I ordered a BBQ mac & cheese and wanted extra BBQ drizzle, however on the Noodles app, because I’d ordered extra cheese sauce, it wouldn’t let me modify my order and add the extra BBQ drizzle I always have ordered, paid for, and received in the past. And since it’s a BARBECUE Mac and cheese, so you’d think you could call and simply order extra barbecue sauce, correct? It’s such a silly technological issue, and I believe a quick call could’ve gotten it all fixed. Ha.

Well, over the phone, they told me that they would *not* get me the extra BBQ sauce I was literally willing to pay for, because they can’t take orders or card info over the phone. So being a logical person, this is my thought process: if it’s 1 dollar for BBQ drizzle (not even cooked with the noodles, it’s literally drizzled on the end for garnish), and I’m a regular customer who always orders my dish this way, I’m willing to pay, and I’m not being a jerk… then maybe just ADD THE EXTRA SAUCE. It’s basic customer service. It’s human decency to say “oh, that’s crazy you couldn’t get barbecue sauce. Our app is weird, I’ll toss in the extra drizzle but next time please come in person.” And just call it a day. Jeez.

One dollar is NOT worth losing two customers who order often, have always been willing to pay, and have always been polite. It’s such a weird and mean power trip on their end to ruin an entire meal over some BBQ.

To conclude, I’m THOROUGHLY disappointed at my experience at noodles tonight, and I will make sure to tell other people about how this experience has been handled.

Ordered via Doordash a Pad Thai with Grilled Chicken. It did not have grilled chicken, or the sauce that usually comes on the noodles. Called to ask for a refund/redelivery/etc. They told me to go through Doordash support, which makes sense. But the food was still wrong and the person was pretty unapologetic about the order. Update: Noodles and Company had corrected the issue with the bus stop!

You have been blocking the bus stop near your restaurant for weeks.

There is a row of trash and recycling containers on the sidewalk that prevent passengers from exiting the bus.

As you can see, there is a noodles and company logo on the trash containers. There are a growing number of passengers who are unhappy with this.

I like how this place is accommodating and how they provide prompt services. I feel that the people running the cash register could speak a little louder and be more engaged with helping customers with their orders and the Noodles app. At one time, the kitchen delivered the food to the tables for the dine-in customers. I find this frustrating that they stopped doing this as it is hard to hear our names when they are called. Food is always served hot.

So, their time that they open is 1030, I’ve been here twice right at 1030 and the door is locked until they see me and then they unlock the door. The girl at the counter if she takes your order in any timely fashion she doesn’t greet you or even ask if you’re eating here or need it to go, it’s a 50/50 shot you’re getting it brought to your table or in a bag. Today I got the same thing I always get, Buffalo Chicken Mac, when I finally got my food… there was no chicken on my Mac and when I told them, I watched the cook making noodles that matched my order so I figured maybe I’d get 2 which would’ve been fine with me since I waited 10 minutes outside till they unlocked the door, but no… he threw that in the trash and gave me a cup of chicken that I had to put on my Mac myself. DO NOT come to this location and I can’t see it staying open very much longer

I'm literally crying rn because of my Noodles experience. I'm pregnant and all I wanted was japanese pan noodles with steak, no mushrooms. I currently have an aversion to mushrooms, and I only really wanted the noodles because of the steak. So my food shows up cold, with tons of mushrooms and none of the meat that I paid for. I physically cannot force myself to eat it.

My boyfriend got Mac & cheese with parmesan crusted chicken, and there is NO sauce, as well as the chicken is thoroughly BURNT- I'm trying to post a picture but idk if it will let me.

I paid $44 for food that is literally inedible to either of us.

I cried earlier too, because I was starving and the doordash driver drove a block from my house then disappeared from the map. My food took 40 mins longer than their initial estimate. I called them and thankfully they refunded me, even tho this part wasn't their fault. But I would've much rather had delicious food for a hefty price, than inedible dry macaroni and a bowl containing the one thing I did not want, excluding the one thing I did want.

We got drinks as well, and they're literally... undrinkable. I have no idea how, it's a coke and a lemonade. but the lemonade tastes like a diet soda cocktail, and the coke tastes literally nothing like coke or any discernable soda at all.

I normally don't let poor food service affect me, but I've been awake, working since 4AM, threw up about 6 times at my manual labor job, and all i wanted was to relax and eat some gd marinated steak. I don't know how they could put this food out thinking this is acceptable in any manner. 😭

Got the new impossible orange chicken lo mein and have to say I'm very disappointed. Save your money and make something better at home. Not only is it just 6 impossible chicken nuggets that you can get at any grocery store, there was absolutely no sauce.
