Food is decent enough, with alright serving sizes, though at higher than you'd expect prices. However, at the end of the day this is a food establishment that does not expect sit down diners, even if it is offered. To that end I need to comment on order accuracy: 3 times. 3-out-of-3. Orders have been wrong 100% of the time so far, which is rather impressive. The solution might be to check, which I have for the last two, and because I don't know the entire menu and all of what each item includes I miss things that I should not have to know are in the bag.

Mistakes happen and are often no big deal. Three times in a row? Come now. First time was a chicken parmesan without the chicken parmesan. Second time was shrimp pad thai without the shrimp. This time was a Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salab without the included sauce, which is a big part of that particular dish.

At this point I have a legitimately higher rate of accuracy getting food from Taco Bell.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I did return the first two times to get the order corrected. Which they did correct. Heck, I even got to watch them dig through the Pad Thai to check if there was any shrimp. Neither of these times was I offered even a discount coupon. The only comp received was a new dish and an offer to keep my old one. Thanks.

I usually get the buffalo chicken mac and cheese which is awesome but decided to start trying other selections. I tried the Japanese pan noodles which I thought the taste was very good but was a bit dry for my liking. We stopped in prior to the lunch rush. The food is good, but Noodles and Co seem like a great margin business. Noodles are cheap for the restaurant and for what they give you it is not a good value. The service is not particularly quick considering it's positioning as fast food. There are other restaurants I would prefer to go to for noodles.

I did a large order with multiple different entrees yesterday for a family dinner. Everything was right and spot on delicious. We came through on way home and wanted some Noodles. We have been to several stores and its just frustrating we can't have a good one locally. Both of our dishes literally had NO sauce! Absolutely amazing service from Kathy!! We ordered about 100$ worth of food through door dash and ended up not getting one of our entrees. When I called to see what my options were Kathy was very apologetic and quick to find a solution to make me happy. So upsetting!!! Havent been there in probably 4 months, ordered food at 1122am. Waited, Waited, waited...at 12p I went to ask where my food was...no one had a clue, they had order slips sitting all over the place. One man asked for his money back, others walked out. We waited 45 minutes for our food today!!!! My 10 and 5 year old were not happy...this was ridiculous!!! Especially the prices...they went up $1 and the portions were a disgrace. I had a regular size order of Rosa Pene and after one fork full could already see the bottom of my plastic dish. I felt like I was eating a frozen lunch right from the microwave at work. The portion is about what you get for $2 from your grocers freezer. However here you pay $6.25. The taste wasn't terrible, but I have got more flavor from a high end TV dinner. I remember when it used to be served in a real dish and you ate it with a real fork. I hadn't eaten at this location before and hadn't eaten at a Noodles in a few years because there wasn't one in our market. Wow it isn't what it used to be! Plus you will get an upcharge if your meal has chicken, but they don't tell you that when you order, and don't put it up on the menu board. You are supposed to read that off the counter. If you are being open about it then put it on your door or on the wall by the menu. Small portions and zero atmosphere. With dozens of options I would recommend something else.

I'm never going back to this place. I got the pad Thai, aside salad, and a side tomato soup. The side salad is the smallest salad I have ever bought in my life. The side decide soup was so small I ate it in about four spoonfuls. The bad time was also an extremely small portion. I have never had time before and the menu did not listed as being spicy. Due to a stomach condition I can't eat spicy food. Other items were listed as spicy but not this one. My meal cost almost $20. For the amount of money I spent I didn't get very much food. I also had a rather long wait for the food to be served. The food came out in a little plastic disposable containers. So noodles and company is clearly a fast food chain so why am I waiting for over 15 minutes for fast food. This is a terrible place to eat. Do yourself a favor and don't go there
