I STOOD IN LINE TO ORDER, AS I DID I WATCHED THE MALE COOK USE A RAG TO CLEAN THE FRYING PAN HE JUST COOKED IN. THEN A FEW SECONDS LATER HE DID IT AGAIN AND THEN HE USE IT TO CLEAN THE STAINLESS STEEL COUNTER OF WHERE HE WAS COOKING. This is very unsanitary in all its forms. I was glad they were out of noodles.

I looove noodles and company! but they always forget my cookie or rice crisp lol so make sure you double check or remind them ! but other than that every thing here really is great from the service to the food just great ! They also offer GLUTEN FREE NOODLES and they are amazing an

Hoping the manager of this location reads the comments. Your worker, Chardonnay (Spelling? Working the register March 4 @ 4pm). She was amazing. You have an exceptional worker. I felt like I just met an angel in her. Truly. Like who goes out of their way moving from behind the counter to give a customer a big long hug? She was so intuitive. And then to surprise me with a couple treats in my bag? 🥺 Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ It’s been a tough day and her angelic way just seemed to make everything a little bit better. I’ll take it. Grateful. Will write some reviews later, for now just wanted to put this out to remember her name. Truly, a beautiful spirited woman. I hope to someday pay her kindness forward. please Stop supporting this over priced rich company who scams you. It’s a shame and should be out of business really. I just paid $9.14 for a small bowl with one scoop of noodles (employee verified) and Alfredo sauce. Total 5-6 bites worth, you could see the bottom of the bowl before eating. Was not filled with noodles at all. Also paid 1.25 for parm cheese, didn’t even receive the cheese, but if I remember correctly when they DO put it on, it’s the smallest amount. Why am I paying over a dollar for a sprinkle of cheese? Also … Alfredo is known for coming with parm cheese. GRATED PARM should not be a charge for any Alfredo dish. The employee said since I asked for no veggies in my dish that’s why I can see the bottom & there’s not much in there, SO WHY AM I PAYING FULL PRICE IF YOUR NOT GONNA ADD MORE NOODLE WHEN I TOOK OUT ALL THE VEGGIES? THAT IS NOT WORTH OVER $9! Total rip off. This is peoples hard earned money. You’re better off ordering a kids meal from Olive Garden, you get way more noodles, a side plus a drink all for less than $9.14. All I got from noodles and company was a tiny bowl of penne noodles with at most 6 bites worth of noodles with a little sauce. Didn’t even get my cheese I paid for.

Gaby, and others that I can't remember their names that work in the back are all just pleasant to deal with. I don't know how you hire so many nice people! Thank you all for making a dining experience a joy.
Just stopped in for a quick order. Very prompt service and the server Jolene even reminded me of discount on my membership rewards that I forgot about. It is nice to have people that think about the customer. GREAT JOB

We love Noodles and Company… but this time it was different. Both our main dishes were dry. There was no sauce. The best part was the chicken on my wife’s Penne Rosa and the meatballs on my Pesto Cavatappi. The side Caesar salad was the tiny! The good news is… the Mexican Cokes were delicious! We will give them another chance, but this time it was disappointing.

We rarely frequent this Racine Noodles location. There were no customers seated inside & 2 walk-in/pick up customers. The gentleman was a bit distracted when inquiring about our order. We had to repeat the same thing several times to get our order in. However, he was very nice, friendly and helpful. It turns out, he was a very good representative for Noodles & Co. We all have our off days, but I would hire him for my team.
Food was correctly made and tasted, as expected. The dishes were equivalent to their standard measures. Not too little, but not a tad heavier as we have occasionally had from other locations. No complaints. With only a little extra attention at the beginning of our order, I could have given straight 5 stars. Recommended.

We've had so many issues at this Noodles, half the time our order is wrong, now our bowls our meals come in are about half filled. I just spent $11 for about a half a bowl of food, in one of their ever shrinking bowls...
I love the food at Noodles, my favorite is the Buffalo Chicken and Mac & Cheese. We used to get a lot of takeouts with Noodles, but 75% of the time, they would get our order wrong. So we stopped ordering takeout. Still one of my favorite locations, though. Even though it's always either freezing in the building or way too hot. Very odd.

This is probably the only restaurant that I’ve been to since moving to Racine 2 years ago, that has consistently good food and great service. This location is almost always ready before the pick up time says, and while tonight they were super hectic, the service I received and how apologetic they were - completely made up for it.
Management, what ever you’re doing, keep doing it. We love coming here!

The food was okay. They had it very cold in the building and a lot of us customers asked why it was so cold and they just laughed. They were being very loud and very unprofessional while being on front line. I am a manager at a restaurant and I know if my employees acted like that, we would tell them to keep it down and stop yelling. Its okay to have a little fun but you should know when to be a little quieter and when to stop and be professional

I’ve ordered delivery from this location a couple times, and was shocked by the poor quality. Cold, hard, dense tofu, overcooked, mushy noodles, customizations not followed, sauce forgotten completely. I waited a year and thought I’d try again, but the photo speaks for itself. The sauce was forgotten completely, there was only some sort of oil coating on the noodles, the noodles have been reduced to mealy bits, and the veggie customization wasn’t followed. I give up!

I took one step into the foyer and seen the dirtiest doors ever fingerprints everywhere. And then stepped inside and seen an obscene amount of crumbs and dirt all over the floor. I did not get any food. I turned around and walked out. The place is disgusting and dirty.
Update went back the next day hoping it was a fluke but nope… windows still covered in the same finger prints and floor looked just as dirty. Noone greeted me either time.

Never coming back here. Employees do not take any food safety measures at all. They don’t have gloves on and go between putting their hands on the register or touching their hair and touching your food. The staff is also extremely rude and incompetent. I ordered meat tortellini (where the noodle is supposed to be filled with meat. I know I shouldn’t have to say this but somehow the staff doesn’t know the difference) and they gave me cheese tortellini with no meat anywhere in the pasta. I told them the name of the item has chicken and prosciutto in it. They said well it’s inside the noodle. I said okay well the noodle had cheese in it, not meat. They said sorry that I misunderstood and I have to pay extra for meat on top. I didn’t want extra meat, I just wanted the meat tortellini ordered. I don’t get how it’s that hard to understand and just apologize and make it right.

I love how when I first come in I'm not greeted the front girl was staring off into space didn't say one word to me I had to do all the talking for my own ordeDidn't get a receipt. I wait for about 10 minutes or so to get an order that is 1 cold 2 not what I asked for. Only good thing about my order was the cookie I bought. That's just sad!! I will not return to this location ever until they start to have people that talk to the customers and And not charged $13 for barely any more than 5 tortellini's that were cold.

Three of our six dishes were GF. Store was out of the GF noodles we ordered. Rather than risk losing part of the order, they made the [terrible] customer service decision to choose a substitute for us. They could have taken 2 minutes to call or text to confirm a sub; instead they've lost any more of our future business.
They also completely left out the protein on one of the dishes where it was added for a surcharge.
With the economy as it is right now, dining out is a luxury, and not one that most people can afford to throw money at without the food and service they actually pay for.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. The staff took my order and I waited for over thirty minutes to be served. The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast looked like it had been thrown together. To say the portions were small is an understatement. The tables, windows, floors looked like they needed scrubbing and vacuuming. A sizable portion of the tables were still dirty and had not been cleared by the staff. The trash bin was overflowing. One customer had been waiting in line for over an hour for her order which had yet to be fulfilled when I left the restaurant. Suffice to say, I will not return to this location.

Was at Noodles for the first time in many years. Not going back. The store was filthy. Carpet was dirty. Garbage can overflowing. Fountain area trashed and sticky at 11:45 on a Thursday morning! Ordered food off door dash. Spent almost 90$. Didn’t receive any of my food that I ordered at all. I called the store and talked to some woman and she was rude, non helpful. Save yourself some money, Kraft does a better Mac n cheese with cheese sauce on it, not just a bowl of sauceless elbow pasta like Noodles served me under the guise that a spoonful of shredded cheese would magically make it Mac n cheese. Not sure how much extra they charged for beef, but it was chewy as heck and with no knife provided, I'm not sure how I was supposed to eat it. Wife had Thai noodles which were overloaded with cilantro and she wasn't a fan. Restaurant wasn't very clean, the area by the soda machine was empty of condiments and the containers didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. $35 for 2 people, bowl of noodles and a soda each, shameful. Not a place I shall return to.

Disgusted is an understatement! The Mac and cheese had cold shredded cheese that wouldn’t melt in. I asked for them to remake it. The “manager” started cussing out her crew in front of me and my 2 young daughters then swore directly at a young worker for asking if she should remake the dishes. I got a full refund and proceeded to tell her she is running this restaurant like trash and she treats her employees like trash. First of all, it did not state that delivery was through DoorDash or I would have just picked it up. My $62 order was short chicken on my chicken Caesar, and $9 worth of cookies were missing. I called and was told they could refund me or I could pick it up. I picked it up and asked about a refund for the delivery fee and received a $1 refund. Not the $1.99 delivery fee, the $7 driver fee, or the $6 service fee. When I called and asked about the $1 refund, the woman said that was all she could refund me, and refused a number to corporate.
*Edit- it took 2 weeks, but the GM did contact me regarding my feedback and made it right.

I ordered the Alfredo Montamore today, with extra chicken, extra sauce, spinach, and mushrooms. I got the extra chicken, but not the others!
The worst, however, is that the chicken is very salty! I spoke with a Mgr in the restaurant, who simply said they don’t use salt!
If you have any health issues that would be effected by too much salt, you might not want to get a chicken dish from this establishment!

they’re always short on staff during lunch and they don’t have good customer service. they are very slow and always are messing around or not even around when there is customers that need to be helped. my food is always cold or dry, today I had a very rude and unprofessional worker take my order and she couldn’t even get my order correct. on top of that this is one of many times this has happened , they charge me for something and i end up not even getting it , if i ask they give a big eye roll like it isn’t there job to do so , they will sit in the bathroom with a line that out the door and people who have been waiting 30 or more minutes for there food . they won’t accept us to dine in because “they are too busy “ . then instead of doing order and making food and taking orders they sit there and talk about when there next doctors appointment is .

I've tried coming to this place multiple times, hoping that maybe there was just an "off day" and my experience would get better. I love pasta and usually love noodles & co, but this location has inspired me to make my own noodles from now on.
The building itself is a mess. The walls looked extremely dirty, the tables were all either filled with trash/dried food or sticky, the soda machine was sticky too, there was food and trash all over the floor, cobwebs were all over the light fixtures, the walls looked greasy especially above arm's reach.
As for the food, they've never once gotten my order right. If I ask for something to be removed, they just remove every single topping and give me noodles with sauce and nothing else. The noodles are always overcooked and almost slimy, and even though we dined in, somehow the food came out to our table ice cold. We also only got about half as many noodles as other locations give. My "regular" size wasn't even enough to curb my hunger, and usually I can only eat about half of a noodles "regular" before I am too full.
Go to another noodles if you really want them. Just avoid this one specifically.

The 1 star is for this specific Mt. Pleasant location. Any time I order food from this location, I come back with the saddest noodles. In my most recent experience, I ordered the Penne Rosa that typically comes with tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms. I asked to remove the mushrooms and ended up getting a dish with no spinach either. The noodles were so dry because they barely put any sauce on them. The bowl was about a quarter full, so I was still hungry by the time I finished my food. I'm far from picky and never write negative food reviews, but after several disappointing experiences here, I felt the need to say something. If you're craving some Noodles and Co, avoid being disappointed at this location.

Or the delivery charge I paid. Not only that but their employee & manager were rude. They tell me I have to call Door Dash. Yea because it’s their fault that YOU forgot my food! Just pathetic! Everytime we come here the food and atmosphere gets worse and worse. I asked for plain steak Alfredo and somehow ended up with spinach mushrooms and raw tomato. I’m not picky and just ate it. While we were ordering the “boss” was being obnoxious, throwing food at the person checking us out, hitting buttons on the screen messing around with her coworker. We sat down and ate and the person checking us out and the “boss” went outside to smoke and the “boss” walked through the lobby with a cigarette in her mouth and smoked right outside the front door. Came in and “sanitized” there hands calling it good. All other workers were professional, working on orders and the girl who brought us our food was very sweet and asked if we needed anything. She should be the manager.

When we entered the business, we immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire place. Many of the windows, especially the entry doors were smeared from being wiped with a greasy rag. The cash register was in the same condition. There was litter on the floor in many places. Many of the tables were caked with dried food. We had to use hand sanitizer to clean an area to be able to eat. The soda dispenser area was sticky. There was dust hanging from the light globes and cobwebs on the wall at the menu board.
I had the Pad Thai. It was Pad Thai-ish. Taste was bland, not like other Noodles I've gone to.
My wife's meal was Luke warm and she said that the noodles weren't well cooked.
Based on the sty-ish condition of the place, my wife is threatening to call our local health department.

Spaghetti and meatballs, was stiff as a floorboard and the tables were uncapped! I was told by The Manager, that's the way they are. No noodles are rock solid and stiff together, in any spaghetti but that's probably due to improper cooking and not knowing what they're doing.
I personally had to clean the outside tables, because the girl at the counter was throwing nothing but attitude, after asking!

Last night my girl and I ordered from this location. Our food was ghastly, the bread was stale, and there were waste vegie parts in the food. stems and such. When I called this restaurant I was met with an equally disdainful manager who put me on hold then after 6 minutes, hung up on me. Spend your precious money elsewhere. This place is a joke being managed by jokers. I wish you could leave zero stars.

After ordering 2 Mac n cheese with Parmesan crusted chicken and a Alfredo montemore with Parmesan crusted chicken to go, I sat and watched them cook my 2 Mac n cheese w/chicken, close them up and set them aside on the counter while my montemore sat wide open on the counter waiting for the chicken. 10 minutes had already passed and during that 10 minutes the ladies in front of me had already gotten their food and a group of teenage girls that came behind me had ordered. The lady who ordered right before I did had already finished eating her food and walked up to the counter where the general manager David was standing right next to the lids. She asked him for 2 lids. He completely dismissed her and said someone else would help her shortly. He then asked the assistant general manager Kodera what was going on with my Mac n cheese that had been sitting closed on the counter for so long. He pointed at my opened montemore that had been sitting on the counter this whole time saying it was apart of my order. He then told General manager David to start handing out the teenage girls orders that ordered several minutes after me. Finally 15 minutes of all my food sitting on the counter they finally put chicken in my montemore and handed it to me. I said my food had been sitting on the counter for the last 15 minutes to General Manager David and asked if something can be done. He decided to argue with me and said “no it hasn’t”. I said yes it has I have been watching my watch. He said “no it hasn’t”. I said ok then how long have they been sitting on the counter then? He said “according to my screen 7 minutes”. I informed him he is incorrect. (Even if it were true, why would you argue that 7 minutes is a legitimate amount of time for my food to sit on the counter? Everyone knows pasta goes cold very quickly). Anyway I said you know what can you just refund my tip? I’m not going to tip you to serve me cold food and then try to argue and dismiss me when I tried to talk to you about it. He said “I will take care of it later”. I said no that’s not ok, the issue needed to be addressed now. He said no, he was going to continue working on orders instead. And completely dismissed me and ignored me for the next 6 minutes. During this 6 minutes I asked general manager David, and other employees to give me the information for corporate or the owners information several times. David completely ignored me, assistant general manager Kodera who was right next to general manager David ignored me, and the new girl working the cash register apologized because she was new and didn’t know what to do. Finally after 6 minutes of continually asking for information assistant general manager Kodera said I should google noodles and find home office in Milwaukee. I asked General Manager David for his name. He gave his name and went right back to dismissing me. Now my food has been sitting around for over 20 minutes at this point. I never received my refund I requested nor did I get fresh hot food that I paid $43 for 3 dishes. They clearly have zero customer service skills. I guess I’m about to find out if this fits noodles and company standards when I contact them.

Literally every single time I order, they forget at LEAST one item I ordered. Just make sure to check your food before leaving. I like the food, but it gets pretty annoying having missing items every single visit. Please just READ! It tells you everything you need to put in the bag! I also always go when it’s not busy at all. This place is really busy during lunch, which makes you want to order ahead. We sat down for lunch today, and I asked for extra noodles in my entree. I thought it would be a few dollars extra but not the cost of an entire new entree. You might as well order another entree if you want to order extra of something. Entree was still incomplete, but the line was too long to say anything. The food is really good even though I have the same entree every time I go to Noddles.

What has happened to Noodles and Company? Restaurant was absolutely disgustingly dirty, food was unedible, I actually took a few bites and threw it away. Soda machine all sticky and had very bad smell as well as only offered diet drinks. Floors had food and crumbs everywhere, bathroom was a disaster, and the entire back seating area had boxes on the tables. I watched as the 5 employees spent more time talking with each other than doing anything else. Manager on duty definitely did not care about customer service with his hat on back word and no time to talk with customers. I watched as he was at register and a couple were trying to order but he got a phone call on his cellphone and took care of that first. What a joke, never eating here again.

Walked in and immediately had to visit the restroom to wash my hands. The front doors were extremely dirty, almost as if a giant 2 year old did some finger painting with grease. Once in the bathroom I found the person responsible for cleaning the glass front doors was also responsible for cleaning the bathroom.
Wall in dining area had an extreme amount of paint chipping and the tables were only slightly better than the front door.
Will not come here again and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

On 05/15/2021 placed an order for my daughters 1 regular bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with grill chicken breast and 1 small bowl Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with mushrooms. Arrived at location to pick up my order, my order was said to be completed, did not find my order, cashier approached me to ask what I was waiting for, showed her my phone with confirmation of my order. Cashier talked to manager and they said they would remake my order, I had to go to work and I was already delayed due to this, was offered a cookie or rice crispy treat for my wait , and I declined due to my children do not like either. Received my order and left, when I returned home my children were disappointed with there food, my daughter's Wisconsin Mac and Cheese barely had any cheese or mushrooms in it . On the following Monday I issued a complaint on noodlesandcompany.com , I received an email on 05/17/2021 from Kevin Fuller the assistant general manager apologizing for the inconvenience and that he would send me coupons ; never received the coupons. On 06/28/2021 I emailed Kevin again asking if he had sent the coupons, no reply. It is 07/15/2021 and I have still yet to receive the coupons that Kevin promised. I have had this happen once in the past from this very same location. I am sorry to say that I will not be ordering or dining at this Noodles and Company anytime in the future, I am also letting my family and friends know that, this Noodles and Company has horrible customer service if this is their policy to promise to send coupons to correct their error and not send them.

I had an issue with my to go order having a hair in it. I called back and let them know the situation. I understand things like this happen so I called to see if they can remake it. They offered to refund my money and make me a new bowl. I wasn't to happy to have to drive back but I did. I got there and they brought my meal out to me. When I got home and looked in my bag I noticed they put some treats in my bag along with a free bowl for the future. Made my drive back worth it. Food is always really great which is why I'm also torn on not coming back. The reason for the 2 star rating is there is usually always ingredients missing when I order. I find this to be consistent when I get take out orders so I usually don't discover this until I get home, which is my own fault for not checking the order before leaving. However, I feel this rating is warranted since it has happened multiple times. If I'm paying extra for chicken to be added to my salad or paying extra for steak to be added, I expect those to be on there. Especially for whats being charged to add these. I have tried to call the restaurant on all occasions this has happened and never get a call returned for my grievances. Again great food but attention to detail and lack of customer service is not a vibe for you guys.

Placed order to go. Ordered a large buffallo mac & cheese with pulled pork not chicken. It had fried jalapenos on top just like the thanksgiving fried onions from the can only fresh. They said I couldn't get pulled pork only chicken. Nope i've ordered it this way no bbq sauce but with buffallo sauce. They made it. However be warned. I've ordered pulled pork many times before bbq or buffallo style. The pork was not the nice shredded big chunks of past. Rather chopped minced pieces of pulled pork. Tasty but not the same.
