I never do this.. but here we go. No ice in the freestyle machine, soda was super flat as well. My regular looked more like the size of a small maybe less.. Zucchini in my dish was brown and translucent, chicken was impossible to eat around the fat and pure mush of some parts. Just so disappointed.. I’m honestly worried I’m going to be sick from eating the little that I did. I’ve never had this issue at another Noodles and Co.. so I’m pretty sure it’s just this location currently anyway.

First visit. Ordered Korean Spicy Steak Noodles. Not sure how they can feel remotely comfortable about calling this Korean when it's nowhere near. After pulling off the handful of cucumber, green onion, and cilantro (?) the noodles were mushy and super watery. The steak is obviously the lowest quality beef they could find and chop up. The sauce tastes like balsamic, oil, sugar, and chili powder. On top of all of that, the portion is nowhere near what I was expecting.

Will not be returning, save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Always friendly service and the food is good. Not sure if this location is short-staffed; I wonder because frequently the tables are not wiped down even though the restaurant is not crowded. All the workers who are there are always busy/not just standing around so that makes me think short-staffed. This is still a go-to for me though because everything else is good.

Love the convenience of Noodles, especially ordering thru the app for pick up, but as a vegetarian for 35 years now, I was HORRIFIED to find that a dish marked vegetarian was made with chicken broth! Went to kenosha location a month ago. (1st time visit) my daughter attends Christian life so tried it out. Really, really hate the request for a tip at the point of sale credit card reader. You're making me a bowl of noodles, not refill8ng my cup for me, not grabbing me some extra napkins, so I see the tip as insurance against getting spit in my food. Deserve some recognition! Our group of 20 came in unexpected on Aug. 13, 2022. And they served us really well and were extremely kind, despite some confusion with orders. They were getting slammed tonight as well. 2 more large groups came in after us, giving them no break in the action. They paid attention to the quality of the orders and were working as quickly as possible. I hope they get some recognition for the work they did tonight. I would have liked to give them a $15-20 tip but unfortunately don't carry cash on me. I hope the night eventually calmed down for them.

The kids spagetti and meatballs would make someone not want to eat again. Meat balls wear dry and burntish. Sauce was like they put a teaspoon of water in an empty spagetti jar and that was the sauce.
The mac and cheese that we always get tasted like the cheapest value brand of powered mac and cheese.
Idn like 50/50 chance with food. It's a waste of time and money. Plus leaves u hungry and a bad taste in your mouth.

I'm quite tired of this noodles and company. I used to work for a noodles and company myself quite a few years back, i understand the frustration of working food industry from their view point. However, the way mine and my roommates order was handled was NOT how it used to be when I worked for the company. We ordered our food from a grocery store since it was close to this restaurant amd when we had finished we just popped on over. We knew full well the food wouldn't have been finished in that time so we waited. After about 10 min of being there, our app said the food was ready. It was not ready until another 20 minutes after that.
Finally we got our food and we went home, when we got home and unpacked everything, an entire entree was missing. My roommate's entire dinner was missing. When I looked at the order slip they attached to our bag, they had not crossed off what they were packing which I know they are supposed to do. You don't pack the order before every item is there and you make sure everything is correct before you bag it.
So I tried to call. 3 times. And was hung up on. Each time, the time between the phone ringing getting shorter and shorter with each call until it rang one time before hanging up. So I had to drive all the way back out there to complain.
When I arrived and explained the situation to the manager on duty I was rudely told 'well we've been busy and I haven't answered the phone and no one else has either.' When the manager called back to the saute line to make the order they very rudely said 'we already made that.' And it seemed that they were implying we were lying. It is not my fault you clearly bagged the wrong food into the wrong bag. Hence why you should be checking off the bags. We waited yet another 30 minutes for the food and left.
Well stick to the east side noodles and company from now on. Don't expect great customer service, you won't get it here.

I order a regular size meal and received it in a small bowl. When I asked the staff if my order was regular size, I was told 'yes, because we ran out of covers for the regular sized bowls.'

This logic is lost on me since the small bowl is substantially smaller than the regular bowl.

Similar to other posts, no tables were cleaned following patron departures during our visit while 3 employees stood behind the counter.

We visited on October 31st and he wore a wolf mask to take the trash out 🤣 then he gave us Rice Krispie treats as we were leaving. When I realized that black sesame seeds came on my order he quickly remade it because I am allergic to them. “I got you!”, he said. He sang and laughed a lot. It was a great experience!

I took my granddaughter here and I ordered a combo with tomato soup and a drink, she ordered the Mac n cheese with extra cheese sauce, I was full afterwards and thought the prices were reasonable, the onl drawback was my granddaughter also wanted soup but was offered a combo so I had to buy a side order which added an extra $2 over if she had ordered it in a combo, no big deal but could perhaps sway some not to go, the combo should always be offered at the register

Im not from the region and had never actually heard of this place, but drove by a couple of locations during my visit out here and decided to give it a try. I love the concept, and I had a hard time deciding on what to get. I opted for the spicy Korean beef noodles. The flavor was good, a bit too salty for me, but not bad. I was disappointed with the amount of beef and with the portion size overall. I order the regular size as opposed to the small and definitely thought it would be bigger. There were only maybe 7 or 8 chunks of beef in the bowl. Maybe it was just a one off, there’s definitely lots of options and I’d probably go back and try something else.

Took my wife for a quick bite while we where out running errands. Took a minute for the food. Long enough to have to take a breath instead of rushing on to the next task. The food was good (I had Wisconsin Mac with Parmesan chicken and she had Pad-tai with tofu), the atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was patient and courteous, and the price was not bad.
