I recently visited Noodles & Company and had a generally positive experience. This being my first ever visit ever I found that the food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was friendly and efficient—definitely a highlight of the visit.

The dining area and bathroom were both clean, which I appreciated. However, I did notice a couple of issues in the restroom: the sink had loose plumbing, and the soap dispenser was empty. These are small but important details that can impact the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance.

Despite that, I’d still recommend this location for a quick and tasty meal. A little attention to the restroom maintenance would make the experience even better.

This review is for delivery (door dash) as I always order to go, so I can't speak for what kind of experience you'd have in store. But all I can say about having food delivered - if you want your order screwed up, order from here. I think out of the 30 times I've ordered delivery, they had the order right once. Yep, you read that right, once. I've ordered just cookies, should be a simple order, and I was shorted a cookie. I love the Mediterranean chicken salad so I frequently order that, but one time I received a salad with no chicken in it! I don't know if this store needs new management or what but I wouldn't expect great things if you order from here.

Last night I had a very bad experience at another food place who’s hours online said 10 but the employees stopped serving early. I wasted time at that place and frantically went to noodles hoping to get served there. when I got to noodles I looked in and felt bad to come in so close to closing time but the employee saw me and waved me in. I asked if they were still serving and he smiled and said of course we’re open till 10. I said well I just had an experience where that was not the case at another establishment in sun prarie. He said how sorry he was and not to worry because they would get me food. This experience truly reminds me why noodles has been a go to for me and my family since forever! I love the team that worked last night they truly went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. <3 thank you!

The food is pretty standard quality for a Noodles location, but the service and atmosphere are terrible here. Teenagers run this place, and the service is always very slow (20min+), it's dirty, and several times I've arrived and they had a paper on the door saying they're closed due to staffing problems. That has happened to me 3 times. There are much better options nearby. Also for anyone trying to be healthy, know that most dishes here have trans fats, which you should never consume according to the American Heart Association. It's a wax-like fat that's man made.

Had the worst time right now as I picked up my food and ordered online well before I arrived. Arrived at the time it said it was supposed to be ready only for the guy to tell me it’s gonna take a super long time in their backed up, but they overlooked me, and kept on skipping my order. My husband, my 2.5 year old and myself ate here this evening (6pm on 10/12). The staff provided the best service I've had anywhere in very long time. For a 'quick food' establishment I was extremely impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were extremely busy. The lady that took our order never smiled, barley spoke or never made us welcome once. It was a 25 mins wait. I noticed my husband getting frustrated. So I went to the counter to get a eta on the food to lower his anxiety. He's autistic and has never work in customer service We were apparently next. When the lady brought us our food she dropped it on the table and turned/left at all the same time.

I overall was not impressed. This is my first noodles and company experience. I ordered a tortellini pesto and got a pesto cavatappi. The chicken on it was dry and rubbery. I paid 11 bucks for for the wrong pasta and mediocre food. I got basically all noodles and little to no mushrooms or tomatoes. Again I didn’t want this dish at all. I was overall not impressed with the place.

I've had decent food here before, but my last experience completely changed my mind.

I paid $2 extra to add spinach and green onions to my Mac and cheese. I received 4 pieces of spinach on top like a garnish and NO green onions. My rice crispy was stale and hard. How do you mess up a rice crispy? To top it off the Sriracha I requested wasn't in the bag at all. I next time I'll go somewhere else. 😕

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I was dissapointed in the food I got. When I ordered the small tortelloni pesto I figured the container would be full, so it would be enough for my after work meal. Unfortunately I paid 9 dollars for 9 small tortellini noodles. I don't know if they are usually full or if that's the amount it's supposed to be, but needless to say I don't think anyone would be full after 9 noodles. Maybe a toddler. It tasted good! Ordered four pans of Rice Krispie Treats a week in advance before my son’s graduation party. The GM of that store called the Wednesday before the party to confirm my order and to ensure me she wld be there on the pick up day; the day before the party, to make sure everything was good to go. Got there on time to pick up said order, the young man working told me that he had no such record of my ordered. I then asked for the GM and he responded with, “she’s not here, she has the day off.” I then show him my email confirmation which has their store address, store ID number and phone number right on it; he proceeded to ask me if maybe I ordered my items from the Madison location. Place was filthy! Outside tables were dirty and inside had trash all over counters were you return the plastic plate. Door entry windows were googy appeared not to have been washed in months. I put in an order for curbside pickup. Got that there at the designated pickup time and clicked on the "I've arrived" button in the email. When I did it said the status was still "prepping". Sat there for 10 minutes before I decided to call and ask what was going on. Finally got someone to answer the phone on the third attempt. When I said my curbside pickup was 15 minutes late she asked me for my name and then immediately brought it out. Clearly it was not still being prepared. She offered no apology for me having to wait 15 minutes. When I got home with the food all three dishes were hardly edible. The noodles were severely undercooked. They were three different dishes with completely different noodles. So it's not like the accidentally made one bad batch of elbow noodles. I've been to plenty of Noodles restaurants and loved it. I can't wait 30 minutes for some noodles, especially when they cost ~$12 plus a strongly encouraged tip. This is the fourth time I’ve had an issue with this place.

The first time my bf and I came here, he ordered spaghetti, which was extremely spicy and didn’t smell normal. The girl taking the order was rude, so we figured it was just a staff issue.

Second time he and I both found long blonde hair in our food, we both have brown hair and his is short.

Third time, my food had a hair in it, and that same girl was complaining about the company in front of us and didn’t help us until she was finished with her conversation. Finally we stopped ordering from here.

Finally, almost a year later, we ordered from here again instead of the Madison one. Long blonde hair in my food, they forgot my brother’s drink, and gave my mom chicken instead of tofu, which she specifically requested to have in her food.

Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again.

the portion sizes at this location are a joke. I paid $11 for a regular bowl and got about 4 spoonful’s worth and less than half the bowl was full. All of my recent orders at this location have been like this, so ive stopped going to this location. The bowl is generally filled to the brim everywhere else i go. I always order Japanese pan noodles. Every single time! I ask for chop sticks. There other locations cared enough to ask. This location is always just out of chopsticks. I know how to eat with a knife and fork. This chain needs to be careful! There lack of caring sets them up to be the next food chain that has a food bourne illness that puts them in the news. I am a regular customer at noodles and company. I usually go to the east location, but yesterday I went to the sun Praire to get pesto cavatapi. It’s really disappointing with the amount of food in there. I went back to tell where the manager I think it was said that’s how they use it by measuring it. I didn’t argue further but went to east location to buy another one since it was barely enough pasta in it. There was a big difference between other location pasta quantity and their.

I haven't eaten at any Noodles in a long time. I appreciate the newer healthier alternative to pasta, like zucchini noodles and cauliflower based pasta. The cauliflower gnocchi with roasted garlic cream sauce and parmesan chicken was very tasty. It was rather busy when I went. The workers were hustling and got the orders out pretty quick.

Nice alternative to other fast food restaurants. I had a very good spicy Tai plate with rice noodles that I requested because of my gluten intolerance. Apparently, all their dishes can have gluten free alternatives. Good to know!

Just another noodles and co with the same disappointment. This is my last time giving them a chance. Constantly getting wrong orders and forgetting to check before I get home with my carryout. Food is bland and seasoning is subpar. Just make this at home, it's just as easy.

Only 3 stars tonight cause she couldn't tell the difference between a GMC YUKON and a GMC ARCADIA we were the same color but she gave me the wrong food and I questioned it so they had too make that food over and both cars waited longer.
