I was in the middle of moving and no access to a stove to cook so I bought 3 meals for myself for the week. Only received 2. I called and said I couldn't stop by I lived on the north side of Milwaukee. They took my address and said they would send a raincheck for an entree.... this was over a week ago now. When I was in there tables were dirty but staff was sitting with the cooks just chilling.

Do not go to this location! Boyfriend and I placed a pickup order - buttered noodles with chicken and pad thai with chicken. We walked in and said i had a pickup order and the guy at the register handed me my order without saying a word. Opened up our food and the buttered noodles was only half way full with no butter or seasoning. The pad thai had no sauce at all, it was just the noodles with eggs, veggies, 3 wedges of lime, and chicken. We placed an order at 8:20pm and picked up at 8:35pm - mind u they close at 10pm. Only 4 customers in the store and all the employees looked really annoyed that we had walked in!

Go to a different location! I don’t understand how this location is so bad. So many chances but every single time something is significantly wrong with our order. Today was the final straw I had less than half a bowl of food and almost no sauce. It looked like I got someone’s left overs. I thought I ordered a small bowl on accident, checked the receipt, nope was charged for full bowl. Noodles should close this location. It’s giving the company a bad name.

Never had any issues with this location but had an odd interaction this afternoon. Picked up a mobile order today and saw the guy in front of me return a pickup order bag that must’ve been given to him by mistake. The worker then gave me the unsealed returned bag of food. I pointed out that I saw it returned from a customer who drove in from off premises, as I saw him pull up in front of me. They tried to reassure me twice the food wasn’t opened, however this seems against some sort of health code. They did promptly make a fresh order for me which I appreciated. Just felt it was odd that the returned food wasn’t discarded and was offered to another customer. I probably won’t be doing pick up here again.

I’m not sure when this place got different management, but the staff are so unprofessional. From the second I walked i felf like I wasn’t welcomed here. They called out the wrong name and then finally brought me a paper bag to my table with my correctly spelled name (I’m not sure what they were reading before). Rania has consistently been mean to me every time I’ve interacted with her, and it’s honestly frustrating. She has a terrible attitude and shows no interest in helping customers. Instead of being professional, she’s rude, dismissive, and makes me feel uncomfortable whenever I ask for assistance. Her tone is always condescending, and she acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Rania the customer service here, especially with one particular employee who is always rude and disrespectful toward me. Every time I come in, she gives me attitude for no reason, acts like I’m a bother, and makes me feel completely unwelcome. What made it worse this time was that she even talked about me to her coworkers right in front of me, like I wasn’t even there. It was humiliating and unprofessional. I don’t understand why she continues to treat me this way, but it’s clear that respect and basic courtesy are not part of how she handles her job. No one should be treated like that, especially when all I wanted was a little help.

Love the food here, it’s always delicious! I typically order for delivery and never have any problems, I recently encountered an issue getting my order delivered, however it was handled professionally by the manager Shika. Shika was so kind and helpful, she never made me feel like I was a bother, despite me unfortunately having to call the store back multiple times!! Two for two on poor experiences with this location. My mom and I stopped to pick up lunch, ordered 2 of the same thing and didn't realize that the girl had only charged us for one dish. We went back to the counter (before the food even came out) and the guy verified that the girl had only charged us for one. We indicated that we had wanted 2 as there are 2 of us and the girl on register proceeded to ignore us so that we couldn't pay for the 2nd dish. We walked out with just one. They don’t know how to do anything - I have literally bought a child size rice Krispy from this EXACT location over a dozen times with no problems- including the times when the gentleman who speaks Spanish us there (so he figured it out and he hasn’t been there as long, English is not his first language but he knows how) then the teenage lazy girl at the register Riley was so beyond rude- how she got hired is beyond me- the manager even at one point because the was a line behind me said to just give me a kids rice Krispy and with a vacant stare on her face just kept saying there isn’t a button for that. Probably the strangest experience of being given the wrong food. Half of the order of udon was just pasta, maybe fettuccine, stuck together. Then she calls because she didn’t check or look at food until she got home. And they wanted her to come all the way back up there. When it’s pouring rain and live 20 min away. We have gone to this location twice in the past month (both times one of us has been sick) and each time our soup wasn’t filled all the way. Is this the new practice where you miss a good portion of the food?

Edit to add: I did message the person below. And the response I got back was this
‘We use a 5oz ladle to fill the soups, side soups get 1 ladle, regular size gets 3 ladles. The soup is never going to be filled all the way to the top because the bowl sizes are bigger in order for the soup to not come out the vent hole in the top of the lid.’

So not very helpful as why is this now becoming a problem.

I usually love this place. But when I ordered a gluten free pasta.
