All locations are not created equally, but this one was awesome! It was very busy during the lunch rush. I ordered the duo deal with a buffalo chicken mac and side of broccoli. Delicious. My partner ordered a large Mac and permesan chicken. He enjoyed. We were given a coupon for a free bowl when we return for the wait, which we didn't feel was that bad and it was expected for the time and crowd. Service and food were great.

I went for dinner yesterday and got the chicken bacon alfredo dish, woke up at 8am with the worst food poisoning of my life. I have never gotten sick from noodles and company before, but i don’t think I will ever go back. I had an experience last year with their bacon. I have always been weary about ordering things with meat at fast food places, and this definitely solidified it!

If you are a pasta/noodle lover, this is the place for you. They have a menu full of options, even gluten free and zucchini noodles are available.

The food was out extremely quick and great. They have very friendly staff. The dining area is decent. I would recommend the Japanese Pan Noodles.

I had an online order and went to pick it up and had a stroller with me and as I walked out of the building after picking up my order. I think the manager was probably the one - held the door open for me and my baby I felt like it was really great service. The mac and cheese was served well and timely. The spicy korean beef noodles were the best I've ever had! Chopsticks are provided as well.

Excellent drink selection since the kiosk there uses a touchscreen..This may be an impediment to visually impaired people however due to the lack of tactility.

Food came fast and fresh, it wasn't too hot to where I had to wait.

You have to dispense your cutlery when dining in which is fine but uncommon from my experience.

Overall I loved my first visit, will probably make a habit of stopping by!

Normally we enjoy eating the food but tonight was something else. Was eating my food and thought an onion fell into it, and thought "oh well, things happen". I bit into it and found out it was a plastic seal to some container. Called them and was told "there's nothing we can do" because we ordered through doordash. I understand that the refund has to go through doordash but "nothing we can do" was not the comment I was expecting.

I have to give them 4 stars because you can customize dishes for food allergies and that is really important for me. The pot stickers are pretty good for a place that doesn't focus on Asian food, the Asian noodle bowls are absolutely awful. Do not get them. The flavor is completely off. The Mediterranean salad with noodles is wonderful, the yogurt sauce goes on it has a mild spice to it just lovely. Penne Rosa is on point, I suggest ordering it with feta not parmesan. The Mac and cheese is impossible to mess up and great every time. It's average food but it is pretty consistent and sometimes you just crave their Mac and cheese. . . All the time.

I ordered the Alfredo noodles, the description said topped with parmesan crusted chicken. There is not one piece of chicken in either order. I payed all that money for a bowl of spaghetti noodles. I ordered through door dash. Had the choice of adding meat for extra money ($3.00 and up). I assumed this meant if you wanted extra meat besides what it came with as per the description.
