I came in this morning for a 10:35 AM pick up for Christina B. I was greeted after about 3 minutes how's all you can hear is chatter in the kitchen....a 45 yr old female who informed me she didn't have an order for this person. I asked her kindly to refresh her screen.... I've been mentioned quickly that when I arrived the order was confirmed. At that point she took offense through a per hands and commented. She doesn't know shaken her head no.... Then she goes to show me her tablet. Making kind of a big deal for no reason that it's a 10:40 AM pick up and that i'm too early....lol. I told her I don't mind waiting its not a big deal. I'd like a Free Chili Garlic Ramen for this ordeal. This order was only a Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad...

If this place ever shut down I dont know what I would do with myself! I've tried a good variety of their meals and they are all always so fresh, hot, savory and amazing! From the noodles to the bread, the desserts, I love it all!
I've ordered multiple dishes. The Pad Thai with shrimp is THE BEST! The Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak and extra sauce is top tier and the Korean Noodles with steak were also amazing. I've also ordered dishes like the Regular Mac and Cheese, the Chicken Bacon Alfredo and the 5 piece bread with marinara. All in all when im hungry, I always want Noodles. And when I want Noodles. This is the place I call or place my orders with online, in person or in delivery. Never disappoint! 💕

Ive never had issues with any other locations but this one. It’s a issue every time here. The employees are always on their phones while preparing meals… which is extremely unsanitary. Also THEY. DO. NOT. LISTEN.!! My partner and I are allergic to peanuts, but we love the pad thai…. The last FOUR times we have came to this location we have asked for the pad thai without the peanuts and we have to send it back everytime. We specifically said every time that we have an allergy. It’s gotten to the point that we ask the employees to repeat our order back to us and they do but every time we end up sending it back….. I’ve never had this issue with any other location. I went here because it’s closest to my house but I will no longer be returning… they’re customer service is awful even aside from the wrong order issues I’ve had, the employees here act as if they all hate their job!! Nobody is professional or at the very least, have a positive attitude towards customers.

I ordered a bbq pulled pork Mac n cheese bowl and while the noodles and sauce was hot, the pork was cold in the middle. They offered to remake it, and my second bowl also had cold pork. They offered a free protein the next time I came in which was nice, but I don’t go to Noodles often so I got a refund instead. Really sucks because I am 33 weeks pregnant and now I have to go find lunch elsewhere.

Placed a pick up for around 9:15 and I live 20 minutes away. Grab the food and find out that our marina sauce with our garlic bread only had enough to cover the bottom of its container. Like I understand portion control but like there was not even close to enough for 5 pieces of garlic bread in there. But also more importantly when I got home we realized that the chicken bacon Alfredo that we ordered didn’t have chicken on it. Like it’s in the name of the dish and y’all forgot the chicken, and a portion of that chicken costs $4.25. By the time we got home to eat it was 9:50 and there was nothing we could do about. Needless to say we were very disappointed, we love getting noodles but this was the first time we ordered from this location and it will definitely be the last seeing as this tends to be the norm for this location based off of reviews.

I've been a regular customer at this location for years.
Lately They keep putting my COLD drink inside the bag with HOT food. Not sure how that makes sense to them. When I addressed the issue to one the girl employees, she raised her voice and tried arguing with me. She said "regardless of how you feel, we will keep bagging the food the same way." I simply asked if I could grab a different drink and didn't respond.

Food was made wrong , even said on container correct order but inside filled with stuff that I didn’t order . Also forgot my daughter’s rice Krispy in her kids meal . If I could leave a zero star I would. 2/25/24 about 7pm came in and ordered a Japanese Pan Noodle with a side of Mac n Cheese and Parm Chicken. I ordered with cashier 37, who failed to tell me they were out of mushrooms and broccoli. When she brought it to my table and I said something she was like “oh we are out” and I asked for a compensation for the missing items on my dish. She rolled her eyes and had to grab her manager and he did apologize professionally but still was not making it right. The manager told me he couldn’t refund me but he would make me a new meal. I chose simple butter noodles. As he brought it to be I was upset but appreciated the try. As I tried to eat it they DOUSED my butter noodles in salt to the point I couldn’t eat my meal. This location was such a let down. The employees clearly got irritated with the complaint. Employees need some more training on the company’s motto “ We want you to love your visit. That’s why we offer you a Goodness Guarantee. It’s our promise that you meal will be fresh and made-to-order, If you don’t love it, we’ll replace it. That’s Uncommon Goodness”

You would think that a restaurant based on pasta in WISCONSIN would have THE BEST MAC N CHEESE in town. Sadly I've been mistaken. First of all the amount you get for the price is not worth it to me. The advertisement picture looks creamy and delicious but what i got was piping hot bland dry azz noodles with some melted Colby jack on top. I ordered delivery through this location by 27th street, and instead of a small buttered noodles with parm chicken and a side of mac and cheese, I got a regular buttered noodles, no chicken and no side of mac. I called about a partial refund twice to the location, it rings and rings and then disconnects without someone answering. It's frustrating to have an inaccurate order, and not be able to reach someone to make it right.

I know the food industry is struggling but this location is cutting a lot of corners. We stood at the register for over 15 minutes unacknowledged with workers walking past until somebody took our order. It didn’t take long to receive our food, but it was already somehow cold with all of the cheese raw, so it wasn’t edible and my husband had to throw most of his dish away. Paying over $20 for undercooked fast food is insanity.

Small amount of meat for the exorbitant price. Money is better spent at any other fast food or fast casual place because this place is a total rip off. Very little value for money, you can cook noodles at home with better proteins for a fraction of the cost. There was little noodles in each bowl, at least give us more of those if you’re going to be stingy with the meat. The chicken is at least of decent quality but the beef was spongy and likely not fully meat.

I work in Milwaukee but do not live near this location. I faithfully order dinner from this location all the time because my meal is ALWAYS on point. I don't order it in my own city because it is always so inconsistent and not pleasing. I never feel skimped on my meal, there is sufficient sauce, flavor is always amazing, service is fast. In addition, the staff is impressively calm and professional. There was a lady screaming and swearing at the employees at one mistake (we're all human), and the staff were calm, collected, and just took the mistreatment and corrected the mistake. It honestly would have been refreshing to see the staff backed up by management or something, but obviously they're not always there. Props to this location

Usually happy with this location, fast and friendly service, and my order is usually prepared correctly. The only issues I have had all came from their rice crispy treats. Once they were rock hard and another time they were out for my online order. Both of those times the staff was more than helpful. But this time I received these two rice crispy treats. There is a huge difference in the size of these. And even the larger of the two is smaller than usual. Really disappointed I paid $2.50 each for these.

July 11, 2021. Who knew the issue would actually get worse. The last two times I've ordered from this location they have given me two children's rice crispy instead of the regular size. Than when I took them back, I was told it was supposed to be 4 small ones to equal the 2 I ordered. This does not even out. This is a rip off, only question is it intentional or just poor management? Either way its not worth returning

Stopped for an impromptu dinner tonight during a very busy dinner rush. The staff members were all really working hard to get orders out in a timely manner and were offering sincere thanks and apologies to each customer for the slight wait.
