The food was just like I'd expect from Noodles and Company. Everything was accurate and prepared quickly. The cashier didn't verify if it was eat-in or takeout, so get brought our food in a paper bag, but that's no real issue. The atmosphere was a little off, but that mostly comes down to location. They have a total of 4 tables, each with 4 seats.

Ordered from here a few times maybe I just have higher standards but very disappointed in my food and its quality every time I come in. Staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great I just am sad the food doesn't reposent the flavors and cultures they try to insipre people to eat. Sadly I would suggest everyone from doing any foreign flavors or dishes here stick with the classics and you'll get a decent meal.

We came in for lunch on Easter because it was one of the few places open, and the staff were very welcoming, nice, and quick. Lucy took our order and was extremely sweet. She brought the food to us, it was hot and made well, and she took care to include our take-home meal in a separate bag. Great experience!

This is the second time I have ordered dinner through the app and had an extremely long wait. 3 items. I have been waiting for 1/2 an hour after the app said it was done and still not ready. The workers seem to be working hard but are very disorganized and are randomly grabbing bags with receipts to fill so people that came after me got their order before me. The space is very tight and there is no space to wait. People are piled up waiting for their pick up orders. I will not be going back there. It’s really too bad. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because I feel like the people working were trying but the place is totally mismanaged.

Skip the spicy Korean noodles. It is literally spaghetti noodles with gochujang. Real "it's Friday night and I'm too tired to buy groceries" vibes. I don't eat out very much, and I'd like to get something better than what I can make at home when I do--or at least something better than combining the last two things in the fridge. This dish is a real disappointment. Hardly any veggies in it either, which is nuts to me because veggies are so cheap. At least give me some cabbage to distract me from the awful noodles. If you have to eat here, just get the Mac and cheese. And yeah, I know it's a chain, but they're not charging fast food prices. You should get a decent meal for what they're charging. And if they can't offer some udon or just some simple rice noodles for a reasonable price, they shouldn't put this dish on the menu at all. Edit: staff were super friendly, no complaints about the service.

Very disappointed in the "new" steak stroganoff. The new recipe is a lot different from the old one. The new one seems to be made with skim milk and oil (not cream and butter), and is white and runny. It is basically tasteless and not the same as the old recipe.

I recently had a meal at the Fitchburg location which was excellent. I ordered the same dish from the Verona location for delivery. OMG, it’s nothing the same. Where’s the Alfredo sauce? I think they forgot it. Never again ordering from this location again. I have noodles, chicken, veggies and literally no sauce.

Regularly behind, food is fine, staff clearly needs more training or more people. Polite enough (usually) but I've never been here when there wasn't a line 5-10 customers deep waiting on overdue food. Whatever time your order says it will be ready, add 10-15 minutes to it and you'll still probably be waiting a few minutes when you arrive.

Edit: company's response is automated, link sends you to an automated survey that asks for information already provided in the Google review. Do better or go away. I'm betting Panera would kill it in this location.

This is by far the worst Noodles I have EVER been to. They can never get the food right. They are always missing items.

My last visit on 10/19 I placed my online order at 526pm. The online app stated a 1-6 minute wait. I when I got to their drive thru at 547pm, I Had 3 cars in front of me. I sat there for 25 minutes because the people's food in front of me was not ready. I had to go into get my food and then have them ask the car in front me to loop around. Horrible management. zero common sense.

Whoever owns this place…. Yikes, the service here is awful. Workers too busy chatting to each other to greet quick pickup window. Waited for 10 minutes for nothing, then went inside up to the register and they didn’t even notice me. A joke. And that is why you don’t ask for a tip before giving a service.

What on earth is going on with these prices? $13 for a bowl of mac & "cheese" plus a $2 drink. I say "cheese" because there is very little to speak of. The food is mediocre at best and so is the service. Don't be surprised if you aren't greeted. Since this location was previously a Little Caesars take-out restaurant, there is very little seating inside.

It's a great place. More of a grab and go type of Noodles. Perfectly fine. However it gets so busy, not a lot of seating. Best for calling in for your order and taking it out. Still Perfectly fine. But the 4 stars for lack of seating. (Not personal, just not full size restaurant) otherwise 10/10.

The food was underwhelming. The soda tasted terrible. We asked the girl the at the counter at check it, and she did. We changed flavors and it was still off, so much that it ruined the experience. It was really awful tasting and I'm surprised it did mot make me sick. Will not go back there again.

Big shout out to the manager at the Verona shop. He was amazing as his staff tried to figure out what was wrong with a gift card I tried to use. The gift card was showing no balance but I had not used it yet. I said it was okay and cancelled my order. Got to my car when a staff member said that the manager would like to try again. He did what he could. I appreciated the attempt. He then informed me that he was making the order on the house. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen customer service like what I experienced. I will be back!! The food was great too!!

It is disappointing that all Noodles locations are skimping on proteins but I guess that is what they feel they need to do in order to manage costs. You better off driving to the Fitchburg location. When you get extra sauce they just add it to the dish vs the Fitchburg location serves the extra sauce on the side. Additional the “extra” sauce really ends up being the normal amount at outher noodles locations. Finally there parm chicken is so much thinner then outher noodle locations. Just a new location trying to squeeze out any pennies at the customers expense.

There was a hair in my order and i told them about it...the ladies in the kitchen got annoyed and my husband saw them trying to compare the hair to mine (the hair was black and i have reddish brown) they fixed my order but then skipped adding 3 of the 5 ingredients that i paid to have added...the ladies in the kitchen then got annoyed when i came back up to let them know about the missing ingredients. I asked for my order to go and I don't think I'll eat it....so there goes $17 in the trash....

I just ordered 2 mexican street corn salads from this noodles(Verona) and I am now wishing I hadn't. The salads had gross, slimy, discolored lettuce throughout it. It was gross. I also ordered a kids meal, with apple slices. They gave us the smallest amount of apple which smelled old, and sort of like alcohol. I won't order from this location again! I had NEVER had a bad experience with noodles (been ordering for 20 years) until this order. Don't order from here.

Time after time, this noodles and company location never lets me down. I often order the LoMein orange with grilled chicken, and it is excellent. The food is always hot and definitely tasty, the staff are kind, and my food is delivered in a short and timely manner. Definitely recommend.

Not really mad but kinda weirded out/slightly irritated cuz you guys always do something off. I order here frequently because of where I work and 80% of the time something is missing. Or I get an excessive amount of forks and no knifes.. legit 2 separate times I asked for 2 sets of plasticware..(a set is fork and knife) and some reason they legit put 6 forks in my bag and not one knife????? Other times when I ask for extra I’ll get legit nothing. This time I ask for an extra pot sticker soy sauce (cuz it’s just not enough or it’s not handled with care and the sauce is spilled over in the bag. ) and I didn’t get the extra…and again this one is spilled over a bit in the bag. Please just watch out for your notes is all I ask..love it here but it’s getting irritating.

Ordered takeout and basically got scammed. This is what I got. Got a large tortellini with like 8 noodles? Then got a penne Rosa and there’s no sauce and there’s so little I can see the bottom. There was also no sauce it was so dry. It was around $40 with the tip and this is what I received.

I ordered the Japanese pan noodles. I would never order this again. Advertised as caramelized Udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots. I added marinated steak, it was supposed to compliment this bowl, and sounded like a good idea. The noodles were not caramelized. The sweet soy sauce was tasteless and bland. Broccoli was undercooked. Mushrooms were substituted for snap peas, which were the best part of the bowl. The marinated steak was chewy and tough. I didn't enjoy having to stop eating multiple times to pull tough, chewy, and hard pieces of steak out of my mouth and set aside. The pile grew and grew since the beginning of the meal. Totally disappointed in a great menu idea that was poorly executed. This was the worst meal I have eaten in months. Would not recommend.

The first time we went (right after they opened), we saw that some items were missing from our order when we got home. When I called, the manager explained they were still getting people fully trained and she comped part of our meal. We've been there a number of times since then and it's everything I expect from Noodles. The food is ready quickly, tastes great, and no more missing items. We like our Noodles in Verona!

So far not so good.. I've been there 3 times now, and 2 of the times my order was completely wrong (entirely different dish, added ingredients that was not requested, missed ingredients that were requested). The most recent time, I returned it to the store since both dishes were incorrect, they didn't apologize for the mistake nor provide any compensation (not that I wanted it, but without an apology or an offer to comp something it seemed rude).
