Would rate as negative if I could. Stopped in on Sunday afternoon around 4:00pm to pick an early dinner, 1 other couple eating in a booth. First time dining here (and definitely the last) young lady talking our order acting like we were putting her out,sighing, rolling her eyes. Been awhile since I've been to Noodles, mostly because what they charge for a handful of pasta is ... wild. Anyway, I ordered through Door Dash and got a Pasta Fresca and a Buttered Noodle. I had no idea you could screw up buttered noodles so bad. Is there supposed to be salt in the pasta water? Pasta is so bland it tastes like paste. Is there supposed to be butter in the buttered noodles? I'm pretty sure there is actually none. Added my own butter. No seasoning...where is the seasoning shake stuff??? Also the pasta appears to have been dumped into boil and then never stirred again so every noodle is stuck to other noodles and none of them are decently cooked through. I ordered the Pasta Fresca with no spinach and extra tomato. I received Pasta Fresca with only onion. It was decently sauced though. $30 for this experience. Next time I'll just boil my own noods.

Place is very dirty. I almost slipped on the floor after coming in from the rain. Seems like it's greasy in the lobby.

I also just waited 30 min in a fast food restaurant for a take out order. It was for 2 kids meals....Will do my best to avoid this place in the future.

I’ve ordered here a few times and it’s always been an online order and the food has always been great. Today I ordered in person and Jordan took my order. I have a gluten allergy and have to eat gluten free options. He helped me with what was gluten free and made sure with the cooks that it would be safe. It was one of the first times where I ordered somewhere and it really felt like they cared that my food would be safe. He made sure I put my rewards in and it was just a great experience overall. The food was also great as always!

Every time I’ve picked up from here (maybe 5x) pasta seems to be close to cold after my 15min drive home. Maybe they should consider different packaging or different carry-out bags?? The Pasta Fresca is very good, & so was the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortellini. I was disappointed w/the buttered noodles. In the online photo the buttered noodles look like those thin, delicate egg noodles but my order had those thick, wide egg noodles.
I had high hopes for the Pasta Cavatappi but it was just okay. The sauce was a little bitter for my taste… needed to be balanced with something.
Now, let’s talk Mac’n cheese. This is a restaurant dedicated to pasta so I’m expecting outstanding mac’n cheese. Definitely not impressed. Pretty disappointed. However, if you’re looking for some delicious mac’n cheese, I highly recommend Domino’s baked mac’n cheese. Sad to say but totally true- a pizza joint’s pasta is way better than Noodles & co.

Ordered Buttered noodles and Parmesan. There wasn’t any butter on them. Just dry noodles with a sprinkle of Parmesan. When I got there for my take out order there were a bunch of orders behind the counter that were just sitting ready to go. There was one person on the register and 2 others working. The manager was wandering around. I stood there with another person waiting for a takeout order watching the food sitting there and not placed on the to go area to grab. Finally one of the employees came over and asked us our names. What do you know our bags were part of the group of bags off to the side. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it’s by far the worst.

Lets start off with the employees. I walk in, I hear the employees talking and laughing with each other. That is an amazing sight to see. Employees enjoying their job. A young man took my order, Ben, super friendly and a smile that put me at ease. I am allergic to gluten and asked for his recommendation, to which he said the chicken parm with grilled chicken because the penna is already gluten free. I ordered that and it was fantastic. It was hot, full of flavor and just tasted fresh. Ben made sure to read back my order and ensure I had everything I wanted. This location has had its ups and downs but it looks like the management team is doing everything it can to make sure it is going in the right direction. I will definitely be back soon

Every time I order from here I ask for extra zucchini. For some reason it's never cooked all the way through. It's still hard. Pay attention to the small details. It could make or break you.
Also- not quite sure what the fuss is about when it comes to the buttered noodles. They were dry and bland.

The cheese totilone is good. I'll give it that much. But again, the zucchini needs to be cooked thoroughly.

I love noodles and normally don't complain. Except today I was very displeased. I spent near 50$ to have some noodles dishes delivered to me via grubhub. I love Noodles and company and I think their food is great but... The last time I ate there, was 8-18-23, my friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we had takeout. The noodles were very under cooked and very hard you could barley bite them. Not only this but I have visited here before and got treated absolutely terrible. The employees are very rude towards you and do not communicate well. As well as they barley even put any noodles in the bowl they give you mind you I get buttered noodles in a regular bowl so I'm paying for more noodles, but it is not worth it because they don't fill the bowl up. I get that the service industry is high in demand looking for people working and stuff. About a month ago I waited with a friend for more than an hour for food at 7 pm at night!! And when we asked about it they said it was just sitting at the counter and it was cold when we got it. All they said was that they were sorry which is fine but I received cold food... Anyways if you want to go here I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that is worth your money and time.

The quantities are smaller, the flavor is poor, and more mistakes are made in orders. We have been here before and it was always good. Now, the portion sizes are tiny and they still charge a fancy price. $47 for a salad, 3 tiny bowls of noodles and 3 drinks. Im not sure what happened to this location. Last year it was warm, inviting, friendly. The food was amazing. Last night was the opposite. It was dark, dirty, tables where not clean, trash was overflowing. I ordered online and came in when it notified me on the app. I let an employee know and she ignored me. I wanted to give 0 star if i could. I ordered curbside pick up and the order was supposed to be ready at noon. I had to wait for over half an hour. I hit that “i arrived” when i got there at 11:55. I called them after waiting for 15 minutes and was told they will bring it right out but nobody came. Dumb option for ordering. You already have a customize option. This is confusing. Also a handful of noodles in the Spaghetti were still hard and stuck together.

Everytime I order the Mac and cheese the sauce is so watered down that it doesn’t even coat my noodles it just goes straight to the bottom of the bowl
