I have been coming to this location for a few years now. After recently hearing how the Manager Sam treats the employees and his employees with special needs. I will no longer be coming in to this location. Along with other concerns that should be addressed. I’ve as well heard how food preparation is prepared and stored. Along with how food waste is not properly being wasted but sitting on the line till it’s visible that there is mold then dis regarded. Along with food not being put away properly after closed and sitting out. Then when the food is put away it does not get covered. This is a big concern for the public.

I have a gluten allergy and was served breaded chicken after making it clear in my order. When I asked for the dish to be remade, the cook was rude and dismissive. The remake was poorly done with barely any chicken, only two pieces of spinach, and raw mushrooms. This shows a lack of care for customers with dietary restrictions as well as poor quality control. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. They also charged me more for using different utensils.

I got the buffalo chicken Mac and the chicken is burnt which completely ruins the dish with the burnt taste. I can smell it’s burnt as soon as I opened it. The cilantro was also completely wilted, are you SERIOUS! How am I supposed to feel good paying for an entree when it a burnt and the cilantro had already gone bad?????? The person who ordered with me also got burnt chicken in their bacon chicken Mac dish. Who smelt and looked at that chicken and cilantro and thought it would be acceptable? I’m sure none of your employees would eat this. Ridiculous. My camera doesn’t work otherwise I would take a picture. It’s ridiculous truly. It’s also completely bland and has barely any spice. I have had this dish a million times and even from this location before, I am sad it was so tasteless, bland, and burnt.

The picture is a kids Mac n cheese with side of broccoli. It was dry and I paid extra for chicken and there was barely any added, and there was barely any broccoli. The picture is taken right away with nothing eaten from it. They forgot the drink and dressing for a side salad, the bowl for the spaghetti we got wasn’t even half full, I paid extra to get fried zucchini in my buttered noodles and there was literally 2 pieces. Every single item we got was super disappointing, especially when everything we got all together cost about $50. I am incredibly disappointed with the decline in quality at Noodles and Company. Our recent visit left much to be desired. The pasta sauce was disappointingly watery and lacked any discernible flavor profile, a far cry from the rich and savory dishes I used to enjoy. The pot stickers we ordered as an appetizer were shockingly ice cold, a glaring oversight in basic food preparation.

Adding insult to injury, all our dishes were unceremoniously dumped into cheap, plastic containers, a stark departure from the once-classy presentation on glass plates. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in what was once a go-to spot for a satisfying meal.

The entire experience felt rushed and substandard. It's truly a shame to see a restaurant I once held in high regard fall so far from its former glory. Needless to say, after this disappointing visit, I have no plans to return to Noodles and Company.

Two friends and I drove about 8 miles to come to this location to get dinner. As we arrived the location was closed two hours before the assigned closing time. All other locations around this restaurant were open still for business. According to google, Apple Maps, and door dash this location was still open for service. Have to do better and mark online if you will be closed wasted gas, time, and didn’t get our dinner like we planned !

Usually, this location is good... Every other time Mac & Cheese (as well as the other dishes) have been awesome. Tonight, we get Mac & Cheese with un-melted cheese on top (2 orders) so we couldn't eat it until we got home 45 min later to put it in the microwave . I called the store before we decided to nuke it and the lady there said that it's not supposed to have melted cheese on top. It's supposed to have plain shredded cheese, not melted. I said that that the Mac & Cheese has always had the cheese melted and I've never had Mac & Cheese with cold cheese... She said no, they just throw the cheese on top and it's not supposed to melt.

No problem. We will start going to the Noodles & Company that's 2 miles the other direction.

The menu was diverse, what we ordered was very good. The chicken Alfredo, my wife got the zucchini noodles, very good. I would recommend this eatery highly, everyone was kind, the interior was spotless, the bathrooms were really clean, and you can get your own drinks. That's pretty cool if you're sitting there for a while after you eat, and sip on a soda or two.

We definitely will be going back, it's not Ramen, but it's the next best thing!

One thing to remember if you didn't know, if the bathrooms are clean the kitchen is clean, if the bathrooms are dirty, go somewhere else! The bathrooms always tell you about the manager.

My husband had a bad experience but I wanted to give this location another chance- I wish I hadn’t. I ordered a stuffed pasta meal and my husband ordered the chicken Parmesan. The drink machine was out of ice, but the cashier was nice enough to tell us up front and give us ice from the back. Then when we got our drink, the sodas all tasted flat. Oh well, no biggie. Time goes by, and everyone around us and all the to go people get their food. Twenty minutes pass and we still haven’t gotten our food. My husband checks on it and they suddenly bring it out, like we were forgotten about. His food was scalding and mine was colder than room temperature. Even worse, it was pretty expensive for my serving to only have like 8 stuffed noodles in it total. We brought it back and mentioned it was cold and the cashier didn’t seem at all apologetic. I just got Chick-fil-A on the way home, where my food and service was far better. I wish I could say it was an isolated experience but I’m not willing to test the theory.

I doubt the staff will see this, but I want to commend them on their service. Our delivery order was messed up through a combination of their fault (forgot our meat on one dish) and the DoorDash driver’s (didn’t fill our drinks). I called to get it corrected, and despite being right at closing time, they fixed our order and literally went the extra mile for us. Plus all the food was great.

I've only had them mess up my order once (out of many times), and the girl that fixed it was so kind and apologetic. She even gave me a free meal. Plus, the rewards program is amazing, I'm always getting something free or at a discounted price.
The Buffalo Mac abs Cheese is hands down the best, but the Pasta Fresca (yes, it's back) is a very close second!!
The pick-up window is great cause my dog gets antsy and attempts to eat my car when I get out without her. The employees are fabulous and kind. I really could never complain about the one in Kenosha. They are all AMAZING there!!

This location is outstanding. Great service, food always delicious. Anyone have anything bad to say about this location is just an incredulous hermit. Sam is the sweetest person, noodles is lucky to have her. Very professional and helpful with in-store and app purchases. And Melissa is an absolute wizard at all things noodles.

Being my first time in the place to staff were super friendly. Very helpful when deciding a new dish to try. I chose a dish with egg, chicken, shrimp, peanut l, cilantro, and lime. They have a wide variety of pasta dishes to choose from such Wisconsin mac and cheese, penne rosa, butter noodles, stroganoff, spaghetti and meatballs, alfredo, shrimp scampi, Pad Thai, Korean beef and much more and you can add beef or chicken to it. They also offer a variety of salad like grilled chicken Caesar, chicken Veracruz salad oh, they also have potstickers cheesy garlic bread. Sometimes these items change due to personal experience they just don't carry them anymore. The prices are very reasonable.You can dine in. You order at the counter and take it to your table. Terrible experience. I ordered on Noodles and Company website for delivery through DoorDash. My order status said "Delivered" but it was not. I called Noodles and they stated I had to contact DoorDash, fine, I expected that. I called DoorDash and they got the OK to send for redelivery, would take about an hour 15. An hour and a half came and went with no update, called DoorDash, they stated my order was canceled. Again, not Noodle's fault. DoorDash stated they refunded the order, gave me a reference #, and told me to call Noodles to get my refund since they had my method of payment on file. I contacted Noodles, and they were anything but helpful. They stated they had nothing to do with it, that I had to call DoorDash. Noodles ran my card, not Doordash. The girl on the phone ran me in circles, said my order # wasn't helpful, stated they don't have delivery on their website (they obviously do?), and all she could offer me was a free bowl. I declined. Did not bother to have me speak to a manager. She stated "This kind of thing happens all the time", great, so you keep people's money who never got their order, even though DoorDash refunded the restaurant? Maybe, to avoid issues, they should discontinue use of third party delivery services. Unfortunately, I don't think that would help their with lackluster customer service in store. Silly to complain over a $25 charge but...here we are :)
