The staff was very nice, but food took a while for food to come out despite there only being more employees in the restaurant than customers. When our food came out, it was cold. The restaurant also smelled really funky like dirty mop water mixed with fish.
It was pretty disappointing, we usually really like Noodles & Company.

Have not been here in 5 years. Their menu was totally different. They *used to* have a Thai dish with hot peanut sauce but no more. We both chose the Pad Thai hoping to experience some of the former magic, but didn't. We really missed that former dish. Their current menu seem a bit bland, not spicy - the latter our preference. So we may be rethinking going back

I think the large Japanese pan noodles needed to be fuller. I had the Parmesan Penne & chicken. My container was completely full to the top. My boyfriend got half of the portion in his large pan thai dish. Otherwise the food quality was great.

The older woman who I’m pretty sure is the manager was one of the kindest people my friend and I have ever encountered. She absolutely killed our dinner and made sure everything was right. She came to our table to make sure our food was good. Just so incredibly sweet. If you're reading this, you made our experience amazing.

Soda machine out of order, also meaning no water available without purchasing a bottle. Bathroom stall out of order, no soap. Dine-in bowls are served in plastic with plastic silverware. Very slow service. I recommend double checking your order for errors and missed items.

I remember getting more for the cost I paid when I took my kids and myself in the past. I know it’s occurring everywhere right now, but it shouldn’t cost $55 for 3 meals and drinks. If I ever pay that much again I want someone to fill my drink for me and remove my trays when I’m done.

The cashier could not make change for the woman in front of us and when he took our order it was as if he either wasn’t awake or was high. We both ordered buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken. The noodles were under cooked and very dry and extremely salty. The chicken had many bites with gristle.
Moving in to the cleanliness…we should’ve just walked out upon entering. The floors looked as they hasn’t been Cleaned in a month. Windows sills were extremely dusty. Soda machine has over splatter that was obviously not from just one day but more like a month.
I know it’s hard to find good help but I’m sure the health department would have a field day there.

'Restrooms for paying customers only' sign on the door. What a joke... it's a Noodles and Co, not a five star restaurant. Maybe this is a hot take, but I think our community members deserve safe places to pee or take meds when they're out in public and shouldn't have to spend money for their trouble. If this means additional restroom cleaning for your business, hire more employees or pay them to work more hours. But serve the community first and foremost and they'll serve you in turn.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

They seem to always forget something in my order. Last time I went there they gave me a small Mac and cheese in a regular container. I ordered the regular and paid for the regular. When I did the survey of my experience I stated this. I was Contacted by the manager via email and was told I would receive some coupons in the mail. That was 2 months ago!!!! Still haven't received nothing. Haven't ate there since.

Multiple times our pick up orders have been incorrect. Tried to order in store tonight and they told us the kitchen was closed even though business hours said otherwise. Sadly the state of the country has affected even this establishment. The place was understaffed (which seems to be the norm at most eating establishments now) and the staff was overworked. The large cooler with all of the cool and exotic soft drinks has been replaced with a self service machine, serving coke products. I always eat any noodle (or rice) dish with chop sticks. I always have since I was a child. However there were no chopsticks to be found. Not the worst fate that has befallen me but a minor disappointment. The service was great and the young lady that took and delivered our order was pleasant and respectful. The food was as good as it always is from Noodles. The establishment was clean and comfortable.
If you are inclined to enjoy your food a little spicy then I strongly recommend that you try the Noodles branded 'Smolder from Boulder' spice. It's really good!
So.....not an A+ but not a D- either. We'll go back.

We came in about 11 am. So no real lunch rush beforehand. Chairs were sitting up on dirty tables. The ground had not been cleaned because it was full of food. Every single table was dirty. The soda machine was very sticky and dirty. Food was mediocre at best. Service was terrible. We loved coming here on our shopping trips, but will no longer go.

When we arrived on a Saturday evening, there was a large group (16?) seated, and some were eating. After waiting ~10 minutes, the manager told us they were only halfway through the group's order. Ok. After another 5 minutes, he said he needed to make more macaroni. Ok. After another 5 minutes, he said it would be at least 40 minutes! At home I could boil pasta in 10 minutes and be finished with Mac & Cheese in under 10. 40 minutes? We left, which is obviously what he wanted.

I went in at 3:15 today. No customers or staff were in front of house, just me. I waited for someone to come out as one employee who was preparing food saw I was waiting. After 5 minutes of standing their I felt awkward and left. Was really looking for a faster experience, especially with no line. Maybe next time.
Update: went back the very next day because I was craving that Mac! This time I was helped immediately and acknowledged. Good experience and the person who took my order was friendly.

They always forgot something in my pick-up orders. So I started counting my items and getting my "forgotten" item before I leave. Today, I counted but got home and my noodles were missing my parm crusted chicken and there was literally a dash of seasoning and tiny bit of cheese. So.... I paid $15 for some nasty, plain dry noodles? This restaurant at this location has scammed me out of so much money. I'm done, but I figured I would warn other people so they can avoid the place.

On 10/11/22 we visited this noodles. Most noodles are very welcoming and clean. This noodles was VERY un-clean. There where crumbs on every single table exepct for the one we sat at. The staff were unfriendly, my child had ordered a apple sauce, but it didn't come with the meal. When I went over to ask for an apple sauce, they pretend like I wasn't there for about 2 minutes. The line where like Disneylands lines. Long and slow. Me and my child decided that we would just never eat or order from here again. Very disgusting environment and people.

So first their computer wasn’t working so you had to order online. So while you wait ya can in nice filthy tables and chairs. Oh do you need throw ur food away. Forget it the trash is filled to the brim. Trust me it wasn’t busy at all the manger decided “well since the cash register doesn’t work looks like I’ll have to keep my self busy”. Wrong she just sat at the cash register talking to one of her friends. Also better be ready to eat cold food because they won’t call ur name when ur orders up so when u go up there be ready to see a whole group of bags piling up on the counter when the manager is quite literally standing their still keeping that conversation alive. I had paid for extra steak, cilantro, noodles, broccoli, and sauce. I never got my extra steak and I never got any broccoli but a small sprig of cilantro in my soup of spicy Korean noodles. They didn’t even cook it properly it just sat in a pool. I know I asked for extra sauce and noodles but come on they were still yellow

Both daughter and I ordered buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken breast. There was an inch of grease in the bottom of the bowls. The chicken was black. Throw away the entire restaurant. There condiment/soda station was not stocked with ANYTHING. I’m honestly confused by how bad this place was because every other Noodles I’ve been to has been great. There was trash all over the floors in the restaurant and the bathrooms, trash and food left out on tables and not cleaned off the entire time we ate inside, and the tables that were cleared off had visible crumbs and smears on them and had not been washed. Trash cans were overflowing both inside and outside in the seating area. They forgot half the things in our order. Honestly wondering if they have a staffing problem or if the manager was out today or what was going on.

The store is very dirty. Garbage on the floors. Boxes stacked in the hall to get to the bathrooms giving customers about 6 inches of walk through. Not enough staff to wait on customers. I honestly wish I could rate this at zero stars. I have multiple issues from this one location. Order flat bread with my food, didn’t receive it. Ordered extra sauce, didn’t receive it. Went and order curbside, employee brought out bag and shoved it out our car. Looked at order not even a similar vehicle to what we drive. Not to mention we had not even notified them that we arrived. We had just pulled in. Then when my fiancé brought it back in they accused him of grabbing the wrong order.
Employees are absolutely rude and do not care about customers. I can’t even say well they are short staffed because two workers were washing the windows.. and to be honest one was cleaning and the other was on his phone. Completely disappointed with the entire experience and will be requesting a refund.

The only reason I gave this a 2 star is because the food that I was given was cooked well and tasted delicious. However, I ordered two meals online that were projected to be ready for pickup at 10:58.
The store opens at 10:30, but when I arrived at 10:55 it was still locked and they didn’t unlock the doors until after 11 because their opener never showed up.
Then it took another 20 min for our food to come out for which they asked me 2 min before it came out if chicken was ok because they were out of shrimp. It was never communicated they were out of shrimp before the noodles were even made.
Once I got it back to my office to eat at my desk while working because I didn’t have time to eat in the break room it was missing all of the vegetables. The meal consisted of literally just the (wrong) meat and noodles in the sauce and cheese on BOTH meals which were different orders.

I love Noodles and Company - this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at their restaurant chain.
I went to Noodles and Company on East Wash (by the mall) on 8/14/22 at 12pm and was told that I needed to order online (there was only two staff members working). There wasn’t anyone ahead of me when I ordered. I ended up waiting an hour for my food and during this hour, several other customers started asking for a refund after waiting 30-40 minutes. The manager said she couldn’t process refunds on her end. So I decided to wait - when I got my food, it was wrong. I had ordered the “world flavors family meal” and instead of receiving a Cesar salad - I received a bowl with raw coleslaw mix in the bottom and lettuce / tomatoes on top. None of the dishes had meat (like they’re supposed to come with) and I didn’t get the Korean BBQ meatballs (that also comes with it) - I informed the employee who told me it would be another hour for those items. So I expressed my concern with the manager (after convincing the one other employee I was worth her time - he told me he would talk to me when she had time) and even suggested a small refund to cover the difference. She responded by screaming at me, saying that “from the beginning, I told you that there were only the 2 of us” and screamed at the other customers that she would be closing the store. She came back and slammed a piece of paper down on the counter, and threw a sharpie at me, instructing me to write my name down so she could give everyone a refund. I’m not confident that this will happen…
Will not be returning to this location. Management needs serious training - it was apparent that there was no plan to make the process as efficient as possible despite the lack of staff. She didn’t help the one crew member - she would hide in the back often. Customer service was awful.

I know times are tough. They were open for online orders only which were steaming in and the poor guy behind the counter was the only one there trying to fulfill them. I know he was doing his best and dont fault him, but why management thought it was ok to stay open under these circumstances is beyond reason. Ordered doordash, food came hot, but every single thing we ordered was wrong. Order Parmesan chicken in a dish, no chicken, not even the original shrimp that was supposed to come with it. The other pasta was supposed to be chicken and shrimp, they got steak. Cesar salad was not in the bag. Got an order of Asian noodles we didn’t order. Only got 3 tiny pieces of garlic cheese bread, pretty sure it’s supposed to be 6. None of our drinks were in the order.

Every time I order from this location one or more of the dishes in my order is wrong. First time I was missing the shrimp in two dishes and asked for no cheese on one and got cheese anyways. Reached out to the store and they gave me $3 and some change refunded. Decide to give it another try and this time my Mexican street corn salad is missing the chicken, avocado, and feta cheese.
It’s not about the money I just want the meal I order. Go to the Sun Prairie location instead.

Ordered pickup. It was done when I got there and just needed to br bagged but the lady at counter saw it and helped 20 other people before giving to me at my insistance. Tofu was burned, no avocado, which I paid extra for and it was cold.

I have never written a negative review about a restaurant, especially with how short staffed many places are lately. However, I ordered for pickup through the Noodles and Company app, received confirmation via email and via the app regarding my order, received notification when my order was ready and the cost of the order was already taken from my bank account. Upon entering, an employee yelled at me that they were closed. I tried to ask about what happened to my order, received no response from the employee other than being yelled at again that they’re closed for some reason and being basically pushed out of the building. I’m not even sure how to get my money back because nowhere on the app or the website does it explain how to file a complaint or request a refund. Seriously poor service, just wanted something quick even though their service usually isn’t great and now I’m out a chunk of money with no explanation, no food and no obvious option for a refund.

There’s not a single worker here using gloves. I literally watched this man wrap up Rice Krispies with his hands 🤮. The other workers didn’t have gloves either when handling and boxing up food. I’m never coming back 🤢🤢🤢🤮. #donteatthericekrispies

TERRIBLE customer service. I am only giving this 1 star because there is no lower choice. We were at this store 2 days ago. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order, even though 3 employees saw us standing there (all made some sort of eye contact). When they finally took our order it took 50 minutes for our food to be ready. That is NOT a typo. When the young man brought our food, there was barely an apology. We were not offered any sort of compensation either. Store was also dirty. Food on the floor, tables, etc. This used to be one of the better Noodles in Madison. I will not be going to this location.

The floor hads food everywhere. Every table has food debris on it. The soda machine is out of a bunch of flavors. The bathroom is disgusting. No hand towels. Holy mother of god what is going on in this place? I'm not bad review guy or a picky person but this is just gross.

So, I don't make complaints EVER about restaurants, because I, myself, work at one, and I know what it's like to see the reviews. However, I came in for noodles this week, and I assume the woman who was the manager, was very rude to me. She snapped at me when I tried to ask for chicken instead of shrimp, and was sighing and rolling her eyes the whole time, as if she was inconvenienced by me being there. Then, the worker who handed me my food just dropped it on the table and left. When I ate my food, it tasted fine, but there were mushrooms, which don't come in the pasta I ordered. I picked them out fine, but honestly, I feel like they did it out of spite. Or at least that's what it felt like. Will not be coming back to this location, which is a shame, because I love noodles and company. :/

Unreliable catering. I ordered catering from this location for a film shoot the required 24 hours in advance. I called about 10 minutes after my scheduled delivery time to see what the status was because I hadn't heard from anyone. They were unaware of the order. I'm giving two stars because they eventually found it and did bring the food to us an hour and 15 minutes late. They forgot to bring plates so we had to run around our location finding those. All in all, it's not a great look or feeling when you're working with a large crew, client, agency... They did give us a few coupons for some free bowls but that doesn't exactly make up for the lost time in a jam-packed film production day. I called back later to talk to the manager about the incident and she basically just told me everything was my fault. Not very great customer service. Seems like comping the order would have been a small price to pay to fix a big mess up.

This establishment made me cringe. Most locations don’t have rap music playing in the kitchen. Placed an order for carry out but they never got the order ready. Food was okay but honestly I stopped in to pick up the order and no one by the counter. I was the only one at the counter waiting to get my food that should have been ready. Apparently I must be invisible 😒. When they finally acknowledged us waiting for out pre order they still had to make it so ordering online won’t save you any time here. So, unclean floors and bad poor customer service.

Waited over 30 minutes for COLD noodles. I understand being under staffed and long waits due to that. We were happy to wait. I'd rather give it zero stars if possible. I have been wanting chicken Alfredo, so I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It was my birthday so I "went for it". This was the worst thing I have ever eaten. My husband took 2 bites, looked me square in the eye and asked if this was what I ordered. I told him no. It is our fault because we ordered it to go. There was absolutely no sauce on the noodles, not even buttered noodles. It was completely dry spaghetti. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We placed an order at 5:53pm and was told it would be ready to pick up at 6:07pm. My husband went to pick it up and it was not ready yet - no problem. He waited, and after 15 minutes and people coming and going, he asked at the counter. Was told they were working on it. Another 15 minutes pass and he asked again. They were still working on it. Meanwhile, there are orders behind the counter, sitting there, that no one bothered to check. When he asked about it, sure enough our order was sitting there. No apologies. No nothing. Got our food at 6:43pm - almost an hour later. Disappointing that customer service is what it is. We acknowledge they were busy, but we waited patiently. Please do better.

Noodles is my favorite restaurant. I went on a Sunday afternoon. The one girl at the register was running around like a headless chicken, trying to keep up. Buttered noodles were cold and DRY, chicken was BURNT, and a ridiculously long wait for bad food. I paid $18+ for a dish I have ordered at other area locations and paid closer to $12 -- not sure what the difference was, or if it was rung up incorrectly? Just an all-round terrible experience. There were chips out of the wooden tables and the dining room was dirty. They need to remodel, get more staff, or just close this location instead of taking people's money on the assumption that this location runs as well as the others do. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We will never visit the East Towne location again. Staff made an error on our order serving zoodles instead of regular noodles. We were told that it was our fault and that we have to ask for regular noodles if we want them. The staff argued with us and were incredibly rude. I did not get the order replaced which would have been an easy resolution. I filled out their survey and corporate's response was basically gee, sorry we'll send you a free bowl....that never came either.

The new “online only” ordering system made going here today a complete hassle and not worth my time. The service was fine from the crew members but it just took FOREVER to get the ordering to not even work. Then I ordered my food and it took like 20-25 minutes and there weren’t even that many people here. I don’t know that I’ll be coming back if this online only system stays in place. It usually is relatively fast service at noodles this was ridiculous.

The store has gotten dirtier and dirtier in the last few months and the staff seems to be more busy with gossip and goofing off than with cooking. The food we received was undercooked, the Mac and cheese was swimming in unstrained water. The outside of the food containers was smeared in sauce and errant food. The pot stickers weren’t seared at all and I’m not sure if we were given soy sauce or old dishwater. We left the food on the table and walked out without eating. I would have asked for a refund but the staff had a hard enough time taking the order properly so I had very little confidence in a refund going smoothly.

Food is great, but was not happy with the customer service tonight. Went inside to place a to go order, was told by Annie it would be a 25 min wait, ok. So I continue to stand at the register still waiting to place my order, was looked at by a couple other employees and no one took my order. After waiting for 10min they get a call in order an Annie proceeds to place that order at the register directly in front of me!! It took me to say loudly “are you serious” and then she took my order after that!
