The food was ok BUT the server did not take my order correctly! I asked for a duo combo of Cajun shrimp bowl and garden salad. I expected the price to be the same as online, which is $10.5. However, the server did not add it as a combo but separate orders and charged me $15.5 which is much more than what the combo is supposed to be. My friend ordered before me, and after serving my meal, asked what my friend ordered. They clearly did not take customers orders seriously. There were no other people in line before or after us. How is it possible not to know. Probably last time here.

I had ordered through the app which uses door dash for deliveries, unfortunately one of the door dashers said they were me and took off with my food! I called noodles and Dwight was so kind and understanding of the situation (I work at a hospital and have times 30 min breaks) he was willing to personally deliver the remade food to my location! Great customer service and will continue to come for my noodles!

I wish I could say Noodles is back but they aren’t quite there yet. I was deeply disappointed when they moved to flimsy plastic takeout bowls for dine-in and was excited to return now that they have gone back to using real plates.

Unfortunately they are still using plastic takeout containers for kids meals. If you wouldn’t serve adults on a takeout container for dine-in why would you use them to serve children?

Additionally the “upgrade” to the penne rosa was disappointing and the rigatoni cools too easily. Also, part of my Parmesan crusted chicken was rubbery. I plan to give the rigatoni another try as well as the Parmesan crusted chicken.

The bbq Mac was excellent and the pork was good.

I had gotten their Japanese pan noodles tonight and I wasn't very impressed.

There wasn't a lot of sauce and it looked like the broccoli and cilantro were just tossed in instead of it being mixed with the noodles.

I feel like their recipe for this dish has changed throughout the years. I just feel kinda disappointed. I wish I would have gotten something else. 😕

The pasta was fine and a large amount of it, but the sauce, meat and veggies were in short supply in my meal tonight. I tried to contact them directly but could not find an email or other way than this review. The taste was fine but extra salty today. There were exactly 6 pieces of spinach in my Penne Rosa. The meat portions were small less than 3oz covered in extra sauce I ordered and paid extra for, very few mushrooms or tomatoes. This is my go to for feel good food on a rough day and today it was not “feel good”. I don’t know what the portions size for the parm chicken or spinach is supposed to be but it was not regular that. 2+ lbs of pasta and 5 oz of meat seems expensive at $26

For a quiet lunch break, this Noodles and Company location is a great choice. It lets you avoid the Hilldale congestion, with easy parking. The flavors are expected from this chain. The restaurant is incredibly clean. The booth seating has a snug fit for your thighs, and snug spacing for getting up from sitting.

Every time we've tried to order from here over the past few weeks, it's been impossible to order through Eat Street online. We had to call the restaurant to order and not once was it a smooth experience. Last time, we were redirected three times before we could place an order. This last time, we connected with a person and right before we could order, the call was disconnected. We decided not to call back and probably won't be anymore.

As people who work in customer service, we're usually very understanding in these situations but this has been an ongoing issue that this location hasn't taken steps to correct, so you've lost our business.
