I typically hold my opinions and don't offer many reviews as I understand people and businesses have thier off days. However I have been in many Noodles in the area and 4 different time the Lake Geneva location. Each time I have ordered pot stickers. All 4 times they have been served uncooked and cold. Twice I sent them back and they came out hot and hard. My last two meals were served with chicken that tasted extremely off. Honestly not sure why I continued to order the food. This will be the last time I go into that location. I just hope the other locations do not follow suit. Very disappointing.

Awesome service! Came with a big group of people and got our food very quickly. I love all of the menu options because there's something for everyone. We also came somewhat late at night, so it was very quiet, which I liked. Overall lovely experience 10/10!

Got carry out on a Sunday night. Something about the food wasn’t the same. The portion seemed smaller and there was not much sauce. My daughter’s Mac and cheese turned out well but not the pan noodles or montemore chicken. I do not like that they do not ask you the size, they assume you want the larger portion. Every single time they forget to put the crispy in the bag and we have made it a habit to check the bag every single time.

Hate the soda machine-they all taste the same. Why label the bathrooms anything other than 'bathroom'? Making political statements is unnecessary. Paper straws, but dining-in uses plastic bowls rather than reusable...makes no sense. We like Noodles food, but it feels unfriendly being surrounded by political opinions.

Terrible experience. Between our group we placed 3 different orders and 2 orders were completely wrong. One person ordered pesto and got a completely different dish. Some ordered regular size dishes and got small and vice versa. The staff seemed uninterested in customer service. We brought people to try it for the first time and they were disappointed. Management needs to get involved.

Went in to order dinner at 8:20 and the restaurant closes at 9, the girl at the counter was very rude and at 8:40 I went up to order a To go meal and was told no they were already closed as all of the employees were in the back making their own meals. The employees were all very rude when I went up to order the To go meal which they didn’t allow me to order even though they still had 20 minutes until close and when I went and sat back down they went to the back and began talking about myself and the people I was with complaining we were sitting there even though they hadn’t closed yet according to the hours online and their front door. We couldn’t even finish our meals at the restaurant because we felt rushed and left before they were supposed to be closed.

Walked in waited at the counter to order then a employee said due to short staffing (at least 3 people that i could see) we're only doing online odering. so a lil frustrated but then noticing a sighn we sat down and started our ordering. as we were doing that a gentleman came in and another employee who was neer by when we first arived came up to the register and took his order. Well maybe cause it was just him he took it. Then a family of 3 came in and the same guy took there order and everyone from therea order. Just frustrating to have to still be typing in a order when apparently they were more then capable of taking it as they we speedily taking others orders. Might i add there was no one ahead of us when we entered it was dead enough for tables to be cleaned and garbage to be emptied.

I don't know why I continue to give this location a chance, they can never get my order right. I asked for no tomatoes, yet they were all over my salad.
