By far one of the friendliest noodles & company that I’ve been to! The food was delicious as always but the service and attention by Don was amazing! I wish more restaurants had attentive and friendly cashiers/workers like him.

Stopped eating not only because their chicken and their potstickers have burnt debris on it; but they use horrible products. They use Teflon pans which are very harmful to your body. If you don't know what Teflon is, it's a spray nonstick chemical that is cancerous. Thanks to DuPont, the documentary is called "the silent killer." Gross, I will never go back to this place again.

Why do your employees not wear gloves? I’ve seen it at other locations as well. I’m shocked that with customers having the ability to see all the preparation. That employees are not required to wear disposable gloves. Food was OK, but seeing employees without gloves, interacting with food, turns people off a bit. At least it does with me.

Extreme disappointment! We haven’t been to Janesville and Noodles for quite a while and thought we would stop in for a quick bite to eat.
The food was bad and poorly prepared. The food was served in what looked like TV dinner trays with plastic utensils! I had the buffalo chicken mac & cheese, and my bowl was filled halfway with some kind of cheese sauce that tasted horrible! I’m not sure I even got the gluten-free noodles that I ordered.🤨
The restaurant was filthy and needs a good scrub down. The last rice crispy left at the front cash register looked like it had been manhandled all day. When I asked for a fresh one, it was a big deal that needed corporate approval to get a fresh one. I very rarely will write a review, but for the money go to Chick-Fil-a instead!!

I ordered through EatStreet for a delivery to my office. When the food came there was short black hair in the pasta. I threw it away and called the restaurant. They told me I could come get a replacement. I explained that wasn't an option since I was at work, which is why I ordered delivery. this is the best noodles restaurant i’ve ever been to! for my first time. One thing that was funny is that there was a macroni in my chicken parmesan in the picture. As soon as you walk in the restaurant, it smells putrid almost like feces and it is a common occurrence. I’m not sure if it’s the drains or the food but it is a real turn off. The workers seem annoyed to be there, and the food overall has been going downhill but tonight really put the cherry on the cake. I couldn’t even finish my meal because of the smell and the workers decided to do the closing tasks right when it was busy and get in the way of the customers. With all that said, I would seriously like some sort of compensation because I used to love coming here and now honestly I avoid it now. Thanks for reading!

I don't go here often but when I do, I usually order Alfredo Montamore w/parmesan crusted when I go in and it is usually on par, however this time around it is complete trash. The chicken was cold and almost appeared to be gray in color the few pieces of chicken that looked regular in color had a bad texture to them. Even my appetizer was cold and unappetizing. They were so kind. We live out of town so we didn’t know where this one was located. We ordered on the app and they closed at 10. Maps said that they would get us there at 9:45. The map lead us to the middle of the highway.
