We walked in 15 minutes to close and apologized for being those people. We try not to do that to people but we just /really/ had a crazing for Noodles and Co last night. The cashier opened their mouth as if to say something, paused, shut it, and just shrugged at us with an apologetic smile. We apologized again and stepped away to wait for our food. When it did arrive it has this lovely note. The cashier was so lovely! I wish I knew their name! Managers, if you read this and know who closed the night of Sept 30th they were lovely!

Servings size are still smaller than they originally were, but I am chubby and guess I just want more! This location had great customer service! The manager who I didn't catch her name was super funny and friendly! The front staff were welcoming and kind! The Japanese noodles were a little dry but all other food was great! I did think about ordering two dishes just to equal one of their originally sized orders!

Dont waste your money on the sides here someone there obviously doesn’t know their portions the staff and the manager didn’t even try to help either I’m a very loyal customer mind you I work next door so I always buy from here cause it’s so convenient but every time it’s different sometimes I get more than two scoops of the soup and it keeps getting less and less I get a regular size entree or sometimes a small. Which I get there’s a difference on the portions whether you get a regular or small entree or the side soups and salads just want to say if you’re relying on just sides it’s not worth it.

I get delivery from this Noodles all the time and I basically get the same thing, which is the Wisconsin Mac w/o cheddar cheese, and 9 times out of 10 they ignore it and put cheddar cheese on it anyways. Went into the restaurant to place an order. The cashier said my card was declined, and then gave me several possible reasons which I knew weren't the case. I sat down in a VERY dimly lit lobby and played a hunch by placing my order for that location online. It went through fine, and the food was delicious.

I have no way to know the actual reason I was refused service in person, but either way, forcing a paying customer to use the online portal from their own lobby is a bad business model.

They have two (awesome) gender neutral bathroom's that are easily accessible to wheelchair, guest, or just someone in urgent need of a bathroom.
Also, if you need to charge your phone, they have an external double outlet on their patio that they are fine with letting people in need (dead battery, homeless, missed bus, etc) use so long as you are polite, don't get in paying guests way, and you don't spend all day there

I have a mild allergy to mushrooms and requested no mushrooms on the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni. I went the other day when I got off from work April 3, 2021 at 4 o’clock didn’t feel like cooking ordered macaroni with grilled chicken it was dry didn’t have my onions on the top also I had four pieces of chicken with a big old regular bowl of macaroni and cheese pay the extra dollar for some sauce but the little sauce didn’t do just I like the one in Brookefield yeah macaroni and cheese is excellent not dry and it also have juice in there I would not be spending my money at this Food chain no more this is the second time this happened to me and I’m not gonna give it a third time.For me it don’t even deserve a one star but you have to give it a star just do a review
