Not the best noodles location by far. Cooks standing in the kitchen staring at their phones. Not only unprofessional, but certainly not food safe. Food comes out relatively quick, and always decent, but the atmosphere definitely lacks here. Nobody is happy, nobody seems like they want to be here, and the overall lack of wanting to do their jobs is apparent, and the reason I would not return to this location. You can do better.

I ordered a Rigatoni Rosa with Parmesan Chicken, NO MUSHROOMS. . I instead got a Fresca with Chicken. I told the cashier who took my order and she said she’d remake it for me. I ended up getting Rigatoni Rosa with Chicken and Extra Mushrooms. I don’t know why it’s so hard to listen to what people order. I would never go here again. The restaurant is set at like 32° inside. Like i don’t get it. We also had to wait 30 MINUTES for our food. I only ordered the Rigatoni Rosa with Chicken and a kids Mac and cheese meal. Worst Noodles and Company. I hope they shut this one down.

If you hate good service, this location is for you. Sammy or Sami, her name badge was backwards, so who knows, is one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune of interacting with. Noodles are all over the place, just go to a different one.

Been here a handful of times. Staff is friendly enough, but they seem more confused than confident—like everyone’s still in training or just found out they work here. Food comes out quick, which is great, because you’re not coming here for the ambiance. It’s a chain, and it feels like one.
Mac & Cheese still hits the spot, but portion sizes have definitely shrunk over time. You used to get a decent bowl—now it feels like a side dish priced like an entrée. Same goes for the spicy Korean beef. Good flavor, but skimpy on the meat. You can almost count the strands.
Place is usually clean, but the drink station needs a once-over more often. Sticky floor near the soda machine last time—not a good look. Tables are wiped, but don’t expect spotless.
Fine for a quick bite, especially with kids or if you’ve got a picky eater in tow. Just know what you’re getting: fast-casual that’s more fast than casual, with pricing creeping into “really?” territory.

Only customer in the restaurant, waited 22 minutes for our to-go and asked about our order, without hesitation the staff said aggressively "it's not ready". Waited 10 more minutes and the order was wrong. The young lady who bagged up my order said no I was wrong and I got the right food. Then she scoffed at me and gave me back the bowl. Finally the manager came around and said no, this is the wrong order. She said "You got the bags screwed up" to her rude staff. I will say the manager was polite but we then had to wait another 13 minutes and now my kids food is cold and ANOTHER CUSTOMER walked in the WRONG FOOD after pick up.

I wasn't greeted once at the registrar. She just gave me "eyes," so I asked, "Are you ready to take my order?" She nodded. That blew me. Then the "cook" was on her phone (the kitchen is open, you can see her). When she finally looks up and realizes people are there, she puts her phone done and goes straight to making food(I said yea, I am not eating that). Another woman who looked as if you could have been a manager handed me my food, I could hear her giving directions. She was more polite than than the cook and order taker. Thanks, but I won't be visiting again.

I'm usually a fan of Noodles, but this chain has gone downhill. Took over 15 min to get 3 Mac & cheese bowls to-go and I was the only one there. Staff was ok, but it now costs about $40 for super salty, soupy noodles with gross cheese sauce and chicken on it. Massively disappointed. Another chain to scratch off the options list.

Me and my wife got our kids gift cards for Christmas we put $100 on each one because all they wanted to do is take us out for dinner and for them to pay. We went to 12132 W Capital Dr, Wauwatosa, WI 53222. We get to the restaurant and we all ordered our food the my daughter went up to pay and the worker said we can't Accept this we don't take those her. My daughter started to cry she was so upset. I walked up and asked why does it not work it is a gift for your company she just said again it won't work here you will need to take it to a different location. I was so confused I looked on the back of the card and it says. " Usable up to balance only to buy food and beverages at any noodle company location in the united states". I told her no that makes no sense. She called her boss on the phone I believe her name was Deana she said she was the store manager. So said the same thing that it would not work then the worker tried to take a picture of my gift card I told her to stop and give it back that I will just pay with my credit card. This whole time all the employees sat there and laughed and were in the corner talking and about me and looking at me like i was in the wrong. I can promise you me and my family will not eat at your company again.

We have had issues with this location in the past, but decided to give it another shot. The person taking our order did not know what the gluten free Mac n cheese was, but I believe she was new and someone helped her find it on the register. No big deal. After we ordered our food, we asked for two cups for water. They gave us the cups and then she charged us for two fountain drinks. We explained that we were only getting water and shouldn’t be charged for a fountain drink and she insisted that she had to charge us. I have gotten tap water at 100’s of restaurants over the years and this was the first time I was ever charged for it and I will not pay for it, so we just ended up leaving and went somewhere else. Surprised that Noodles is now charging for tap water and think it is a big mistake on their part.

Slow! The restaurant was empty and only one party ahead of me. It took a full 20 minutes for our two dishes to come out of the kitchen. The staff plopped it in front of us without a word. Rice noodles were undercooked.
The ambience of the place is way off. No music. No atmosphere. Feels lethargic.
To their credit, at least the place was clean and the food is tasty. But if this is what the experience is like now, I won’t be going back.

Very Disappointed. For me to spend $40 on pasta, I should’ve had a decent meal. I ordered 2 chicken Alfredo penne meals. First off the food was dry and that’s with paying for extra sauce. Seems like they threw plenty plain noodles in the bowl. Then put a small amount of sauce on top. It barley had toppings. Barley had chicken barley had spinach. I will never order here again especially after this experience. I should’ve checked the reviews initially. Seems like this location has been disappointing a lot of customers.

I love noodles but everyone should think twice before ordering here. I’ve had nothing but problems. Multiple to go orders have been wrong, missing chicken, cream not removed from penne rosa, wrong and random veggies included, veggies I wanted removed included. Customized cheese to the non normal and don’t get it. My drink cup is never included in the bag.
The staff have never been helpful. I’ve stood at the order counter for minutes without help. Multiple times I’ve had to get loud in an attempt for someone to walk up or get persons prepping food to help.
The floor has been sticky on two occasions. Just mop it for goodness sake.
Can’t get order right, are unhelpful in attempts to rectify, establishment is on the dirty side. I’m done giving them chances.

I’m very disappointed with the fact that the staff could kind of care less. I was just in and went to pick up my order. I specifically put *No Tomatoes* and on the sheet it says no tomatoes sub tomatoes. I went inside and let them know that I asked for no tomatoes and the lady let me know that I put SUB tomatoes so she wasn’t going to do anything about it. I understand the staffing issues and closing early isn’t the problem, the problem is my order still went through and my card got charged. Ordered from the Noodles app for delivery. Was brought the wrong order. When I called to tell the store, I was told my order was sitting on the counter still and I could come get it. No, I couldn’t. If I could have, I wouldn’t have asked for delivery. I asked for a refund, talked to a manager about it, but still haven’t seen the refund on my card. I’ll give it a couple more days then…? When I have my car again go pick up the order? I’ll let you know how that turns out.

The site in west capitol in Wauwatosa, I ordered 40 dollars worth of food tonight to be delivered to my car, the app showed my food was ready, kept saying someone would deliver soon, 20 minutes later I walked inside to find three workers standing around texting on their phones not one single customer in the place. My food just sitting there cold. So glad I tipped, Wish I could take it back.

Avoid this location! Placed an online order here at 7:30pm and arrived at 7:48pm. A lot of the staff was hanging around outside and as I approached, they told me "we're closed." Pretty terrible. I walked into the physical store ordered my food and waited about 15 minutes to get my food. Granted that's not a long time but people who walked in 10 minutes after me got their food within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering even before I received my order. I understand places have more of an online order presence now a days but I was always told when I worked in customer service worry about your customers who are physically in the store before your worry about the online orders. So all in all very disappointed with the service here would not recommend going here.

I ordered for curbside pickup since I had my newborn in the car. I sat in my car for over 15min. Clicked the button I was there multiple times and attempted to call the store but no one answered. The whole time I sat there only one person entered the store. I finally gave up and unloaded the baby and went in the store. There were zero customers in the store with 4 employees that I could see. My order was sitting there. Apparently no one wanted to bring it outside. I attempted to ask the girl at the register about the curbside pickup and was completely ignored. Literally pretended I wasn’t talking to her. After needing a refund as they didn’t have my drink I asked the manager if they did curbside pickup and was told they were ‘short staffed’. Sorry bro, but 4 employees were twiddling their thumbs when I came in. This location is horrible. Stay away.

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible!
My AmEx card was charged $18.02 when I placed a Togo order over the phone for a penne Rosa with chicken and shrimp as well as potstickers.
The automatic system was unable to give me a confirmation number so it transferred me to a rep named Abigail. She CONFIRMED my order with me and asked for my payment.
I told her that $18.02 was already debited from my Credit Card. She transfers me to the store manager at the west capital location and he was far from empathetic. His attitude and tone gave the impression he did not care. “Your order did not appear on our screen” is what he kept saying.
So I told him although my card shows the debit and the rep confirmed the order you can’t do anything to make it right? He says no and directs me to call corporate. Hangs up.
I call the same number back and speak to a rep named “Kevin” who says the previous rep did not complete my order. Unfortunately he directed me back to the store manager who at this point acted as though he was oblivious to my issue.
He said no to my refund. No to making my food. No to making it RIGHT with the customer!!!
The service and lack of respect I experienced from the store manager was poor and completely unacceptable. I normally dine at the noodles and company located off of silver spring in Glendale, WI. But now I’ll never dine here again.
Something needs to be done about this manager. Totally disrespectful.
I’ve washed my hands with this company so I’ll get my money back by disputing the charge on my statement…
But with 38 years of living and I have never had a manager just disregard a minimal situation to make it RIGHT. completely unacceptable.

Upon walking the floors were sticky as if they haven’t been mopped in days, I stood at the register for over a minute waiting to be helped and the kitchen staff was trying to act like I wasn’t there. When someone FINALLY came to help, she was wearing earbuds and was very rude. Waited over 10 minutes for my food just for there to be all the vegetables I’d asked to not be in the dish! When I asked for a refund(I was late from my break so I couldn’t wait for a new dish) she rolled her eyes at me and handed me the cash without saying a word and immediately turned around and went in the back, shaking her head. If I could rate this location a zero I would. I placed an order for curbside and waiting 20 minutes after hitting that I have arrived. I then went into the store where I was ignored and pushed to the side. While I was waiting I noticed the employees did not wear gloves and touched their hair and face before touching the food. I then asked for my order again a few minutes later and was told it had been sitting there for 30 minutes behind the counter. Lost online order. Then one person asked for confirmation #. When I tried to give the confirmation # they kept asking me if I have the correct location finally after the manager looked at confirmation email found it on the order screen 15 minutes later and began to make the order and I was offered a cookie which I declined. After I got home with the food I discovered that they couldn't even get my order right the receipt was correct but my order was not. I won't be going back and recommend checking orders before leaving

I recently had an exceptional experience with this location. I had ordered through their app for delivery, however, the delivery service was through DoorDash. The apps did not sync up which is a little tough because I had no idea where my dasher was. I ordered at 7:50ish with a delivery time of 8:37 five or take a few minutes. Well 9:15 rolls around and no food. I am very hungry and frustrated so I had called noodles and spoke with Zee he was incredibly kind and understanding explaining that they prepared it and the door dash driver had picked it up. Now they aren’t able to track them and he had apologized for this dash driver who is not even affiliated with noodles and offered to remake the food the next day for free. Mind you I understand it was not noodles and company’s fault, I had called after close I’m sure they were all trying to go home, I ordered well over $30 of food and they offered to remake it all for free being not their fault AND walked me through how to contact door dash and get their customer support for my missing food. This was incredibly generous with absolutely no frustration or irritation from Zee and I very much am appreciative of this kind service. I did not go and get my free food from noodles as I didn’t feel it was up to them to fix door dashes mistake but I thank and appreciate Zee as a valued employee in my eyes.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. When I called to say I was there the lady came outside and said they didn't have the noodles to make an item from my order. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to go inside. Once inside another lady there said she had the noodles if I still wanted the order. I asked how long it would take and she said less than 5 minutes so I agreed. 15 minutes later I asked what the holdup was, only to find out that they forgot about me, even though I was standing right there in the lobby. They said it would be another 10 minutes. At this point the rest of my food was getting cold so I said to just refund my money. I will not be going back to this location.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! My husband and I visited the Wauwatosa store and truly had one of the worst customer service experiences from start to end. I would recommend going to another Noodles, because this one will send you an email response when you complain that puts all of the negative experience fault back on us. Despicable customer service. We were not greeted in the slightest when we stepped up to place our order. She didn’t “hear” our order correctly and when I asked for the meal she didn’t give us cups or even ask which side we wanted. I had to ask for both, the she automatically assumed we wanted salads as our sides.
Not to mention the one of the cooks wasn’t wearing her mask properly over her nose.
Paul the GM sent a incredibly lacking email reply essentially saying he listened to the audio and didn’t think anything had gone awry. Hardly an apology for getting our order wrong claiming we didn’t order what we did. I will never visit this location, nor will anyone I know. Remember, a disappointed customer will tell 10+ people about their negative experience. Didn’t even try to make it right!

I placed an online order on April 11th. My order number was # 545520437 and was scheduled for a
curbside pickup at 4:35pm. When I arrived I called the curbside number and was told my food would be right out. My food was brought to the car 30 minutes later. To my surprise, the food tasted horrible! It was very dry with little to no sauce and one of the bowl of noodles were burnt. I called the store to inform the manager of my issues with my order. I was told by an employee that the manager's name was Serenity and was also told she would give me a call back the same day. I never received a call back and it's been 3 days.
This is very poor customer service with no acknowledgment on their end of this disservice. With the Covid-19 pandemic happening we are relying on quality food and safe practices.

The staff is great! Helpful, cheerful, and eager to make your visit comfortable. Great comfort food and delicious, portions are smaller than the past and a bit pricy for what it is with barely enough vegetables to see unless you upgrade to get extra veggies. It’s in the sauce that keeps me coming back. Easy to spend 12. On a smeal. Hard to justify when you can have a sit down meal at a full service restaurant for nearly the same price. Not enough for left overs (in the past it was enough to have a late night snack) but delicious while it lasts.

Not a very pleasant experience. Staff not friendly, service was slow. There was chicken pieces in our Mac n Cheese even though we had mentioned that none of us eat meat. They did remake it, but it just seemed watery.Veggies we wanted added to the meal were over and it took them nearly 20 minutes to tell us that. Place needs to be cleaned up. Just a bad experience overall when compared to all the other Noodles and Company places we go to regularly. I wouldn't go back there.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered food to be delivered while I was at work. Got a call saying they were out of the noodles to make buttered noodles with, which was fine because they just made them with a different type of noodle, no big deal. I get my order and notice the small soup I ordered was the same portion size as the side soup. The small soup is $5 compared to the side which is $1.75. So I was reasonably expecting a larger portion than the side soup. I call the store and the first employee tells me that they didn’t have enough noodles to make the soup with. Which didn’t make any sense to me because when I got a phone call, they only said they didn’t have enough noodles to make my buttered noodles with and said nothing about the soup. Anyways, I finally speak to a manager who proceeds to tell me that the small soup comes in the same container as the side soup; it just gets 2 scoops instead of 1. So I ask “why is the price of the small soup $5, more than double, the price of the side soup (which is $1.75) if I’m simply getting ‘double the product’; Why would I not just order 2 side soups?” She could not give me an answer, just kept telling me that the small soup comes in the same container, but is just 2 scoops instead of 1. Okay, fine I get over it and end the phone call. I then open up my buttered noodles dish to see that there is no seasoning whatsoever. It’s fine that they had to make them with another type of noodle, but at least put the seasonings on it... They were so plain, I tried to season them myself, but they just didn’t taste the same. By this time, the store was closed and I gave up. Might I add, I am very pregnant and just wanted some soup and noodles :( Extremely disappointed.
