Everything was great, especially the lady at the counter younger blonde lady was so nice and welcoming, I had a question about the artichoke in one of the dishes and she even looked it up on her phone and showed me exactly what was going to be used and she let me take off the other dish and try the one I was leary of and it was delicious. Noodles and Company has always been a nice spot to go to. My favorite is the Pad Thai, which is what I order 90% of the time I go. I’ve never had issues with service, I would suggest this location cleans the store a little better though. Although not pictured, the restaurant was pretty dirty with grime and crumbs on the floor and some of the tables. My girlfriend got the penne dish, she found a lot of different noodles that shouldn’t have been in the dish. The food is still enjoyable, I guess I would just stick to delivery for now though.

Food handling has been a disappointment.
I usually don't post, but at this point I think I should.
Over several orders (at least 5) we have not gotten what we ordered. In some cases including substitution for dishes with mushrooms. With note my husband is allergic to mushrooms.
We always have to ask for extra sauce since whatever we order seems to be lacking and are charged for it, yet we don't receive it.
I have always tipped 20% because I thought I should appreciate the people there that are "working hard to prepare my meal", but I guess they really aren't.
We will no longer be going to this location.

It was a very good Noodles and Company to stop at. It was great like most Noodles and Company restaurants, my personal favorite is the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, and they were tasty and fresh here. Ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs. What used to be $8.50 increased to $9.50 recently and within the last week that has gone to $10.50. That wouldn't be so bad if it actually came with marinara sauce. I asked for more sauce (enough to cover the noodles). I was told that would cost another $1.00. How awful! When I got home, I needed to add V8 juice and ketchup just to cover the noodles in the bowl. All the sauce was at the top of the bowl and only covered 20% of the noodles. If you're looking to pay $10.50 for a bowl of dry noodles with just a hint of marinara sauce and five meatballs, then Noodles & Company is your place.

Though the food was good, the staff was a bunch of high school kids yelling to each other the entire time we were there. We were the only people eating inside and we couldn’t even heard people at our own table. The guy checking us out literally stopped mid transaction to interject into the conversation behind him and left us sitting there. Reminded us is a high school lunch room.

4 month later…..I got the new apple chicken salad. But they didn’t have apples. (We overheard them saying it) so instead of saying they didn’t have it and asking if I wanted to change my order or it was ok….they just made the salad and said nothing. I asked for steak instead of chicken (as I can’t eat chicken) and they left chicken in the salad and sent a side container of steak to add myself.

This is for the Oconomowoc, WI location. My son and I ate their as part of our doctors appointments the last two months. My first visit was amazing for him but so-so for me since they overloaded chicken alfredo with mushrooms and no chicken but they were never rude and always courteous.
