I went in last night while staying at children's hospital with my daughter. I got there 20 minutes before close, (which I hate doing to businesses) apologized and told them why.
I ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta. It was fresh and delicious. To my surprise, they put 2 cookies and a rice crispy treat in the bag! It had been a really rough week and they really brightened my day.
All of the employees were kind as can be and I appreciate the thoughtfulness/kindness they showed me. Thankful for them for making me smile : )

We ordered the Crispy Bacon Alfredo Parm, and not only was there literally no bacon, when I pointed that out, the employee told me it was mixed in. I moved the food around to show it was not and asked to be given some to add. What they gave me was chewy, not crispy. I also asked why there was no Alfredo sauce (the noodles were dry, you can tell in the pic there is no white/sauce on them for Alfredo pasta). He said there is, that's how they make it. Will not be returning; either he was lying or they don't know what Alfredo sauce is. 😝

I eat at this chain a lot, but this is not my typical location--rating this mostly because the staff here are so friendly. The food itself is pretty typical to chain standards (decent for a casual dine in), and I enjoy most dishes on their menu. I also have to say that out of every location I've ordered takeout from, they are the only ones who consistently remember to put in plastic silverware when I ask for it.

This restaurant is filthy. Food and garbage littering the floor, baseboard peeling off the wall, a horrible job of spackle being plastered on the wall, and the cashier was rude. 10/2022 Update: They routinely have issues with availability of online ordering.

This place is constantly out of ice. Was just in today and not only were they it if ice but all of the sodas were "unavailable". Waited about ten minutes to get it fixed. While waiting someone tried to give me my food which I told him I didn't want because I was still waiting for soda. Now finally sat down and seeing all kinds of people who ordered their food after me getting their order and here I am still waiting for food.

Update: Had to go up and ask about my food. Was told it's been over there and "they just couldn't find me". At least they are making me a new one since that one would be cold but should have been offered one of the Mac and cheeses the person I had to ask was carrying since they were taking it to someone who ordered after me.

On a side note, I have never had an issue with any of the staff here as some of the other reviews are saying. They just need to do something about their trash soda machine.

Poor form today. I normally love Noodle and Co, today this location was understaffed to meet demand and the poor quality food was the result. I waited a long time for Pad Thai which was a blan soup with hard, undercooked, stuck together noodles. Pot Stickers cold. I am sure they could do better if they had the capacity. I love Noodles and their food. This location has wonderful service that is friendly, but they are definitely short-staffed. In multiple visits there are issues that the staff is trying to correct (normal issues that a place like this will face: dirty tables, soda machine broken, etc.) and they are really working hard to keep things moving. Give them a tip and try not to be too harsh!

At this location they make everything ready for takeout so I'd say there's no real issue if you're getting delivery or carrying it home though the portions are somewhat lacking. but I feel like its unfortunate because this location is probably close to twice the size as the other location and is in an awesome area, would be nice if the dine in experience was as awesome. Ordered food to be delivered and was pleasantly surprised. The noodle bowl was quite flavorful and had way more food than I was expecting. I also ordered a rice Krispy treat since the menu said they're made fresh daily and received like 4 servings worth of rice Krispy; honestly, the thing was MASSIVE and I was able to snack on it throughout the rest of the day. My only problem with the order was that the chicken in the noodle bowl was a tad burnt, but the sauce covered that pretty well so it's not a big deal.

The worst thing about this Noodles is the location. It's not their fault, but parking can be attrocious, but that comes with the area, and the same can be said of all the shops here. I didn't interact with any staff, no one even acknowledged me as I walked in to grab my pick up, which was strange to me. The other location i normally go to does, so it was unexpected considering no other customers were being directly helped at the time. The portion of the side mac was very small. We had 2 and one looked normal and the other was clearly less, maybe a 1/4 the size. So bang for the buck was low. There was also the wrong chicken on top of one of the pastas.

I get food here every month or so, and I my experience has always been pleasant. I love the soda machine with all the crazy different flavors. Easily my favorite part about this place for sure. The first time I ordered the veracruz salad and open it to find written on the lid in sharpie: "out of avocado, out of corn, out of limes". I decided to try it once more tonight and ordered the veracruz salad again and guess what? There was no dressing at all. No note this time, just no dressing. In neither situation was I warned beforehand about the issues and I won't be back to noodles for a long time if ever, and definitely won't ever be returning to this location. I placed an online order on April 11th. My order number was # 545520437 and was scheduled for a
curbside pickup at 4:35pm. When I arrived I called the curbside number and was told my food would be right out. My food was brought to the car 30 minutes later. To my surprise, the food tasted horrible! It was very dry with little to no sauce and one of the bowl of noodles were burnt. I called the store to inform the manager of my issues with my order. I was told by an employee that the manager's name was Serenity and was also told she would give me a call back the same day. I never received a call back and it's been 3 days.
This is very poor customer service with no acknowledgment on their end of this disservice. With the Covid-19 pandemic happening we are relying on quality food and safe practices.
