I just wanted to shout out to I'm assuming the manager or atleast the manger on duty when we were there. We came for lunch and it was busy with track meets going on but we still got our food pretty quick. I decided to try the sweet chili ramen. I just was not a fan and couldnt bring myself to eat it so I went to toss it while my family finished eating. No complaints, just not for me. He noticed and asked if I was unhappy with my food and offered to make me something else instead. I really appreciate that! I wasn't expecting anything as I knew I was trying something new but that was some awesome customer service making sure I had a meal I was happy with. Thank you!

Always great food at Noodles and a nice treat when in Madison since the chain is not located in Florida where I live. This location was fairly clean, never too busy and staff was friendly. For nearly 15 years I have gotten the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu. The veggies and tofu in this dish are great, Always cooked perfectly...the Noodles are great quality and surprisingly it is still affordable after all these years!

I am honestly pretty disappointed. I love Noodles & Co. but found quite a few pieces of chicken that had mold on them. I was already 3/4 of the way finished with it when I came across it. Staff are nice and friendly. I would've given it a four star. Unfortunately, this place could improve on the cleanliness a little. Even with that, this is still my kids' go-to place when we are on the west side.
Oh, and I disappointed that they don't fry the potstickers after steaming anymore (they used to make them crispy outside). Those of you who like potstickers, you know what I am talking about.

I've NEVER gotten bad food from a Noodles & Co. Ever.
But this particular one, the noodles were rubbery, the chicken tasted weird, the sauce/cheese was not present or maybe the wrong stuff? I don't know.

Nice location and better than what I thought after reading other reviews. A bit hidden at Greenway Station. The specious Noodles location is clean and bright. Plenty of parking too. We loved the Spicy Garlic stuffed pasta and the Pesto Cavatini. The Penne Rosa was as good as ever too! We will be coming back to this location. Be sure to get the Noodles app for periodic deals only available in the app. In September (2022) every weekend get a free small pasta entree FREE when you buy a regular entree. We got the Pesto Cavatini regular entree for $7 and got the small garlic stuffed pasta free ($7.50 off). And its not that small, it was a decent potion size. See pictures!

The cashier was rude to a degree I have never seen, ever! I was very smiley and asked them how they were doing? They said nothing and remained stone faced! When the food arrived at our table it was wrong. We ate it anyways, we did not want to talk to the cashier. In general, Noodles is on a great decline, in my opinion. First time in Noodles in approximately 18 months. They have had several locations throughout the Madison area. Generally the provide good food, obviously noodle/pasta based with a few salads offered too. My only complaint is that their menu hasn't really changed much over the years. For me, there isn't one solid go to or must have fish, so I struggle with making a choice. As well, with the COVID precautions all the orders are basically treated as carryout with their packaging, although you can dine-in and eat from the plastic container. One other criticism of pretty much all Noodles locations is that they are loud and even when not full the sound really carries throughout the dining area.

Came in at an off time, wait wasn’t too long. Not much staff on, which was fine but definitely trying to play catch up. Tables, floors and soda area wasn’t the cleanest. Employee did notice and started to clean tables and pick up and restock the front cooler. Cashier was super friendly and took the order correctly. Disappointed in my meal, the noodles weren’t fresh they were sticky and almost mushy, I ordered the Japanese pan noodles. The carrots were dry and shriveled up, broccoli pieces were small. Asked for extra parmesan cheese for 2 dishes and only got 1 small cup, paid for extra for the 2 meals. Got the extra sauce but not cheese. Definitely cleaner and better locations out there. Not sure if visit this one again.

It took the store 35 minutes to make 2 adult meals and a kids buttered noodles. The adult meals were done first so they were ice cold by the time they bagged the 3 meals and brought them over. They served 5 customers first that came after us. Some with large parties. They were out of rice crispy for the kids meals, by the time they got to us. Instead of telling us or asking what we would want instead. They wrote it on the receipt and shoved another applesauce in there. I am a big fan of noodles , but this one is no good.

We had a situation where the caesar dressing for our salad was not in the bag and the juice for our kids meal was missing as well. We called and talked to one of the managers who said we would get two free meals the next time we came in, which was perfect! When we went in a week later, that manager was no longer there and Omar was the new manager. Omar listened to our story and ended up covering our entire meal, which was amazing! He could have just said "sorry, that manager is no longer here" and not given us anything.

As he brought the food out, he apologized again and explained that this stuff happens, which we understand, and gave us free rice krispies as well. After that we had a nice conversation for a couple minutes and he said our experience is his first priority. I've been working in customer service roles for the last 20 years and you don't see this kind of care, and willingness to help, too often. I definitely recommend visiting Omar, and his team, at the 1601 Deming Way, Middleton, WI 53562 location!

Noodles on Mineral Pt Rd. In Madison is our favorite store other than maybe the first one in Madison which was on State St. in downtown Madison. There’s really nothing else to say about it Noodles is one of the greatest restaurants for food, in town! Do you have a sphere isn’t the greatest but it’s decent. I almost never have issues here during the day, but one dude on the night shift tend to be kinda.... Rude and short?
My biggest issue is how they tend to not fill the chicken soup up to what I feel is worth $6. IT WAS LIKE 75-80% broth with just a tiny bit of noodle and chicken. And when I asked him to add more noodle, he acted like it was kind of an inconvenience.... I'm disappointed because here and Denny's is my favorite place to get chicken soup

Every time I go here I'm mildly disappointed. Times of day and business vary. First it was my pad Thai noodles were under or overcooked (half crunchy half not), I've had both my chicken and egg charred a bit beyond normal grilling on separate occasions, one time they forgot the double meat (ordered chicken and shrimp, only got shrimp. This was handled wonderfully by whoever answered the phone and we received a hand written apology and a coupon for a free bowl but it would have been nicer if we hadn't had to deal with it), and went in recently and got the chicken Veracruz salad and the amount of avocado I got was miniscle and it was browning along with some of the lettuce. It was all still edible but not ideal and as I often get it to go, it's not worth the energy of driving all the way back. Their customer service is great and restraunt cleanliness is also as is their allergy awareness, but I'm just disappointed in the food and as it's the entire reason I walk in the door it'd be nice to see it like it looks in the menu pictures.
