We came in for dinner. Food was good but the services was great. AJ the young man that took our order, served our food, even corrected a mistake made with one dish was outstanding. I felt bad that he was running around doing so much as other workers watched. He even checked after to see how our dinner was and cleaned the plates up. He is definitely a star role model that others should follow. Happy to say we will come back because of AJ.

My mom picked up some buttered noodles for me and got herself some food and they were really busy, but when we grabbed the food from the bag found an extra regular sized bowl. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I will be reporting this location immediately to the health department as I was almost choked on and died from a large piece of plastic that was in my noodles.

Photo attached is after I got it out of my throat and spit it out onto my bowl. This incident was so horrible I will be considering a civil suit against Noodles & Company for a settlement.

Bad Experience. I asked for parmesan chicken on both of me and my mothers food. The girl gave me my receipt and I saw there was parm chicken on only one, so I told another employee that it was incorrect and she said she will get. We were waiting for a while, so I checked up on it and a male employee said it will be right out. My mother ended up finishing her food and then we left unsatisfied without the chicken. Inconsistently very good, tasty dishes promptly made to order. Unfortunately, I feel like every one out of three visits I find myself disappointed for various reasons, like finding a few stray mushrooms that rudely hopped into my dish, a missing Crispy, or overdone udon noodles. This visit, I was kind of annoyed as it appears as though they changed the serving size for a small bowl to a XXS. I received about 15 noodles that were in the container size that they used to serve the flatbread in. (My flatbread was wrapped up in paper this time). The noodles were cooked perfectly, so it was disappointing that I was met with the abrupt size change. And if this is due to a shortage of small serving bowls, then I would have appreciated either a phone call to ask if I’d like to size up or have the usual small serving size placed in the larger bowl. Bummer.

Noodles is making a big mistake of making patrons order from the app when you walk in the door. Personal service is expected when you see an employee just standing behind the counter! The 15% gratuity that pops up (and automatically charged to YOU) is a huge disappointment. I have lost my love of Noodles and find myself going elsewhere.

Food is good quality & delicious but unfortunately the inside of the restaurant is dirty. We wanted to sit down & eat inside but ALL of the tables, booths & floors were dirty with crumbs, fingerprints etc. The sad part is that all of the tables & booths had a note stating that the tables were clean & sanitized ready for customers to sit & enjoy their meals. Obviously that was false. Thankfully, the weather was ok for us to eat outside their tables. I stopped on Mothers Day and there was 1 other couple inside eating. We had to ask staff to clean the food off of a table because they were all dirty. They said they would and didnt.
