I normally never complain about services since I do work in food service and can understand how difficult this job can be but the service I received by Rachel M (I believe) was not called for. She acted like I was an inconvenience as soon as I stepped through the door but I brushed it off as she was having a bad day. There was a man standing where people normally stand when they finished ordering and I came up and I didn’t know he was still in line and she said rudely “he is in line.” I apologized and she kinda of rolled her eyes (which I did not appreciate) he ordered and she slammed the table number thing down and his cup which kinda of made me glance up from my phone. I ordered and she was VERY snarky the entire time and she also slammed down my number thing and cup. She is also very rude to coworkers (from what I could see) everyone else was perfect and smiley and actually would I would like to see.

We had a wonderful experience at Noodles today! Our server Vee was so friendly and helpful! She came over to our table to check in. She spoke to everyone who came in and greeted many regulars by name.
My daughter wants us to drive up from Milwaukee to make this the only Noodles we frequent because she had such a wonderful experience. Thanks Vee!!!

$5.25 for chicken add-in. I got like 6 small pieces…emailed April 7th and Will Fullington replied and said he would send me a coupon for a free bowl. First went 2 weeks ago roughly. My order was barely warm and lacked extra seasoning I requested. Also employee was short and felt like she didn't want to be there. Went in last week 2 employees were having a conversation for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then a young lady came up and asked what I wanted and stated she had to get a register. A few minutes later someone else's order got taken while I was still waiting for what I thought was to pay for my food. The lady I gave my order when back to the kitchen while someone else took a ladies order that came in after me. I walked out 20 minutes waiting no food.

Hands down the best noodles location I have been to. The Sheboygan location should be training all other locations!! Great customer service and they know how to cook and make the dishes. The Phoenix area crews should go to Sheboygan and get trained. Keep up the great work!

NOT worth over $15. Both servings were Small and Extra Small. Noodles not good. Too soft, too hard. No al dente around there.

Beverage had a strange powdery taste.

Trouble w the table I sat at too, wobbly then one of two legs skipped off its base. Nearly slamming into me. Server was busy but didn't seem concerned ×?× then tried to fix it. ?

Altogether, don't recommend based on this expensive bad quality visit.

I really like Noodles. Other than the mac n cheese the few dishes I've tried were yummy! Other than the mac n cheese I've tried the penne rosa & buttered noodles (tofu added). The staff is nice as well- especially a caucasian man with glasses who goes out of his way to be cheerful and thank me for stopping in. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I've found the mac n cheese extremely disappointing. It's bland. And I find it crazy that it's called Wisconsin mac n cheese- the cheese capitol of the country!

Had a rotten day and decided to get a delivery from Noodles and I was glad I did! Can't comment on the location or service given I got a takeout BUT the delivery driver was nice! Fast and quick service, pretty loud, food are good but not delicious. Dont expect authentic Asian dishes here cause its not, even the dumplings and sauce doesn’t taste like dumplings!! I think it’s a bit too over price for the quality of food you get. Go to authentic place instead.

Since when do they close at 4:00? I was waiting about 8 minutes before the guy told me they were closed! He told me at exactly 4:00! I have ordered from this place twice. The first time was using DoorDash. I was so pleased. The chicken breast was juicy and the noodles were saucy. It made me really excited to order again. Whoever cooked that order that day did an awesome job.

Today I ordered again, but I had to go pick up the food. It was not what I expected. The noodles were a little dry and the chicken breast was over cooked and dry. It was literally nothing but the dry skin of the chicken breast cut up in the bowl into large strips, with a couple actual breast pieces. So my chicken breast lo mein was actually “chicken skin” lo mein.

Unfortunately they have changed their hours and if you want supper you are out of luck. They close at 4 pm! Now they only take orders over the phone and you have to pay with a card. I have to drive home, place the order in a computer and drive back to pick it up. 39 miles. It is a shame, I love their food.
