait staff at both locations were okay, just pretty indifferent.
I hope this review can be used to encourage positive changes, as that is how it is intended to be.

The food was great! I had Alfredo MontAmore, and I recommend it. It was a tad heavy on the parm for me, but combined with the chicken was a great bite. My husband had Spicy Korean Beef. He loves a lot of heat, and this delivered, almost a bit too much. He loved the flavor. Just make sure you truly can handle the heat. There's nothing special about the atmosphere, but it was comfortable.

I received my order today and there were random noodles in my dish… AND I wasn’t warned the tofu was not gluten free. The last manager told us that our order was safe. I have been wondering why I’ve been sick the past few days and now it’s obvious it was the last time I ate here… I really appreciate the managers little lack of empathy and care. The staff here went above and beyond. I didn't realize a dish had fish sauce in it, which I'm allergic to. Sunday 5 - 6pm. As long as you don’t order ahead. When you do, they only advise you afterwards that they don’t have chicken … So, you ordered your dish, paid full price for your Parmesan chicken, but get a vegetarian dish instead. I think it’s a money making idea…

We finally found the Noodles in Hudso . It's kind of hidden in a strip mall just off Carmichael. It's very easy to miss. We had a good meal at Noodles. We both had the Zucchini Grilled Orange Chicken. It tasted great. But it seemed like a small bowl of soup not at all like the picture of the full size dish. It took a bit of time to get our food, but they didn't have enough people. That seems to be the problem everywhere. The people were great though. We were even given a couple coupons for a free bowl because of the wait. That was very thoughtful. I did think it was funny that they labeled their restrooms as "gender neutral" when they're just 1 person restrooms.

I never do this, but I had to share. My daughter and I went there yesterday. The hours say it opens at 10:30, we got there at 11 am and the doors were locked. There were two people inside behind the counter working. No one came the door when I tried opening it, we were ignored. There was also no sign on the door indicating short staff or anything. I would not be writing this if the manager came to the door and explained what was happening, but nothing. As my daughter and I were leaving, the manager came to the door to let an employee in, but never made the effort to communicate to myself and another customer what was happening. Thankfully the Woodbury location was opened & service was excellent.

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt during lockdown when everywhere was struggling but it is consistently an awful experience. Terrible customer service, hugely varying portions, paying for add-ons and extras and not getting them, then being scoffed at for requesting the proper food that I have paid for . I understand most of the staff are borderline children (or at least act like it, very bizarre setting, borderline uncomfortable) but as somebody who worked at Noodles as a kid, it's embarrassing, the job isn't that hard.

We haven’t been to Noodles in quite some time and when we went, they brought us the wrong order and said they were “really backed up.” The bacon we added to one of our bowls was completely uncooked and cold. We asked for extra cheese sauce and didn’t get it. We also got the grilled chicken kids meal and the marinara was not given and the chicken was cold. Ordered from them several times using doordash. I've ordered the tomato bisque at least the last five times. The portions are never consistent and at times only cover the bottom of the bowl. This time in the time before I was served scorched burnt soup. It's clear to see they were literally scraping the bottom of the barrel on this one. I still ordered a serving of soup in this time they sent it in the side of soup container and there's still barely any inside of that. Very disappointing.

I would not recommend stopping here if you are looking for a quick meal off of 94 while driving through. We came towards the end of the night, about 20 minutes before closing, no other customers were there the entire time but somehow our food still took 15 minutes to make. They got one of the two orders wrong, told us they were closing at that point but we could stay to eat, then proceeded to take away all of the garbage bags and turned off the pop machine.
