They were throwing food into bags and talking amongst each other instead of preparing the damn food then I asked for utensils and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT IT IN THE BAG

I've felt sick after eating here, two nights ago. I had ordered pot stickers as a side, which were served cold, and after hesitantly taking a bite, they tasted as if they had been cross contaminated with something. They tasted like chemicals, and after one bite, I couldn't eat anymore of them. The Pad Thai tasted old, with only a faint hint of garlic, and the egg is making me wonder if that's what made me sick.
Pay attention to Google reviews. I was meeting someone here, and I had almost suggested going elsewhere. I would highly suggest that you do, too.
If you do decide to dine here, take note that if you require handicapped parking, Door Dash, and others, use the handicapped parking to wait for orders.

This place used to be a lot better. The food quality has gone downhill over the years. My brother and I both got macaroni and cheese. It was okay but nothing special. It seems like the sauce has gotten a lot more watery and Bland over the years. Which is unfortunate because they used to make the best homemade macaroni. We felt like we were eating in a school lunchroom cafeteria. Isn't is definitely a kid-friendly restaurant, but I would not go out of my way to eat here again.

We went in to get 2 noodle meals and 2 drinks, we saw our first price of 44 and was stunned. The employee tried to tell us that was the correct price and we walked out. We went to our car and totaled it up on the app to be 30.60. We then go back in and all of the sudden the price is what we totaled it up to be. I don’t know if this is a one time thing or if other people are being overcharged. Avoid this location. I ordered 2 orders of potstickers and only got 1. I called back and asked if they could refund me since I live 1.5 hours from madison and wasn't coming back to get the potstickers. I was told it was taken care of and I was refunded. Haven't seen a refund though. The food was very disappointing. The potstickers I did get were cold, the entre I got, there was barely enough in there to cover the bottom of the bowl. It's not often I can go somewhere that has a Noodles and Co and my experience at this location was overall very disappointing.

I ordered online and got mac n cheese and a few other items and they forgot to put cheese in it which was very upsetting in itself and i'm not going to eat raw noodles. I ordered the Parmesan chicken and noodles meal. The meat seemed heated from frozen and was almost tasteless. The noodles were tasteless. The sauce was runny and tasteless. I don’t think I’ve had such a tasteless meal in a long time.

The atmosphere was OK, except for one customer who was holding a huge work meeting from her table and literally YELLING, disrupting the 4 other tables just tiring to have lunch. If this happens, employees should ask such customers to lower the volume of their voice.

What’s with the 50 gallon trash can? Can you not get a normal restaurant trash receptacle to conceal the smell and sight of trash?

I paid $13 for this meal. I felt like I would have had a better experience ordering chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and just eating in my car. I threw away half my food, even though I was still hungry. Now, I feel like I need to go eat somewhere else just to make up for this experience.

I came pretty late (8 pm) hoping to grab a quick bite for take out, but took forever for one dish... I should have known when I walked in, as another customer was complaining that this was the 3rd time he was asking about his order. The register guy snapped at another worker and they had a whole argument about it... Anyway, I sat down and waited 20 min, finally went back up to ask. They seem pretty unorganized and place was messy, maybe they need more staff. I always appreciated the lemon wedges at the beverage station at other locations, here they were missing, which sounds minor, but is honestly half the reason I usually choose them. Was SO Excited to see that the Backyard Salad is back!!! Promptly ordered two... One for me and one for me boyfriend. He'd never had it before...
Neither salad had the roasted corn on them. I didn't feel like having to go all the way back to the restaurant after my long day at work. So, we just ate it. Bummer.

Had a terrible experience here yesterday. I had preordered my food for pick up and it said it was ready at 5:13. I arrived about 10 minutes later and there was one person ahead of me. After I arrived at the window someone came and asked for the name and left for about 10 minutes. Then a second person came and asked for the name and handed us the wrong bag. So I pulled up and showed them my exact order and she left and about 15 minutes after that another person came to the window and asked our name again. We told him and said we have been waiting for almost 45 minutes and wanted to be comped or refunded and leave with out it. He told us it would be ready in 4 minutes so we waited. He ignored the comping request. We waited another 10 minutes and then we finally got our food. We didn’t leave the drive thru window until about 6:15. It was the longest most annoying experience I have ever had at a noodles. It was supposed to be quick and easy and it was anything but.

I feel bad that I suggested taking my family from out of town here. No one explained that the food was going to be placed on tables? Bathroom was disgusting and trash was overflowing onto the floor. Our food was served at all different times. A few family members were done with theirs by the time we received ours. Everything was cold and did not taste like what you would normally get. Covid killed this place. They used to serve food in beautiful glassware. Now it's just all plastic all the time. The pop machine was out of almost everything. The cup of soup is still 5 dollars but now it's only 6 oz of soup (not even a full can). And the potstickers used to be beautifully pan fried. Now they're just steamed. VERY slow to make your food. I put in an order and went there but it took 25 minutes to make a pesto noodle meal. I called them to tell them I had somewhere to be and luckily the guy was nice and rushed them.

It was okay. The first couple times I recently purchased takeout, 3/25 & 3/26, I had an awful customer service experience! Yesterday, 3/29, when I went into order and purchase takeout I was welcomed by a much friendlier customer service assistant. It was like night and day!

Honestly this place seems unhappy af like no thanks or have a great day after I said it to them not even a response like what?. Its like a chore to take your order. Kinda made me feel really uncomfortable. Save the anxiety and just go to the state street location where they actually care about the customers and are happy.

Did not care for the new "Shrimp Scampi". Guess I will continue to get the "Pesto, & or the "Buttered Noodles". Also, didn't like how LOUD the kitchen/waitstaff were, when we were trying to eat our food. Very annoying!

There was a long hair in my food 🤢 I was pretty disgusted, i spent 20 dollars on noodles and didn’t even get to eat more than 4 bites before pulling a long hair out of my mouth(that for sure wasn’t mine) I’ve tried calling the location and can’t seem to get anyone to pick up the phone. Gross. i want a refund on the meal.

I ordered pad Thai and potstickers for delivery. It arrived quickly and hot. The potstickers were really good, but, I have never had pad Thai so spicy. It normally isn’t. There was one piece of scrambled egg, but, the sauce was so spicy, I couldn’t eat it.
