I come to this location a lot but the last couple times I’ve came here my order was wrong. This time not only did they forget to put chicken on my Mac bowl, they fixed it and put hard chicken on there. They give u a full bowl of Mac & cheese but 3-4 pieces of small protein on there. The food is usually pretty good, but whoever the manager is really needs a lesson on how to speak to their staff. When I came to get my food she was rolling her eyes and getting upset that an employee, who looked pretty new, was a bit quiet and hesitant with customers. Most likely BECAUSE HE IS NEW. It was uncomfortable to be around and unsettling to watch. If you want employees to be comfortable on their work environment then set an example and don't belittle them, especially when costomers are watching. I feel bad for that kid. Who you are, kid, you did a great job. Manager, please do better. It's not like ypu were a ray of sunshine yourself when taking my order

Ordered two pot stickers online and it was marked ready 10 mins before I arrived. Person at register was kind and tried informing the manger that my order wasn’t ready and he was interrupted by the manger and yelled at. It took 15 mins to get my order and when I asked the manager is it normal to mark an order ready 15 mins before it is. She yelled at me and said she doesn’t care. Manager is rude to customers and staff. Stay away from here when she’s around.

Customer service is nonexistent in this place. The staff is loud and rude. You can hear every bit of their inappropriate conversation but they better not hear laughs and giggles from your table or they will yell at your children. This was my 1st time at N&Co. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi & a Med Salad w/Grilled Chicken, for take-out. Both were delicious & the quantity & price were reasonable. There weren't any other customers when I arrived 1/2 hr b4 closing, but the food was still fresh, & the young lady who took my order was nice. This is not chicken Thai soup. I ordered through doordash. The pic makes it look lighter than it is. The soup is a brown color and doesn't even taste right. The port Washington Rd store is where I ordered from. I've never had a problem with any other noodles and comoany. Just this one. The 4 stars are for the quality of the food- it was hot, made fast, and tasted super good! I took off a star because the cashier (and server) was so rude, why work if you don’t like people? We were nothing but nice to her and she seemed irritated with short responses, I get she might’ve been having a bad day but that’s no excuse to treat paying customers rudely. Also has one of those fancy coke machines where you can add flavors to the base drinks. That alone is worth a star.

My fam and I came here Oct.10th around 1pm for lunch. My hubby am I ordered the Pasta Fresca with extra shrimp and our son had one of their signature spaghetti pasta with chicken. We took it to go! I ate half when I got home n half later. Both times I thought??? Hmmm, it’s not as flavorful and does these shrimp taste funny or...??? When I ate it the second time, I added my own spice, but nope still wasn’t hitting the taste buds!
Around an hour later, I started having stomach pains. Bad pains! I started belching, feeling like I had heartburn! I was sick all night! And I’m still feeling the effects this am!
I’m saying all this to say, my dish must of been contaminated or may how your server handled it. I didn’t watch them make it this time. However as I am writing this I feel terrible! Please go over how servers should handle the food and make sure the food is cooked and not expired.
I hope I don’t have to be seen by a Dr.

Why have I not been to one of these before?! Stopped in here after the Harley Davidson 115th anniversary parade. Was tough choosing what to eat as everything looked great! Went with the jalapeno bacon mac n cheese and my girlfriend had some type of penne dish. Damn they were tasty! Only a few other diners here, clean and orderly. Friendly staff. Not much of a wait for our food. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience there. First off, I placed an order online for 8pm (at least three hours in advance). When I arrived at 8:00pm my order wasn't even started. Then after they finished my order instead of handing me the food they took four other people's orders. Making me wait an additional five minutes... I know other people other than the cashier can hand food to you.

Then when I got home with my food I noticed my buffalo chicken mac n cheese had a tiny bit of buffalo sauce which was only on the chicken and no where else which was different from the two other noodles locations I've had it at. There was also no cheese sauce and a very small amount of shredded cheese. I basically ordered a $9 Mac n cheese with less than half of the toppings. Will not eat at this location again.
