Noodles monday was a thing when I was working.. my co-workers and I looked forward to lunch together. I decided to take advantage of the $4.95 special today because it’s been ages since I have been to Noodles. Menu has changed, my favorites are gone, but I found something else that was pretty good.

7/29/25 yet another 1-3 star review. I'm still in shell shock over inflation. 2 small dishes cost me $20. No alterations, no add-ins. Alot of these so called signature dishes are not worth over $8 for a small. I'm still looking at portion size for price. Not wether or not you added chives on top to make the meal look fancy. These $5 up-charges for "small" portions are not worth it. For $20 I can get a jets pizza, Pappa Johns pizza, pizza hut pizza ECT.... And feed 4 family members. For $20 me and my kid can eat steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse. ECT ...
2024: The company ruined my favorite dish. Pesto capatavi. They now use nasty Parmesan powder cheese which changes the texture for the worse. Doesn't even taste like real cheese! It's NOTHING like the fresh grated Parmesan that is supposed to in it. Because I had it delivered, the store can't remake it for me the RIGHT WAY. I had to throw away my whole meal because the texture was so gross and inedible.
For the love of God, change the recipe back to what it was! If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The franchise is trying to save money by feeding me nasty cellulose powder instead of real cheese. I want my money back too! I'm so disgusted and disappointed they did this to the only thing I eat at that restaurant.

We had Noodles cater for our conferences. The whole experience from trying to figure out how much and what to order to the young staff who delivered (perfectly on time!) and set everything up was fantastic. We are so pleased! Thanks to everyone! We'd definitely have you cater in the future!

After not being at this location for awhile I thought I would give it a try. Was there 12/18/24 around 6:15pm. Ordering was quick, food came quickly and food was okay. Little sauce was on the chicken Alfredo made it taste plain. Japanese pan noodles were loaded with broccoli and would have preferred more noodles vs vegetables. Will go back to the Delafield location where they are honest and would stick with the menu. Two stars only and that is a stretch……enjoy the $$$

We’ve been around since this location was built, and it used to be a great place to eat. Atmosphere was clean, food was great quality. Great place to bring our family. Unfortunately the atmosphere has been inconsistent (cleanliness is lacking) and food quality has gone downhill quite a bit. We would still visit every now and then even though quality was a toss up.
Quite upsetting visit today as I ordered the gluten-sensitive Mac and cheese to go. It had Parmesan crusted chicken on it, which wasn’t requested, and had absolutely no cheese sauce. So it was just dry noodles and a small amount of shredded cheese on top, along with the chicken I didn’t order. Oh, and let’s not forget a small, dead bug buried under the noodles. Disgusting. We won’t be eating here again.

Years ago this place used to be great. You can really see the effects of the restaurant cutting corners, I agree with the other reviews the food is really lacking lately. Everything is dry/no sauce. I used to love the pesto cavatappi and I order it every time we go, but now I get it to go so I can add my own pesto sauce at home because there is literally none on it. It's ridiculous they still call it a pesto pasta dish. There's nothing pesto about it. Just some cheese on top. And I once even paid the extra money for extra sauce, and it looked exactly the same. But I guess double of nothing is still nothing. Do better Noodles!

Sometimes the food is good, but more times than not I leave disappointed. Probably a 1/4 of the time I feel like I received what I should’ve. Just a bummer to spend $30 bucks with my kiddos to get dinner and it’s all cold. Yes noodles are hot. But my chicken is cold, and that drives me bonkers. My kids say their broccoli is cold, noodles are lukewarm. I’d rather go to Bluemound they’re much more consistent in my experience.

I have mixed feelings about this one. My to-go orders are always ready on time which I very much appreciate but lately the food quality has been declining.

It was crowded and they ran out of a lot. It took a long time for the cashier to take my order and we waited over 20 minutes for a dine in order. 5:15pm, Thursday (1/19/23); I ordered a chicken noodle soup and 3 potstickers, it took 15 minutes. Food was good, hot, but 15 minutes for a simple order, really? and when I got there it was not that busy, and they had 7 people working at the time. Sounds like a management issue or process flow issue as the people looked like they were working "hard" but results were not producing quickly.

Pretty unclean inside as well, wouldn't be surprised if the health department shuts this place down. Horrible experience.
I ordered through door dash because I was working a 10 hour day.
I received my food very quickly which i appreciated because I had a short amount of time to eat because I am a hairstylist.
The receipt on the outside of the bag had my correct order on it, but the food inside was someone else’s order.
I call and the manager says she will remake it but i have to drive there to get it. I said i’m ok that’s super inconvenient because I am working. I tell her I can try to leave during work in about 3 hours and come pick it up. she apologized said okay, i will have it prepared by 7pm, i’ll relay the message to the other staff.
So I leave work during my shift, and pick up my food..
Come to find out not ONE person knew what I was talking about what so ever. The other manager offered to remake my food but I was already standing around for 15 minutes and did not have time to remake my whole meal.

SUPER disappointed and I won’t be ordering from this Noodles location again.

I have not been to a Noodles in approximately a year. On this visit, I ordered Mac and cheese with a roll. There's no chance anything was made even relatively fresh. The roll was at least a day old. Very stale. And the noodles were also at least a full shift old. The mac and cheese I remember is yummy and flavorful. This tasted bland and watered down. On to the restaurant condition. The bathrooms are now gender neutral. Sorry ladies! But both were dirty and gross. The eating areas was just as dirty. The floor is slimy, tables not clean, trash full. Noodles has slightly grown on me but is still overall disappointing. For me I think of dishes with noodles as probably my favorite foods, but here I find that the quality is lacking. They offer a wide range of options but I have tried the Mac and cheese, which is just noodles with a cheese sauce and shredded cheese not mixed together, and it just is not worth the crazy prices. I have also tried the buttered noodles, and it comes with seasoning which is misleading given the name. The chicken noodle soup was mostly broth and again, below average. The food is alright in general and the cookies are very good, but the prices are just crazy for the quality and portion sizes.

Looks like a hit and miss. If you find a teen in the kitchen cooking then might suggest skipping. I had a good experience when a slightly more mature guy was cooking in the kitchen.

I ordered the regular size chicken noodle soup and asked for extra noodles. Instead I got 3/4 of a bowl filled with broth and a bunch of huge chicken strips. I think I got about 6 bites of noodles. I won’t eat the chicken by itself, which is why I asked for the extra noodles instead. I’ve been a fan of Noodles for years, but the quality has really gone downhill in recent years. This complaint may apply more to Noodles in general than this specific location. I love the Japanese pan noodles, but in the past few years more and more has been removed or changed about this dish. It used to come with bean sprouts, but not anymore. It used to come with shiitake mushrooms but they now come with cheap and gross button mushrooms. It used to be garnished with cilantro and seeds, but apparently not anymore. The marinated steak used to actually be marinated, but now it doesn’t seem to be, and it’s clearly a cheaper cut of meat than before. And it used to have a delicious sauce, but last time I got it, it was super dry, and had almost no sauce on it. My mom also complained that her pesto was very skimpy on the sauce. My dad said his pasta was undercooked. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat so it’s very disappointing to see them use cheaper ingredients, remove ingredients, and cut corners. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

On our last visit, the curbside was extremely slow (extra 20 minutes) and the order ended up being totally wrong. Today the order was correct and on time but tasted terrible. I actually had to throw away both orders of buttered noodles (the simplest thing on the menu) because it tasted so bad. The noodles were complete mush soaked in a tasteless oil. It looked like some weird homemade play dough. The pad Thai was also lacking flavor. Complete waste of time and money, since I had to cook dinner. This location in particular is terrible. The broccoli is always undercooked and sketchy on flavor, the different protein options are always dry and over cooked, everything but the Mac and cheese is always under potioned, the cheese bread never has cheese on it and most the time there is either not enough sauce or too much sauce on the Asian dishes. We've tried countless combination of food to see if we could get something decent, but it has never worked in our favor. We go out of our way now to the Delafield location when we want to eat at this chain, which has proven every time to be outstanding in comparison.

Last night, Jan 11 2021, was the 1st time my husband and I went to this restaraunt. Sorry to say...food was horrible. There was NO fresh herbs on my husband's Steak Stroganoff, there was no cream on my Zucchini pesto w grilled chkn since the zucchini has a lot of water content and water should have been creamy in color AND taste (it wasn't) AND the mac n cheese side was the worst I'd ever eaten. Again...no cream and grated cheese blend was dropped on top of the noodles-unmelted. Needlesstosay the mac was flavorless, not creamy, and almost all plain noodles. Yuck!
When we sat @ a table, the card on the table said"Table has been sanitized." There was food on the table-large pc! I had to yell after the server to wipe it down. She dropped off our nasty food quick and didn't bother asking if we need anything more so along with everything that was food wrong-cust. svc was poor. I have tried many times here with different types of noodles but I'm so disappointed with my Pad Thai ordered today, way too salty can't finish a half my noodles, I don't know why but hope you change your way I never had bad experiences here before!

I had a delivery order and the Door Dash person was very nice. When I opened my food it honestly was very tasteless. I got the Wisconsin Mac in a regular size with extra cheddar cheese and parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was over cooked and there was barely any cheese along with the smallest amount of cheese sauce. I was disappointed especially because I payed extra for extra cheese and got less than the normal amount.

Michaela, the cashier, is outstanding and professional! The cooks at the Waukesha, Sunset location are by far superior to all other noodles and Company that I’ve eaten at all across the country. I drive past 2 locations to come to the Waukesha location for these reasons alone. After a recent terrible experience with the manager in Hales corners, Wisconsin, I nearly stopped eating here but this young lady and these cooks that are so dedicated to their job, saved me as a customer for noodles and Company.

I have been to this Noodles location a handful of times and I have always had a good meal. Usually pretty busy but I don't mind a little wait.

Ordered online for in store pick up and they completely messed up my order. It’s shouldn’t be hard to complete an order of 1 item. Embarrassing to whoever messed up my order, business need to start hiring more promising human beings.
