What happened to this place? The food used to be so good. Now, you are paying a lot more for half the portion of what you used to get. My bowl was less than half full. There was maybe 3 pieces of broccoli in it. I got the Japanese pan noodles. It was pretty dry too. Its just frustrating because for the amount of money you are paying, you are better off trying to make it at home. Also, the music was so loud that we had to take our food to go. My daughter is really sensitive to loud sounds. Will not be going back.

As a noodle enthusiast, I have extremely high standards for my pasta. However, these standards were blown out of the water after a visit to the Noodles & Co. of Wausau, Wisconsin. Our host Lennon deserves a raise and to be employee of the month. With his charm and hard work he truly made this experience unforgettable. When Lennon brought our food to our table in a timely manner, he proceeded to do a bomb-ahh backflip. This made our food taste even better. After the acrobatics impressed not only us, but impressed our taste buds as well. Lennon repeatedly came back to check on us making sure our Noodles & Co. dine in was as outstanding as possible. We were downright impressed. Thank you Lennon for making this an incredible dine in experience. Forget Gordon Ramsey, we want Lennon!

I dont normally come out to wausau but we were hungry. They got my sons order wrong but they immediately fixed it and got the correct food. My mac and cheese was good but the noodles were hard and they gave me a small instead of a regular at this point im hungry so I didn't bother to correct it. The food is very mediocre. I'm pretty sure I've had better TV dinner type pasta than I had here. The place could really benefit from either a drop ceiling or some sounds deadening mat. It felt like walking into a busy airport terminal with all the noise and there weren't many customer at the time either. To their credit, the staff was very friendly and helpful but that was the only upside.

So I have not gone here in years. Had a friend who worked there years back and what I heard always scared me from going there. So I tried it because I was in a hurry and got there robot. It got my order wrong and the food has gone down. The reason I give it a 1 is because if a robot makes it more difficult and takes the human out, no one is winning. This is the official last time going to a noodles and company. For what they charge and what you get, I should have just eaten at Macdonald or taco bell and delt with the butt damage. I hope other people will try other noodle ships to know how bad this place is.

It’s Noodles & Co. It’s very mid. Nothing special. But very disappointed because I ordered gluten free noodles, and got a mixture of their normal and GF noodles in my takeout order. What’s the point of offering them if you end up mixing them anyways? Sucks they’re not careful with that. Had to throw away the rest of my dish.

I had placed an order through the app for a delivery and there was issue after issue and the manager on duty went above and beyond for us! He was so apologetic for issues that wasn’t his fault and honestly it wasn’t anyone fault at Noodles. But he didn’t just make things right he went above what he needed to do! We are very thankful for someone with such amazing customer service! It’s hard to find people like that now a days! 10 starts if I could!!

I'd like to shout out the wonderful employees at noodles & company. I arrived in the middle of a busy lunch rush today, and was greeted by three different employees. My food came out quick and tasted wonderful, and The sweet lady at the register taking my order even complimented me on my crystal necklace. My boyfriend and I came in for the first time in quite awhile. I ordered a small buttered noodle that came out room temperature with too much seasoning and a regular sized caesar salad with too much dressing. So much so that the noodles would literally be fully covered in seasoning, and the salad was just soggy. My boyfriend had the bbq mac n cheese which was bearable. We got some cheese breadsticks to share which were also just okay. With 2 drinks along with, it was $42. There are better options at local restaurants for better quality, and that’s where I’ll spend my money next time. The service was lovey and the cashier was very kind.

We found the dinning area a mess, bathroom could of used a good cleaning. Maybe 3 tables had people at them , 2 girls standing an talking an a little lady named Stephanie S. Running around cleaning floor, taking garbage out picking up dishes. OMG, don't know what the pay there is but that young lady was doing the work of three while others stood around. I just retired an truly appreciate when I come across a employee that has awesome work ethics. It's rare these days. Kuddos to her, that young lady deserves a raise, if shes gonna be the only one to stay busy, she should be paid for it.

Ordered a lot, total with deliver was $91. Asked for extra meat and extra broccoli for the Japanese Pan Noodles, got no extra of either. The broccoli was pretty much raw. Then the small size buttered noodles, those were not even cooked all the way. The broccoli that came with the kids food, also raw. For the amount one spends, you would think you would get what you pay for. It was $20 alone for the Japanese Pan Noodles.

My wife and I stopped tonight for the first time in a long time it's been about 10 years for me and 4 years for my wife. We where very disappointed In the quality of our food tonight she ordered the bbq chicken mac and cheese and her noodles was undercooked and the chicken was extremely dried out and hard the whole dish was cool not even close to hot . overall she could only eat about a quarter of her meal I ordered the chicken parm my noodles was undercooked and the chicken was hard but at least mine was hot we will not be going back 32 dollars for our 2 meals that we couldn't finish and walked out still hungry

The food is great. But I had to use the restroom real quick & as you can see in the picture, it was very messy. The restaurant was not packed at all.. Maybe a total of 7-8 people were dining during our visit.. Which we took to go. There were several employees. Not sure why they don't check their bathrooms periodically during each shift to make sure they are clean and equipped with toilet paper etc. The rest of the restaurant looked very nice and clean. My only complaint was the bathroom.

Today we ate here for the first time.
We ordered buffalo mac n cheese, Japanese pan noodles, garlic bread and 1 drink. The cost was $35 + tip.
I didn't like the mac and cheese at all. It was way too undercooked for me and the sauce and chicken were just kind of weird (watery/dry). I prefer mac and cheese to be cheesey and creamy.
My son wasn't impressed with the Japanese noodles either. 🤷‍♀️ The restaurant was clean, and the staff was pleasant.

Prior experience with this location was positive. I have always ordered curbside. However today and the previous 2 times I've ordered curbside I DID NOT RECEVE the rice crispy I ordered and paid for!! Since I usually pick up curbside on the way home from work I don't notice until I get home and they are closed. First the app wouldn’t let me order using my phone number, called for assistance and received zero help. Didn’t know how to help me fix the issue. Finally figured it out myself and the app cancelled my order so I called to find out why they said the app sometimes does it. Reorder again and call to clarify the order as the options they gave for kids meal didn’t show our usual broccoli and TREVOR was EXTREMELY RUDE, I expressed my frustration and he in turn told me he’s cancelling my order and hung up on me. I am less than impressed. They consistently mess up my orders but we love the food. This time they went too far and I will not return! Not worth the headache

An unusual experience. It's a restaurant and takeaway. The menu is on a big screen and most items are noodles or pasta-based. Long queue to order, but food was cooked and served pretty quickly after that. Reasonably good quality for this type of thing.
