I used to love this place. Has gone completely downhill. My online order was supposed to be ready by 538pm. Finally got it at 551pm bc "they were busy" ... and not as much as a "sorry for the wait" or a free cookie for the inconvenience. Evertime I order a Mexican coke it's warm. And the butter noodles have been served liked mush.

The consistency of how much food they give is not good. Went and ordered a small pasta, and got like 20 noodles. You shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of the dish when you open your food. Not worth the price.

Absolutely outstanding service! Yesterday, When I wasn’t sure what to get after noticing the menu changed around. The girl taking my order was happy to suggest a lot of new menu choices, and now I have a new favorite. I highly recommend the new Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo! A huge thank you to Kiley who took my order and the awesome staff who made my dinner absolutely delicious!

The staff is rude and very discriminating and the at least three of the managers treat people very poorly. I would highly recommend that people eat elsewhere if they want an actually meal worth paying for by staff who actually care about you. Also alot of the staff is two faced. Act like they care but talk about you behind your back after you leave.

We stopped here for lunch expecting a typical mass produced meal. We were really surprised at the quality and freshness of the vegetables, the multiple ways we could modify our protein, substitute items and create our own meal. Healthy and tasty!

I ordered from doordash, I ordered a Caesar salad without chicken, they put chicken in it. I ate a piece of chicken, I haven't eaten meat in over 5 years, I had 3 days of diarrhea. Instead of fixing the mistake they throw their hands up in the air and say oh you got to go with doordash. They poisoned me and told me I have to go get my money back from doordash. Do not order from them!!!!

I order from noodles & company few times a week, never again. Worst customer service ever. In the past when I called with a problem, the people were polite, understanding and amazing. The man I spoke to you today was rude. Telling him I couldn't eat was sent to me because I'm a vegetarian sent him off. He told me that he that I can sit on my superiority and hopefully that fills me up. He then hung up on me. I called back to ask for a supervisor, he claimed he was one and hung up on me a second time. They will never get another Penny from me!

3 days ago as neither my wife and I weren't feeling the best. We ordered 2 dinners and cheese garlic bread it was $37.00 +. I drove home opened the bag no garlic bread I could have dealt with that. But when I opened the sauce up to put on my dinner there was about 1tablespoon in each bowl. Enough to cover 4 noodles. Not happy now. I went to the restaurant and talked to the "manager" she was arguing on the amount of sauce she should give. I work damn hard for that $38. And she doesn't think I should get more sauce. Defiantly this place is not money well spent. I should not have to make a return trip for my garlic bread. I was not nice.People we customers work hard for our money give us what we pay for. DAMN.

My Alfredo Mont Amore was at best room temperature and had very little sauce on it. My wife had the Buttered noodles with chicken and here noodles looked and tasted like they were a couple days old. Her's was also room temperature. This was our first time and both of us don't plan on returning.

I had lunch with my Grandma and her sister here. We had this wonderful server! I can't remember her name. But she came to check on us multiple times and was seriously the best server I have ever had! She was so communicative, so friendly, and so personable! She catered to my Grandma and her sister's needs, and was fast. She had awesome recommendations and was just very friendly over all. I personally didn't know N&C had waitresses. But I was impressed. Our food was perfect. The temperature was great. And everyone left happy with full bellies ❤️

I don't know what you're paying Lisa at the front counter, but give her a raise. The BEST customer service experience I have ever had in a fast food setting- she was so kind. Honestly, give the entire kitchen a raise too, they were equally great. Lisa + a member of the kitchen team came to the table to briefly check on us & make sure we were satisfied AND they circled back to clear our dishes as we finished eating.

Noodles and Company location in Neno has amazing service and fantastic quality of food. I can’t say that for all the locations but the Neenah one seems to be top notch. It ends up being quickly a little pricey as a meal can push to $20 and beyond pretty easily, but I eat there often and they have a decent rewards program to save a little money. Definitely one of my go to places for a quick meal extremely fast and friendly service almost like you’re in a sit down restaurant.

I have been here three times since it opened and had great service. Always surprised they bring your food to your table, and every time there has been an employee cleaning up. Yes, it's small and can get cramped up front, but once you are seated it's perfectly fine. Prices are standard for the franchise.

Me and my family decided to stop for a nice enjoyable dinner at noodles and company, but quickly turned into hell. First we all ordered lean guini butter noodles and it came out as zucchini noodles. At first we thought no big deal cause they sound very similar, then they brought back our correctly ordered food and my step father had a piece of paper or plastic in his noodles he then took it back and the lady at the counter laughed about it and said we will remake that for you..Now remember that part. Then the manager who we thought was nice asked if we wanted a partial refund or a desert so we thought how nice and asked for a desert. Then we were waiting for 10-15 Minutes for his meal that the lady said was being re made..So my step father went to go see what the hold up was and ask if we could just get it to go cause the rest of his family was done eating their dinner and he just wanted ti go home and the manager “Kenton” said “oh I assumed you didn’t want your food re made” this just ruined our whole night

Almost $4 to add about 3 tiny slivers of steak to an already expensive dish. Very cramped restaurant, people just about on top of each other, and there weren't that many people there, it's an awkward setup. Counter help seemed poorly trained, couldn't answer basic menu questions. But most importantly, not a good value.

The atmosphere at this location is great, a little cramped at the ordering station but otherwise cute set up. The staff was extremely friendly and cleaned well. This was the first time I had someone check in to see how our food was which was a nice touch and went a long way. Garrett was extremely nice and made our experience positive.

Only downfall was that they forgot the protein add on for my food that I paid for, but I enjoyed my food anyways.

Waited 20 minutes and went up front. It was busy but I saw a larger order for carryout placed 10 minutes after ours in the pickup window. Our food was just sitting there on a tray. When I asked them how long it was sitting there, I got an "I don't know.". They then tried to serve it to us, ice cold. Asked for a refund. THEN she asked if we wanted them to remake it. (Might want to do some type of QA on your food before you serve room temperature pasta to people 25 minutes after they order). Did get a half hearted apology and a refund. It will be a long time before I return. Have been to other locations (both Appleton stores and Oshkosh.) It will be a looong time before we return to Neenah, and most likely any location.

New Neenah wi location. No drive thru other than an outside pick up window....ordered online and it said order would be ready 12min after ordering online......here i sit at the pick up window now 10 minutes after my allotted pick up time and the food still is not ready.
