I got the butter and Parmesan noodles. It was pretty good. I will continue to buy from here. The service is pretty decent and the food is delicious! The only complaint I have is that they don’t cook their noodles long enough and they firm or hard compared to a noodle that is softer and less chewy. The back of their shirt says we know noodles well I beg to differ because they certainly don’t cook their noodles long enough. They need to cook them for at least one minute more. When it comes to noodles one minute is make or break.

The food is what you’d expect, nothing fancy for a fast food noodle place. However, I’ve been here alone and with friends and no matter the time of day there are certain employees who will make it very apparent that they do not want you to place an order, be extremely rude, and honestly should not be the main face interacting with customers. Also, if you go in less than an hour before close, they will make it known that you’re inconveniencing their whole night just by being there.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place was just not good. I ordered the Korean noodles with beef and what I got was bland noodles with some sad, microwaved vegetables, a gloomy sauce, and no steak, not even a single strip. I also ordered the potstickers, but instead of the crisp, pan-seared dumplings the name promises, I was handed plain steamed dumplings. That’s the whole point of a potsticker, it’s not just a steamed dumpling, it’s seared so the bottom actually ‘sticks’ to the pot. It’s right there in the name. For a side, I got microwaved broccoli with a lemon slice and a sprinkle of spice blend. Overall, the food was boring and careless, and I didn’t even get the steak I paid for. I won’t be back; if I wanted microwaved slop, I could make it at home.

I just left this place and their customer service is horrible. 😡 I was never acknowledged or even greeted. I understand it was busy, however employees should still maintain friendliness and customer service. A group of guys were acknowledged that were standing next to me. Very rude

Just went to Superior Noodles with my Granddaughter, our special night out. Asked the Manager Dez if my granddaughter could get pesto noodles with her kids meal and she flat out refused. Now I know it wasn’t because they were busy, because there was only one other person in the restaurant that had already eaten. I guess we were their dinner rush and they were overwhelmed. She did explain to me that the kids meal is the same size as a small so why couldn’t I just order a small and I said why can’t you just make it with pesto? If it’s the same size I’d be happy to pay for the pesto again she declined. We have had no trouble requesting pesto before and that’s why she chose Noodles. Thanks for treating us like crap, Dez the manager. As a Hospitality veteran I will be telling everyone how incredibly rude and unprofessional you are. A few things you need to learn… for instance every time a customer has a bad experience they tell 10 people. I wouldn’t have asked if it wasn’t her favorite and there were customers. We won’t be back! I’m sure it won’t be open for long with the service people receive.

We were reluctant to try this restaurant after a bad experience at the Duluth location, but we're super happy we did. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean and the food was great! We tried the Korean meatballs, Garlic Bread and Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese meal. The garlic bread was to-die-for as was the Mac n Cheese. The Korean meatballs were sticky with a real kick, but a little on the dry side. Very easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Service was fast and friendly and we look forward to going again.

I want the first time and ordered something and it was messed up through the drive-thru so I went back through a called and they said they would fix it and have my order ready come through the drive-thru so I did didn't check it till I got home well they messed it up for the second time when I got home first n only experience. This new location is fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly, the store was incredibly clean and well stocked, and the food came out very quickly and exactly how I wanted it. Honestly, I prefer this location over many other locations I've been to.

New lunch spot to check out, Had the crispy bacon alfredo salad and soft drink. Chicken was not crispy, noodles were overcooked and mushy, portion size was meager and all for 18$. Satisfied my curiosity for eating at the new place in town, for the price and what I received there are plenty of other options in town with a better quality/value proposition. For me no need to go back.
