Stopped in today...stood at the counter for at least 5 min with workers walking around and no one saying "Hello, Be with you in a min" Nothing. Finally a young lady comes to take our order, Still never greeting us. We got our order (which we unfortunately didnt check prior to leaving), get home and my daughter said my food wasnt in the bag, only hers. I call and the young lady that took the order answered and let me know she forgot to put it in the bag. She tells me that I can come back and pick it up fresh so I pause because I live 3 miles away...so she says "Well if you dont want to come thats fine"...Uh no ma'am fine for who?? Because I'm hungry and spent my money for food I have to travel back to go get because you forgot it. So I tell her I"m coming. Get there ...stand there again for a good 3 min with no one acknowledging that I had even walked in. Same young lady finally walks up and hands me a bag and said have a good day. No "I'm sorry" No "Can I comp one of the items you got for the inconvenience" Nothing. Oh , did I mention she was the manager? Grace. I love N&C but this location needs some help with customer service...mistakes happen..it's how you rectify it and ensure a return customer. Do better

Overall Experience:
The food itself tasted good, but I’ve noticed a steady decrease in portion sizes over time, especially with the small entrees. The portions are noticeably smaller than they used to be, but the price has gone up. For example, my small spaghetti only came with three meatballs, and the bowl is now much shallower than it used to be. After finishing, I was still hungry, which makes it hard to justify the cost.

Value:
For the price, the portion sizes feel inadequate. A small should still be a filling option, not leave customers hungry. On top of that, having to pay for extra sauce feels unnecessary the dish should come with enough sauce included, without charging more.

Service / Takeout Experience:
When I ordered takeout, I requested utensils, but none were included. This is a big inconvenience, especially if someone is eating on the go. If utensils are requested, they should always be provided.

Summary:
While the food tastes good, the portion sizes, extra charges for sauce, and lack of basic items like utensils are disappointing. These are the main reasons I don’t visit as often anymore.

I’m a dasher, you all need more workers, I stood at the front for 5minutes, never greeted when I walked in. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and order still isn’t ready there are people at the line who isn’t being helped as well! This location is badly in need of new management. I have ordered from here over quite a number of years and the service/staff has never been as awful as it is of late. They deliberately ignore you when you come to pick up orders. I've been forced to wait 10 minutes just to pick up an order multiple times because staff will do literally everything but simply come up to the register to hand over an order. If you get there a few minutes before they close tough luck, the door's already locked and they refuse to even acknowledge you let alone give you your already paid-for order.

This place is littered with health cold violations. Airborne pathogens like Covid are irrelevant. Employees should wash their hands regularly for 30 seconds if their going to touch their hair cough into their hands or touch their cell phones that carry fecal matter and other contaminants. And why don’t they wear gloves? Who is the owner? Why have you allowed these things to transpire in your workplace? Because these employees are young and don’t know any better at least provide hand sanitizer then instruct them to wipe their phones down before they clock in or something. I’m sick and tired of consulting through google reviews. A customer should not have to trouble shoot these problem areas. That’s your job. So rewind the cameras for the last 7 days or whatever , take notes, call a team meeting via zoom or something or email to address things that could lead to viral transmissions or food borne illnesses and have you shutdown.

I love the salad options here, but recently tried the pad thai noodles and was sorely disappointed. Tastes nothing like simple pad thai from a thai place (which is not that hard to get right). This is a great place for a quick and delicious meal or snack with a large variety of different noodle cuisines. Don't overlook the fantastic salads especially the Mexican Street Corn Salad.

New to Milwaukee but this is my go to place. If there is no restaurants available at night then order from here.

Food is great and the delivery is quick. Would usually call the restaurant to include chopsticks. They are very responsive and helpful. Usually order the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and Buffalo Chicken Mac.

i don’t normally leave reviews for places but this needed to be done. i went and got curbside pickup today at 3:20. the employee (shorter, skinny dark-skinned girl) who brought my food didn’t say a WORD to me even though i had a quick question for her. i smiled and said hi and she didn’t even look at me. she tossed my food in through my passenger window and walked away. i told her thank you and to have a good day and she rolled her eyes and walked away without even glancing at me. i give everyone the benefit of the doubt—sometimes people are having a rough day. however, the situation left me feeling so disgusted that i felt i should say something. i felt like such an inconvenience to her for just trying to get myself some lunch. perhaps she should be behind the scenes from now on. i hope im the only customer she’s been like that to. the food was great as always though!

Ordered food from here about once a week for the past 6 months. Today I got Pad Thai as usual and I get the meal home and what do I find? Not just overcooked, but burnt eggs. Mine as well as my partners. How do you burn eggs? I've had varying experiences here from very good to very poor. Someone needs to take care of quality control at this location because this is the most inconsistent noodles location I've ever experienced.
3 Stars and won't earn more until my meals are more consistent with what I've come to expect from noodles.

Great Food. Excellent Service.

We were a big party of scatterbrained individuals and yet order came out perfect, with a smile, and with plenty of utensils and napkins.

Sat on the lovely sun drenched patio and enjoyed every spoonful of the delicious and expertly prepared food. From vegan dishes to the beef dishes, every single member of the party had positive things to say about the experience.

We noticed how the service and quality of food was better than in others areas around SE WI. Even before the pandemic the carryout has been satisfying. My food is hot and fresh, and each time it is "different", maybe more or less of a product than the time before, which is okay to me. The dude that was running the front gave zero cares. There were three to go orders up and he was yawning and laying his head on the counter instead of packaging them up. When he finally got around to it he was as slow as a sloth. Took 15-20 seconds to put silverware in the bag. Dangled the knife over the bag for the longest time then just finally dropped it in. The cooks in the back just watched instead of stepping in. I finally spoke up after standing there for five minutes watching the food I was picking up get cold and a nice woman stepped in and completed packaging my order for me. As a DoorDash driver, that employee who gave zero cares about anyone costed me time and made me late for my delivery in turn getting me in trouble. If you don’t like your job fine but don’t do it at the customers expense.

This is the worst Noodles around. Consistently tiny portions compared to other locations. Everything is poorly cooked and terribly mixed. Just received a Pad Thai carryout with a few tiny chunks of burnt egg and the noodles weren't even cooked.. it was like eating seasoned fingernails. How can you mess up noodles...

It's usually pretty good, but sometimes things could be inconsistent. My last experience here was the worst in that I ordered an Indonesian Peanut Saute" noodles and the noodles were border line raw, and I think they put sauce in twice. It sort of made the dish an unpleasant soupy mess, but I had to finish as much as I can so I could get back to work.

I am sure it's a case of a good place having a bad day. I will go back and get the same noodles again and will update the rating. I am sure they will go back to being awesome!
